Have you heard about WiSHCon? Well, if you haven’t then you are definitely missing out on something amazing! November 18th to the 20th of this year WiSHCon, short for Women in Sci-Fi and Horror Convention, will take place in Columbus, Ohio. There are currently five guests announced, and we over at The Nerdy Girl Express have been highlighting each of them to help show just how great this convention will be. If you are a fan of Supernatural you will definitely be excited to hear that Kim Rhodes, the actress who plays the wonderful Sheriff Jody Mills is scheduled to appear.

While I love Rhodes as Sheriff Mills, she’s one of my favorite characters to be introduced in the series, and I really hope that she shows up again soon. I was hoping to see her in the recent episode Plush since Sheriff Donna Hanscum was there, but it wasn’t another partners in crime solving event. Fingers crossed she’s back before this season ends. Rhodes’ has been in an impressive number of shows and movies, besides Supernatural, but one that I remember fondly isn’t actually connected to horror or sci-fi. While I was a little too old for the show I’m sure, I used to watch The Suite Life of Zack and Cody on the Disney channel with my brother and sister. Rhodes played the boys’ super cool mom Carey. I always loved her additions to the episodes. Now I know that I want to be able to see Kim Rhodes and the rest of the fabulous guests that WiSHCon has lined up and I’m sure you do too. Here’s where we need your help.
