Mary Dallas is a promising actress who already has several film credits under her belt. While she may not have the name recognition of other performers in the entertainment industry, her determination, willingness and talent in exploring a variety of roles is certain to serve her well in the business. Read what she had to say below
When did you decide to become an actress?
I decided to pursue my passion for acting about 3 years ago. I was a late bloomer!
What kind of acting training have you had?
I’m trained in scene studies, script analysis, improv, drama, comedy, commercial acting, teleprompter, hosting live events, theater, and little standup.
What is your most memorable role to date?
My most memorable character to date was the role of nurse Stella in the film/documentary, “Armenia, My Love”. She worked for The Red Cross in 1918 Constantinople. The film depicted the horrors of the Armenian genocide. This was my very first red carpet event!
What do you look for in a role?
I look for roles that tell a story. Roles that will make this world a better place simply by shining a light on the human condition. Especially horrors that people don’t want to admit exist. If I can evoke feelings from an audience, my job is done!
You have done several films roles. Are you interested in pursuing more television and stage work?
I was cast in a theatrical production called “Angel Academy” for an 8 week run. It was a blast! I don’t see myself on stage in the near future though, because I prefer to set my sights on more television work. I recently auditioned for a new primetime television show that is in production. I’m keeping my fingers (and my toes) crossed!
Is there a dream role that you would love?
YES! My dream role would be a recurring role in a crime drama. For example, the lead detective, or the head of the FBI with a major attitude! I would also love to land a guest starring role on Supernatural. I have tremendous respect for the cast and crew of this brilliantly written and successful series. After mastering television, I hope to be considered for meatier roles on the big screen.
Besides acting, what other activities do you enjoy?
Besides acting? (laughs) Just kidding! Let’s see…I love working in my family’s restaurants. I get to meet a variety of characters on a daily basis! I also love games. Especially games that involve trivia. I do the New York Times crossword in ink….I’m delusional on occasion. I also play a mean game of pool, dabble in darts, jogging on my treadmill and watching my favorite shows. I have to keep abreast of the goings ons in Hollywood.
Are there any current projects that you are able to share with our readers?
I have 2 very important projects in the works, but unfortunately, I can’t say too much….What I can tell you is, one of them is my very own talk show! The other is a primetime television series that I may be considered for. Also, I was recently cast in the film, “Immigrant Priest” that I will begin filming (my character/role) in November, 2016.

Love you!
