With Creation’s Salute to Supernatural convention in Dallas taking place this weekend, it made me think about other ways to make the convention experience even more memorable for attendees as well as those unable to attend.

Creation Entertainment’s Salute to Supernatural Conventions gives fans of The CW’s Supernatural an unforgettable weekend.

Being able to see Sam and Dean Winchester (Jared Padalecki and Jensen Ackles) as well as other Supernatural favorites in person is a dream come true that many fortunate fans have experienced.  But what about those who have never attended a Supernatural convention? How can they have an everlasting memory? Most of us read convention reports and watch videos as we imagine the fun.

I think it would be great if Creation Entertainment offered convention merchandise at the official store like official T-shirts for the specific conventions.  Wouldn’t it be awesome to be able to wear an official Salute to Supernatural t-shirt indicating the date and place of the convention?  Or how about a photo packs containing “convention stills” of Jared, Jensen, Misha, Mark and others? I don’t know whether there is an official Salute to Supernatural Convention video available for purchase like there used to be for the Xena conventions I attended back in the late 90s but that would be cool too. Fans are able to buy show related merchandise at the convention and through Creation Entertainment store, adding official convention merchandise offering actual convention moments would be like memories in a bottle.
