Reasons To Be Excited For Season 2 #TheInspectors via @stacyamiller85 @CBSInspectors

It’s almost here. The second season of CBS’ The Inspectors will premiere on October 1 and fans of this intelligent and entertaining series have reasons to be excited. Here I give my opinion on what I believe the reasons to be excited for Season 2.

In just a year’s time, CBS’ The Inspectors has managed to open viewers’ eyes on the dangers of crimes involving the postal service in a manner that keeps them engrossed more than a public service announcement would have. In this age of technology where the consumer’s interest sways towards the ‘next best thing’ an important message is lost if no one hears it. Fans of  CBS The Inspectors are listening and are eager for more.  Reasons to be excited for Season 2 are as follows:

  • Bad guys, you’re going down!  With Postal Inspectors Amanda (Jessica Lundy) and Mitch (Terry Serpico) on the case, the perpetrators’ days are numbered.  Georgia (Charmin Lee) is always ready with the information needed to gather the evidence and it’s only a matter of time before the criminal gets his due.  In Season 2, there will be more cases that will challenge the inspectors and educate the viewers.

  •   Preston Wainwright.   The young man with the determination to stay strong and positive with life despite the challenges of    physical impairment.  Preston is proving that being in a wheelchair doesn’t have to mean your life is over.  By focusing on the  good things and working hard, Preston (Bret Green) is overcoming any limitations he faces whether it making the archery team or debate, a wheelchair doesn’t have to hold you back.

  • Veronica Ruiz.   Whether a journalist or a singer, Veronica (Erica Marie Sanchez) excels. She has big dreams and will make them come true.  Fear and stage fright are her foes but her friends Preston and Noah will help her defeat these enemies.  Fresh from an internship in Italy, what will Season 2 hold her for?  The excitement lies ahead.

  • Noah Waldman.  The sidekick? Hardly. Though Noah (Harrison Knight) may often take a backseat in the bigger picture of The Inspectors’ narrative, there are stories to be explored for him. In Season 2, Noah could come into his own as viewers may learn more about him.

  • Relationships.    The strength in CBS’ The Inspectors lies in the realistic relationship between the characters.  Family (Amanda and Preston), Friendships (Preston, Veronica, Noah), Co-workers (Amanda and Mitch).  These characters have become special to fans who look forward to sharing their lives with them through the show.

  • More Terry Serpico Directed Episodes.  In addition to playing Mitch, actor Terry Serpico is a gifted director. Here’s looking forward to future episodes with his directing magic.
