The themes of home and work in the past and future are explored on the This Is Us episode titled “Career Days” airing November 1.

Here is the synopsis from TV Guide: “Kate interviews for a new job that seems perfect, but there’s a catch; Randall has doubts about his career choice; and Kevin and Olivia’s relationship takes a turn. In the past, Rebecca and Jack feel conflicted after Randall tests as a gifted child.”
