Zombie with a Shotgun, a zombie movie that breaks all of the traditional rules of zombie movies from Hilton Ariel Ruiz, is getting a comic book adaptation. Rats and Crows publishing has announced that it will be publishing the story in a variety of ways, which are available for pre-order now.

Releasing in May 2017, Zombie with a Shotgun follows Aaron, who isn’t sure if he’s been infected with the zombie virus or something else. He heads out on his journey with a shotgun and his girlfriend Rachel to find out the secrets of the zombie infections, as well as their love lives. In his journey Aaron will help other zombies to fight in the war against humans, which is definitely like no other zombie story out there.

There will be four variations of the comic that you can choose from ranging from $2.99 to $17.99. The digital version is $2.99, while the regular cover print comic will be $3.99. For $5.99 you can get a Variant Cover print comic, which will only have limited copies, and will have inside and outside color variation. For $7.99 you will get a Wrap Photo Cover of a picture from the Zombie with a Shotgun movie. The largest set will be $17.99 and you will receive all of the covers, a digital copy, and an exclusive art print. You can find more details on the Rats and Crows Publishing site.
