Stand Up To Cancer is a charitable program of the Entertainment Industry Foundation. SU2C aims to raise significant funds for translational cancer research through online and televised efforts(Wikipedia).
On Friday, September 7, 2018, Stand Up to Cancer will air its live benefit telecast at 8/7c across multiple networks. Here is the synopsis from TV Guide: “Stevie Wonder, Little Big Town and Charlie Wilson perform on this fundraising special in which the entertainment community comes together to raise money to support research and new treatments for cancer.”
