@StitchersTV Recap: Midnight Stitcher from @kleffnotes

Ready to stitch Stretch? Well, you better be because the most recent episode of Stitchers was full of mystery, intrigue, and lots of shipping. Let’s get to the steamy stitching.

The episode opened with some very hot and heavy Camus time. While Linus and Camille might be getting steamy, Cameron and Kirsten are cooling off with the appearance of Nina. Now Kirsten already wanted to put on the breaks in terms of dating Cameron, so I am okay with him being with Nina. I really like Nina, she’s adorable and nerdy. Plus she loves Captain Jack and Torchwood so I can’t not like her. It’s just hard wanting both Camsten to happen and Nina and Cameron to keep being cute and nerdy.

Besides the ship wars going on, we of course have a murder. I mean what would Stitchers be without someone to stitch into. An actress named Sandy is found dead after falling from a roof and she has a note in her hand that blames a K.C. Kirsten thinks it means her and desperately wants to stitch in, but Maggie says that they have to wait. While waiting, Camille is working out and Liam suddenly appears. Yes, that Liam, the shady dude who dated Kirsten in the first season. He wants to hangout with Camille, but there interaction strikes me as something less friendly and a lot more spy versus spy. When Camille gets back to the house she finds Kirsten holding a meeting in an attempt to get everyone to do a midnight stitch into Sandy to find out if she is connected to her. With a bit of peer pressure the whole crew is in.

Linus tells everyone that they have 23 minutes before Maggie will arrive and they get to stitching. Camille runs almost all the sections of the lab, seriously queen of the lab, and we start seeing some crazy stuff. There’s a block in Sandy’s mind and once they find a way to pull Kirsten out they start looking for a man with a scarred hand. Kirsten and Fisher interrogate a runner, but Camille and Cameron find their man. He reveals that there’s a woman named Kim that he and Sandy were meditating with and her meditation music is really weird. Kirsten gets to stitch again and sees Sandy acting like an assassin, which leads them to think mind control. Camille meets with Liam and they do some chatting, he even gets flirty.

Linus and Cameron are examining the meditation music, which winds up triggering Kirsten to take up the assassin mission. She steals Fisher’s gun and heads out to take out the target Kim wanted destroyed, a horror movie creator she believed stole her idea. Everything goes crazy in the last five minutes. Cameron has to talk down Kirsten, someone gets shot, and Camille and Maggie discuss a secret mission.

Next week Kirsten gets a new stitch skill and it looks like more relationship stuff is going to be going on. I’m kind of shipping Camille with everyone, which is making my life very difficult.
