“Does Mommy love you?” – Danny

Since Steve Burton’s return to General Hospital on September 19, 2017, fans of the Sam and Jason (known as JaSam) have clamored for the reunion of their favorite GH couple. Initially, it looked like Sam (Kelly Monaco) would remain with husband Drew Cain (Billy Miller). They even renewed their wedding vows. But Sam and Jason shared a New Year’s Eve kiss aboard The Haunted Star. And after being trapped with Jason in Jim Harvey’s trailer during the Port Charles earthquake and barely escaping with their lives, Sam admitted that she loved him and always would. No wanting to be unfair to either man, Sam took off for some alone time and eventually divorced Drew.  But lately, Sam and Jason have found themselves in situations that would hint at a possible reunion.  And in the Thursday, October 4, 2018 episode, their son Danny showed Jason his report for son on different types of families where sometimes the daddy and mommy live in separate houses (like Sam and Jason) and asked point blank whether mommy loves daddy.

Viewers know that Sam loves Jason and he loves her. But what does that mean for their future?  Is a reunion on the horizon for JaSam? Stay tuned.
