A weekly column highlighting the Port Charles happenings during the past week on General Hospital. Read below to find out what you missed or to refresh your memory in time for next week.

Monday

Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) told Tracy (Jane Elliott) about Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) being alive. Then, Ned (Wally Kurth) and Michael (Chad Duell) entered to talk about an upcoming ELQ board meeting. Brook Lynn announced she’s now legally Brook Lynn Quartermaine. Brook Lynn reasoned that since Brook Lynn Ashton signed the record contract, Brook Lynn Quartermaine shouldn’t be legally obligated. But Michael told her he’s read a lot of contracts and it doesn’t work that way. Maxie (Kristen Storms) was happy when Spinelli arrived at Crimson with Georgie. Spinelli announced Ellie had a job interview in Port Charles and if she received an offer, they needed to get a house. At The Metro Court dining room, Franco (Roger Howath) thanked Jason (Steve Burton) for allowing Jake (Hudson West) to participate in art camp. He talked if them bonding while building a tree house. But Jason reminded they didn’t build the tree, he and Drew did. Elizabeth added Jason was the one to convince Drew to go through with the memory restoration procedure. So, Franco told Jason he owed him his life. When Peter (Wes Ramsey) arrived at The Metro Court dining room, Franco and Elizabeth again thanked August for saving Franco’s life. Elizabeth invited Peter and Maxie to dinner as a thank you, but he seemed uncomfortable with the attention and beat a hasty retreat. Michael told Jason that Tracy was going after ELQ again. Neil (Joe Flanigan) told Alexis (Nancy Grahan) he was in danger of losing his medical license. And it was because of her. At The Floating Rib, Brook Lynn accidentally spilled her drink on Lulu (Emme Rylan). Then Brook Lynn was grabbed by her producer Link who arrived in Port Charles and at The Floating Rib on his way to Canada. Link told Brook Lynn he didn’t care what name she was using, if she sang she would be violating her contract with him. Dustin came to Brook Lynn’s rescue. “Dusty? Brook Lynn?” they both asked surprised to see the other. Robert (Tristan Rogers) questioned Anna about reviewing hitman David Black’s file and cautioned her against allowing Peter to bring her down with him when she discovered the man she thought of as her son was guilty.

Tuesday

Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) told Michael (Chad Duell) she didn’t want a drink because she didn’t want to be drunk for Shiloh’s memorial service. Chase (Josh Swickward) called Jordan (Briana Henry) to let the police commissioner know he was going to Shiloh’s memorial service to support Willow. Laura (Genie Francis) arrived at the PCPD where Jordan congratulated the mayor on her year in office. Jordan told Laura the police department would look into everything Nikolas (Marcus Coloma) did including the felony of taking his death but added her office may not bring formal charges. Laura stated her goal to revitalize the waterfront which has long been a hot bed of activity for crime. Tracy (Jane Elliott) told Ned (Wally Kurth) that because Luke (Tony Geary) got into a little trouble some investors wanted Dylan’s shares to make it go away. Curtis (Donnell Turner) called Aunt Stella (Vernee Watson) on the phone to ask her advice on how to help Jordan cope with the death of her friend. He was surprised when she stepped off the elevator of The Metro Court and welcomed his auntie home.  Later, Stella reminded Jordan her family was there for her. When Brook Lynn’s manager Link grabbed her arm, Dustin (Mark Lawson) came to her rescue. Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) called him her knight in shining armor. Dustin punches Link. Lulu threatens to sign an affidavit about Link assaulting Brook Lynn. Jason (Steve Burton) told Chase anything Sam (Kelly Monaco) wasn’t attending, he was going to see whether the person who broke Shiloh out of jail would be there. Neil (Joe Flanigan) told Alexis (Nancy Grahan) he had to go before a review board and would be endanger of losing his medical license because the medical board found out he was dating a former patient (Alexis). And the Rules of Professional Conduct state doctors couldn’t date patients until a year after treating them. Neil wondered that perhaps this was a good thing as now no one could tell him who he could or couldn’t date. Chase came to The Floating Rib when he was called about the disturbance. While trying to hit her manager over the head with a bottle, Brook Lynn hit Chase instead. She, Lulu, Dustin and the manager were all handcuffed and brought down to the PCPD. Laura came to the Quartermaine mansion and told Ned and Tracy her idea of a partnership with ELQ to revitalize the waterfront. Both Ned and Laura’s cell phones received calls from the PCPD. Daisy (Kelsey Wang) welcomed the attendees to Shiloh’s memorial service. Willow spoke and talked about how Shiloh helped himself to their bodies and their self esteem. “So don’t be sad Shiloh’s dead, be relieved.” Brook Lynn apologized for clobbering Chase over the head when she was aiming for Link.  In the interrogation room, Lulu asked Dustin how he knew Brook Lynn. A veiled woman dressed all in black stood up to speak at Shiloh’s memorial service. It was Nelle (Chloe Lanier) who announced she was Shiloh’s wife Mrs. David Archer.

Wednesday

Carly (Laura Wright) wondered when Ava (Maura West) was going to tell Avery (Ava and Grace Scarola) about her new husband. Sonny (Maurice Benard) commented how he didn’t know who was doing the blackmailing but was sure someone was being blackmailed into getting married. At The Metro Court, Nikolas (Marcus Coloma) was on the phone making arrangement for taking the company jet when Ava arrived. She kissed him and reminded her new husband they were the hot new couple in town. In the PCPD interrogation room, Lulu (Emme Rylan) asked “Dusty” about his history with Brook Lynn. Meanwhile, Chase (Josh Swickward) questioned Brook Lynn about her driver’s license saying she’s Brook Lynn Ashton when she insisted she was a Quartermaine. She told him she changed her name. Ned (Wally Kurth) and Laura (Genie Francis) appeared. Laura asked to see Lulu. Instead of coming to his daughter’s rescue, Ned ordered Chase to lock Brook Lynn up. Michael (Chad Duell) asked Nelle (Chloe Lanier) what she was doing out of prison. She answered she was released. Then told those assembled “I’m Ms. David Henry Archer and you are my guests.” Carly laughed that Ava and Nikolas deserved each other and she would make his life hell. Sonny received a call that Stella (Vernee Watson) was at the front gate. When Ms. Henry arrived, Carly admitted she contacted Stella so she could speak with Sonny about Mike. Ava reminded Nikolas he hadn’t sign the post nuptial agreement she had drawn up yet. Nikolas looked over the document and noticed she asked for Spoon Island where Wyndemere sits in the event of their divorce. Both Lulu and Brook Lynn gave Laura and Ned their account of what happened at The Floating Rib. Brook Lynn wanted Ned to use the Quartermaine name to get her out of trouble. Stella told Sonny after Carly’s call she did research herself on the new clinical trial and discovered all the participants were less far gone than Mike (Max Gail). Then asked Sonny “While you’re holding on to your father, what does Mike have to hold on to?” Sonny answered Mike had his family. But Stella said it was unfair of Sonny to take Mike away from the routine that’s now a part of his life. Ava told Nikolas he wasn’t getting what he wanted (i.e the codicil) until she got what she wanted. Nelle reminded Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) she shouldn’t speak for everyone because there were people who cared about Shiloh. She talked about her wedding to Shiloh, which Daisy (Kelsey Wang) served as a witness. Nelle added that with Shiloh gone she wanted to look out for his son Wiley. Lulu and Dustin were released as Mac and Felicia decided not to press charges as long as they covered damages to The Floating Rib. Brook Lynn promised to pay her father back if he also covered her portion of the damages. Ned said he would so she was released. Brook Lynn told Chase he’d never see her there again. Lulu took Dustin back to her house and he told her how he met Brook Lynn during an open mike night at a club. But she quickly dumped him when she found a new musical inspiration. At the Quartermaine mansion, Brook Lynn told Tracy and Olivia (Lisa LoCiero) what happened at The Floating Rib. Jason came to the Corinthos house and asked Carly to count to ten before telling her Nelle made parole and showed up at Shiloh’s memorial service as his wife. Carly wondered what was Nelle’s angle as she had to be after something. Chase arrived and confirmed Nelle’s marriage to Shiloh was legit. After Mrs. Archer left, Willow told Chase that she was Wiley’s new nanny. Chase asked whether she thought that was a good idea. Laura arrived at The Metro Court and joined Ava and Nikolas at their table. Nikolas told his mother she was right; he needed to tell Spencer in person he was alive so he was flying to France. He was surprised when Ava said she was accompanying him. Before leaving, Laura reminded Nikolas this wasn’t about he or Ava but Spencer.  Ava smiled she hadn’t be to Europe in awhile so this would be like their  honeymoon but with separate bedrooms. Michael apologized for being late to the shareholders’ meeting. After the attorney read the name of those attending, the family immediately started discussing Oscar’s shares. Brook Lynn encouraged Michael to fight Ned voting Leo and Olivia’s shares as they were trying to push Michael out as CEO. Just then Nelle entered, saying she couldn’t believe they started the meeting without her.

Thursday

Nelle (Chloe Lanier) arrived at the Quartermaine mansion with her Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) in tow. Mrs. Archer’s attorney told the family that he had an injunction from a judge that allowed Nelle to vote her husband’s stock until dispensation was decided. At The Metro Court, Sam (Kelly Monaco) told her mother about Nelle’s parole and Ms. Benson marrying Shiloh (Coby Ryan McLaughlin). Alexis told Sam about Neil’s (Joe Flanigan) medical license being in jeopardy for dating her before the two year requirement for former patients. Nikolas (Marcus Coloma) came to Lulu’s (Emme Rylan) house. Lulu blamed him for Charlotte (Scarlett Fernandez) jumping into the harbor because she wanted to proof to Rocco the lie about Nikolas being her secret body guard. She berated him for what he put his family, especially their mother with Laura’s (Genie Francis) history of mental illness. Nikolas promised to make it up to Lulu, Laura and Spencer. Lulu said she hoped she got her real mother back. Carly (Laura Wright) commented to Jason (Steve Burton) how Nelle finally became a rich widow and she didn’t even need to kill her husband. Sonny (Maurice Benard) interrupted their conversation to announce that he decided to take Mike (Max Gail) on to Brooklyn to be evaluated for the clinical trial. After sending the lawyers out of the room, Michael (Chad Duell) offered to handle the problem by writing down a figure on a slip of paper. Nelle looks at the amount and crumbled the paper up throwing it to the floor. She told Michael she wouldn’t be paid off like after losing their baby. Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) called Nelle a gold digger and said she should have accepted Michael’s offer because now she wouldn’t get a dime of Quartermaine money. After Nelle and Martin Grey left, Ned said Edward would be proud of Brook Lynn today. Julian (William deVry) to Brad’s (Parry Shen) and told Cooper to keep Michael and the other Corinthos family members away from Wiley. Jason offered to go to New York with Mike and Sonny, who told Gladys (Bonnie Burroughs) she could spend the night there but they’d talk after he returned from New York. Suitcase in tow, Nelle announced to Brad she was staying with him until she had the funds to get her own place.

Friday

Dev (Ashton Arhab) reminded Gladys she didn’t have to keep up the pretense he’s her grandson in the house. Sonny (Maurice Benard) told Gladys he thought the clinical trial would do his dad good. Meanwhile at Turning Woods, a man asked to see Mike (Max Gail).  He said he was a friend of the family among other things then flashed his police badge. Dev and Josslyn (Eden McCoy) thought about the kiss they shared. At The Metro Court, Jason (Steve Burton) and Michael (Chad Duell) talked about Nelle’s (Chloe Lanier) early release. Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) arrived. Michael told her about Nelle’s release from Pentonville. Brad (Parry Shen) gave Nelle sixty dollars to get breakfast and new clothes so she’d be out of the house before Willow (Katelyn MacMuellen) arrived. Nelle decided to take another bath. The door bell rang before Brad could call Willow. Both she and Nelle were shocked to see the other. Once Ms. Tait was out of earshot, Nelle urged Brad to find some way to get rid of her after Cooper explained she was Wiley’s nanny in order to keep Michael from wanting to help with Wiley. Sonny confronted Taggert (Réal Andrews) when he found the cop visiting with Mike. While Carly questioned Josslyn about her feelings for Dev, at Kelly’s Trina (Sydney Mikalya) asked Cameron (William Lipton) whether he liked Josslyn. Dev told  Trina and Cameron he didn’t trust Gladys so he wanted them to pretend they didn’t know he wasn’t really Sonny’s cousin. Taggert came to Jordan’s (Briana Henry) office. It was revealed she’d call him and they use to be partners.
