Monday
Jason (Steve Burton) arrived in Beecher’s Corners and was greeted by Harmony. At The Metro Court, Drew (Billy Miller) approached Sam (Kelly Monaco) and Carly (Laura Wright). After telling them the good news about Oscar (Garren Stitt), Drew offered to help Sam with uncovering information on Shiloh (Coby Ryan McLaughlin). Alexis (Nancy Grahan) was startled to see the psychiatrist “Kevin” referred her to was the same man she met earlier at Charlie’s Pub. She asked Dr. Neil Burns whether he knew she was a new patient when they met at Charlie’s earlier. Dr. Burns replied he didn’t. Ryan (Jon Lindstrom) prepared to jab Griffin (Matt Cohen) with a syringe. He was interrupted by Ava (Maura West) who announced she came to see “Kevin” and knew what he was up to. Shiloh was surprised to see Drew. They talked about Cain getting his memories back; why he didn’t want to try. Harmony told Jason how she’d been born Lorraine but never felt she fitted into her name, so she became Harmony. Jason questioned Harmony about why she didn’t come to Port Charles with Shiloh. Ava told “Kevin” she found a letter in which he wanted to commission a memorial stone in Kiki’s (Hayley Erin) honor. After Griffin left, Ava thanked “Kevin” for the gesture. She apologized for misunderstanding why he didn’t tell her about Franco (Roger Hogwarth). Ava told “Kevin” she believed Franco was innocent and wanted him to go to the police and say the same thing. Sam gave Carly a Valentine’s Day card Danny made for she and Sonny (Maurice Benard). They discussed Shiloh and whether Sam believed he was a sexual predator. Ms. McCall told Carly she wasn’t sure but wouldn’t let Shiloh tear down Kristina’s (Lexi Ainsworth) self esteem. Griffin told Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) how hard it was people asking about how he was doing with Kiki’s death. Alexis had her session with Dr. Burns and talked about how she was attracted to dangerous men. Dr. Burns reasoned that Alexis acquainted ruthless men with safety. Ryan told Ava he loved her and she said she loved him too. Harmony called Shiloh and told him about Jason’s visit assuring he didn’t find out again. Jason told Carly he’ll bring Dawn of Day down.
Tuesday
Drew (Billy Miller) came to see Jordan (Briana Henry) in her office. He announced Franco (Roger Hogwarth) was innocent and said she’d believe it too if she knew what he did about Franco. Drew reminded how even when Jim Harvey was strangling Franco, he couldn’t kill the man. As he left the commissioner’s office, Drew ran into Curtis (Donnell Turner). Cain’s comment that he hadn’t known until now how much Franco had changed caused Curtis and Jordan to speculate that the real killer was still out there and was setting Franco up. Laura (Genie Francis) confronted Franco while he was in jail and vowed that the law made a mistake when he got off the first time, but she was going to make sure it didn’t happen again. At The Metro Court, Maxie (Kirsten Storms) and Peter (Wes Ramsey) found Nina (Michelle Stafford) and Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) celebrating with Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) and learned Nina and Valentin were getting remarried. Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) was shocked to see Cameron (will Lipton) with bruises on his face. He told her he got into a fight because his mom is engaged to a serial killer. Cameron said his mother made a mistake when she allowed a serial killer to live with them when she knew about his past. The teen accused Elizabeth of failing to see that either Franco has been lying to her all this time or his tumor had returned and she didn’t know it. Cameron reminded that if he was going through a tough time at school, it will be worse for Jake because they’re little kids. So, Elizabeth gathered all her boys together to talk about what was happening with Franco and encouraged their questions; telling Aiden he didn’t need to raise his hand to ask. The little boy wanted to know if Franco was innocent, was grandma (Laura) lying. Drew arrived just in time to aid Elizabeth. He explained that their grandmother was mistaken about Franco. Liesl (Kathleen Gati) joined Nina and Sasha while Valentin was off getting champagne to celebrate his and Nina’s engagement. Maxie used a compact to subtly watch what was going on with Nina, Liesl, Sasha and Valentin. Peter later admitted Valentin asked him to drop the charges against Liesl and also hire her. Both Maxie and Peter realized Liesl had something on Valentin and it had something to do with Sasha.
Wednesday
Finn (Michael Easton) and Robert (Tristan Rogers) arrived at the clinic in Stockholm Sweden to talk with Dr. Cabot. Finn suggested as Cabot worked for the DVX maybe he (Finn) should be the one to talk with Dr. Cabot, doctor to doctor. And Robert should hang back and try to act less like a spy. Finn called Anna (Finola Hughes) as he was missing spending Valentine’s Day with her. Anna had a surprise…she was in Sweden. Robert wasn’t pleased with the lovebirds’ reunion and encouraged Anna to wait back at the hotel while they (he and Finn) spoke with Dr. Cabot. At General Hospital, Michael (Chad Duell) pulled a Valentine’s Day card out of his coat pocket. When Chase (Josh Swickward) appeared, Michael showed the detective the card. It was from Nelle (Chloe Lanier). Chase told Michael he could speak with Pentonville and make sure Nelle stops sending Michael cards and/or letters. Michael said it didn’t matter because the card didn’t get the desired reaction from him. Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) ran into Brad (Parry Shen) with Wiley at GH. She asked a nervous Brad whether he knew she was Wiley’s birth mother. Brad admitted he did but Lucas (Ryan Carnes) was still in the dark. He realized Ms. Tait wanted a relationship with the baby she believed was her son. Sam (Kelly Monaco) and Jason (Steve Burton) discussed their plan to trap Shiloh (Coby Ryan McLaughlin). While she was off to The Metro Court for Dawn of Day’s Valentine’s Day event, Jason was going to see Shiloh. Alexis (Nancy Grahan) told Kristina (Lexi Ainsworth) she was happy Dawn of Day was helping her daughter, she (Alexis) preferred more tradition methods of self discovery. Michael threw the Valentine’s Day card from Nelle in the trash. He and Chase discussed the police detective’s budding romance with school teacher Ms. Tait. Alexis told Kristina she (Alexis) wasn’t attending Dawn of Day’s Valentine event. Sam entered The Metro Court dining room and encouraged her mother to go to Dawn of Day’s event. Sam explained that she decided that she and Jason shouldn’t be together because he’s not on the same page as she is regarding Dawn of Day and self discovery. Before she left, Kristina told Sam how proud she was that her big sister found her own truth. But Alexis wasn’t buying it and asked her eldest daughter what was really going on. Jason arrived at Dawn of Day. Shiloh said he knew of Morgan’s recent visit to Beecher’s Corners and his talk with Harmony. Jason commented that Shiloh seemed to have the police in his pocket and asked why he (Shiloh) left Beecher’s Corners if the house there was so successful. Willow talked with Chase and said she hoped her admitting she had a baby that she gave up for adoption hadn’t changed what was developing between them. At the clinic in Sweden, Anna, Finn and Robert learned Dr. Cabot was now a patient at the facility. They met Cabot, who gone blind like Anna and Ryan (Jon Lindstrom). Finn lied that he was there to help cure Cabot but the doctor wasn’t fooled because they’d been surprised he was blind. He recognized Anna’s voice but thought it was Alex. Finn offered Dr. Cabot a cure for his blindness but only if the doctor did something for them first. Sam admitted to Alexis she was only pretending to believe in Shiloh’s Dawn of Day message. Meanwhile, Jason told Shiloh that although Sam seemed to now by taken in by him (Shiloh), he (Jason) would turn her back into his way of thinking.
Thursday
Sam (Kelly Monaco) gave Jason (Steve Burton) a Valentine’s Day card from Danny. Jason told Sam although he’s not big on Valentine’s Day traditions but was looking forward to spending it with her. Although she has to go to Dawn of Day’s party and the pick up Danny later, Sam said she wasn’t in a hurry to leave. Ned (Wally Kurth) and Olivia (Lisa Locierco) celebrated Valentine’s Day. Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) visited Franco (Roger Hogwarth) at the jail and announced she wanted to marry him right then and there. But Franco reminded he promised her the wedding of her dreams and getting married to an accused murderer at a jail cell wasn’t it. Dr. Cabot recognized Anna’s (Finola Hughes) voice and thought it was Alex but soon realized it was “the other one.” At Dawn of Day’s Valentine’s Day event, Valerie (Brytni Sarpy) approached Kristina (Lexi Ainsworth) and told her he wanted to be friends with her again. Kristina extolled the virtues of Dawn of Dead repeating their philosophy that there are no mistakes just bumps in the road on the path of life you’re supposed to take. Ms. Davis tried to get Detective Spencer actively involved with Dawn of Day thinking it could change Valerie’s life like it had hers. Dr. Cabot told Finn (Michael Easton), Anna and Robert (Tristan Rogers) they wouldn’t get anything from him until they helped restore his sight first. Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) arrived at Jason’s and told “Stone Cold” that Shiloh may be guilty of murder. It seems Shiloh’s dad had applied for a patent was an undisclosed invention when he was killed in a car accident due to his breaks giving out. Sonny (Maurice Benard) took Carly (Laura Wright) to the place in town with the best food: The Metro Court. He also wanted them to go away together, but Carly said with everything going on she didn’t feel it was the right time. Sonny affectionately told his wife how much he loved her and how much she meant to him. Kristina was jealous as she watched Shiloh use a relaxing technique on Sam. After she left the Dawn of Day house, Sam called Jason and said Shiloh was creepy. Elizabeth convinced Franco to marry her at the jail and presented Drew (Billy Miller) who’d gotten ordained online to perform the ceremony with prison guard Cliff serving as witness. Dr. Cabot told Anna, Finn and Robert that his life would be in danger if he helped them so that’s why he wanted to ensure his sight was restored first. Before marrying Franco and Elizabeth, Drew told Franco he considered him a brother and asked for Franco’s promise that he would treat Elizabeth right. Franco vowed he’d make her happy. After exchanging vows and rings, Drew pronounced Franco and Elizabeth husband and wife. Sam returned to Jason’s apartment and they spent the remainder of Valentine’s Day in bed. Carly and Sonny returned home where Carly shocked Sonny with the news that she was pregnant.
Friday
Ryan (Jon Lindstrom) fantasized about having Carly (Laura Wright) and Sonny (Maurice Benard) duct taped and presenting them to Ava (Maura West) for her as a Valentine’s Day gift to kill. He was interrupted when Ava entered Kevin’s office. She commented he looked blissfully happy. Ryan told Ava he was thinking about her and wanted to give her what she wished for. Ava’s only wish would be to have Kiki (Hayley Erin) back to make amends for hurting her daughter. At The Metro Court, Maxie (Kirsten Storms) was having lunch with Peter (Wes Ramsey) but was more focused on watching Nina (Michelle Stafford) and Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) at the next table. She had a mishap resulting in almost injuring Peter’s eye. August assured he didn’t have a scratched cornea. Maxie apologized she allowed her distraction to injure Peter because she was so preoccupied with Valentin’s secret involving Sasha (Katelyn MacMullen). At The Floating Rib, Griffin (Matt Cohen) and Sasha listened as Liesl (Kathleen Gati) sang during karakoke night. Sonny was shocked when Carly told him she was pregnant and asked whether she was sure. Carly told him she’d taken two tests and both yield positive results. Sonny then worried about the risks for a woman of her age being pregnant; he didn’t want to lose her if it meant having a baby. Lulu (Emme Rylan) was being released from the hospital. Spencer arrived and announced as he was on holiday from school (isn’t he always), he wanted to make sure that even if Lulu and Laura didn’t have significant others to spend Valentine’s Day with, they had family. Valentin agreed that he and Nina shouldn’t rush getting remarried. Franco (Roger Hogwarth) wanted Elizabeth to distance herself from him as he was an accused murderer. But she reminded that she was now his wife. Spencer questioned Curtis (Donnell Turner) about the investigation into the election tampering. Curtis told the boy that although the investigation was on hold, it was far from over. Laura walked in on Ava and “Kevin” kissing. After Ava awkwardly left, Laura thanked “Kevin” for helping Lulu remember Franco’s attack. Ryan said he hoped it would help the city move on. Then he mentioned their (Kevin and Laura) divorce and the prenup. Laura played along but after she left the room called Alexis and left a voicemail asking the attorney to call her back about the prenup she (Alexis) discussed with “Kevin.” Carly told Sonny although she’ll always miss Morgan even with losing him she’d never give the moments they spent together. Jordan admitted to Franco she believed in his innocent but said if he wanted to end up free, he’d do what she said. After Ava expressed her surprised Laura wanted a prenup, Ryan called Ferncliff and told Nurse Kay that he was on his way to see his “special patient”; wanting her to ensure the man would be ready for his visit. As Ryan left General Hospital, Laura hid behind a corner then followed him.
