Jason (Steve Burton) was able to grab a hold of Ava’s (Maura West) arm and pull her to safety. “What just happened?” Ava demanded shocked then started calling out for “Kevin” (Jon Lindstrom). When the Niagara Falls police arrived, Laura (Genie Francis) told Jason to go find Carly (Laura Wright) and she’d handle things. Meanwhile, Carly tried to climb up from the embankment but lost her grip and fell. Jason called Spinelli and asked him to get a map of five miles from the hotel where there would be a bridge or embankment in which to drop a body. Franco (Roger Howarth) slipped Elizabeth’s (Rebecca Herbst) wedding ring back on her finger. Liz reminded her husband of the fallout she faced trying to explain to Cameron after Franco’s interview. Franco apologized for keeping the plan a secret from her and offered to tell her everything. But Elizabeth wasn’t sure she wanted to hear it. Liz said she may have to call things quit between them for the sake of her boys. Franco said he was sorry Liz was hurt but he had to help stop Ryan for Kiki (Hayley Erin) and before the serial killer got to her (Elizabeth). Although Franco stood be his choice, Liz didn’t know if she could. Finn (Michael Easton) came to see Alexis (Nancy Grahan). After playing Jenga, Finn pour the liquor in a basin so Alexis could soak her feet in it. T.J., Curtis (Donnell Turner) and Stella (Vernee Watson) told Jordan (Briana Henry) they were getting tested to be a kidney donor for her. Laura told Ava about Ryan switching places with his twin. Ava thought the switch between Ryan and Kevin occurred that morning when Kevin insisted they go to Canada to get married. But Laura told her it was months since before Labor Day. Ava accused Laura of lying as a way not to admit Kevin chose Ava over her. Carly attempted to climb up again but was saved by Jason. Jordan reminded Elizabeth she brought a serial killer into her boys lives. Sonny took off to meet with Raj and rescue Dante. Realizing the man who loved her for her was a serial killer, Ava broke down.
Carly (Laura Wright) woke up at Niagara Falls Medical Center with Jason (Steve Burton) by her bedside. Jason told her everything that happened with Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) and added he was able to find her (Carly) because of Ava (Maura West). In Turkey, Sonny (Maurice Benard) received a text from Robert (Tristan Rogers) demanding to know where he was. Sonny met a young man attempting to steal his wallet but instead of turning him in, Corinthos offered him food and money for information. Oscar (Garren Stitt) was eager to get out of the hospital and told Josslyn (Eden McCoy) he wanted to resume their trip to see the falls. But Kim (Tamara Braun) and Drew (Billy Miller) entered their son’s hospital room and told Oscar they were going back to Port Charles and General Hospital; Dr. Randolph (Cassandra James) wanted to run some tests. Since Oscar didn’t want the trip to be wasted, Drew agreed to have Aurora Media’s helicopter fly over Niagara Falls. At Charlie’s Pub, Michael (Chad Duell) ran into Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) and showed photos of Wiley, who’s already started crawling. Peter (Wes Ramsey) complimented Maxie (Kirsten Storms) on getting a strand of Sasha’s (Sofia Mattsson) hair. Ms. Jones lied when Nina (Michelle Stafford) asked about the baggie containing the strand of hair by saying it was a gray hair she was going to show her colorist. Liesl (Kathleen Gati) approached Peter and Maxie and told them about an article she was thinking of doing for her medical column on whether certain traits, like those leading to becoming a serial killers are inherited. Jason was surprised to see Josslyn at the Niagara Falls Medical Center. He learned about Oscar’s seizure then sent the teen to see her mother. Joss admitted to Carly she’s (Josslyn) lied in her text and went to Niagara Falls with Oscar. Carly told her daughter she (Carly) was pregnant. Due to her mother’s age, Joss was surprised. Then, Carly and Josslyn talked about the teen’s desire to have sex with Oscar before he succumbed to his tumor. At the same time, Drew and Oscar talked about Oscar’s desire to be with Josslyn. Drew told his son having sex was about an emotional connection. Nina thought Willow was dating Michael and told the teacher it was inappropriate to be dating a student’s (Scarlett) cousin. Willow corrected Nina by telling her she (Willow) was dating Chase. Seeing Maxie’s suspicions about “Nina’s daughter,” Valentin accused Liesl of going back on their deal of not telling anyone the truth about Sasha. He later followed Maxie and Peter to General Hospital where Maxie asked Brad (Parry Shen) to perform a DNA test on the sample but share the results with only she and Peter. The young man in Turkey thought Sonny was a cop and didn’t want to give him information. But when Corinthos showed him a photo of Dante and explained that his son was missing, the young man offered to help Sonny find his son.
Sam (Kelly Monaco) welcomed Jason (Steve Burton) home. Harmony was jealous of Shiloh’s (Coby Ryan MacLaughlin) interest in Samatha McCall. Harmony reminded Shiloh how he said he loved her and that she’d gotten the tattoo for him. At Charlie’s Pub, Valerie (Brytni Sarpy) didn’t believe Shiloh’s ideas were groundbreaking and questioned the time Kristina’s (Lexi Ainsworth) been spending at Dawn of Day. Detective Spencer said Shiloh was a scammer targeting Kristina’s money because Ms. Corinthos-Davis was an heiress. Kristina accused Valerie of being wrong and trying to tear down something that was important to her (Kristina). Jason told Sam everything he knew about the Ryan Chamberlain/Dr. Collins switch and how the serial had abducted Carly (Laura Wright) and threw her down an embankment. Laura (Genie Francis) visited Kevin (Jon Lindstrom) at General Hospital and was happy her husband could see again. Kevin told Laura he dreamed of seeing her beautiful face again and then they shared a passionate kiss. Kevin explained to his wife how he received a call from a contact who worked for the DVX about an operative who was psychotic. As they couldn’t treat him, the DVX decided to kill the operative. So, Kevin met with the operative and realized it was his twin. Kevin then arranged to have Ryan moved to Ferncliff for treatment. When Laura learned Kevin has known Ryan was alive since May, she cried reminding him that because he choose to keep the secret three people were now dead and her daughter (Lulu) was attacked. Sam told Jason about the tattoo Daisy had and how Kristina asked Michael (Chad Duell) for a loan in order to take more Dawn of Day seminars. They realized that Dawn of Day for nothing more than a cult and they had to get Kristina out of it before it was too late. Meanwhile, Shiloh told Kristina if her family and friends didn’t accept her for who she was she’d have a decision to make: Her family and friends or Dawn of Day. Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) was relieved Cameron (Will Lipton) was home safe. Cameron told his mother that he was wrong about Franco (Roger Howarth). A drunk Ava (Maura West) demanded to see Kevin Collins. She ended up going in Franco’s room and told him that she hoped Ryan Chamberlain wasn’t dead because she wanted to kill him herself. Ava cried to think the first time she made love with who she thought was Kevin, it was Ryan and he’d just gotten back from killing her daughter. After Ava left the room, Cameron apologized to Franco and called his stepfather a hero. But the teen was worried because he’d miss his community service. Laura said she understood Kevin’s desire to help his brother but what she didn’t understand was that he didn’t feel he could come to her and tell her the truth. Tearfully, Laura left Kevin’s hospital room. Kevin went after his wife. When Ava saw Dr. Collins in the hallway, she called out to Kevin.
When Ava saw Dr. Collins in the hallway, she called out to Kevin then walked up to him and slapped him shouting “You bastard, you killed my daughter!” Scott (Kin Shriner) pulled Ava off Kevin and told her he wasn’t Ryan. Alexis (Nancy Grahan) ran into Lulu (Emme Rylan) and Laura (Genie Francis) at General Hospital. Ms. Davis was there as there were ramifications for GH since Ryan (also Lindstrom) treated patients under the guise of his brother. Kim (Tamara Braun) commented to Drew (Billy Miller) that she wondered whether the hospital bed could be the last one Oscar (Garren Stitt) could be in. Shiloh (Coby Ryan McLaughlin) appeared and assured miracles do happen. He explained that Oscar reached out to the Dawn of Day house. Valerie (Brytni Sarpy) returned to Charlie’s Pub because she didn’t like how she and Kristina (Lexi Ainsworth) left things. But soon they argued about Shiloh and Dawn of Day with Kristina ending their friendship. Joining Sam (Kelly Monaco) and Molly (Haley Puollos) at their table, Kristina told her sisters what happened with Valerie and how she’s (Kristina) getting rid of the toxic relationships in her life. After Alexis arrived, Sam received text and left the pub. Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) came to Chase’s (Josh Swickard) apartment. They went for a walk in the park but got caught in a sudden rainstorm. Chase gave Willow some of his clothes to wear as her dress got wet. He offered to put it in the dryer for her. Kim told Drew she believed Shiloh was a fraud. Laura told Lulu about Kevin knowing Ryan’s secret since May and if he had told the police, Ryan’s killing spree wouldn’t have happened. Lulu hoped that her mother could get pass Kevin’s deception. Kevin spoke with Ava about Ryan taking over his life and deceiving and encouraged her to talk with someone about her pain. Ava said talking about her pain is what got her in trouble in the first place. She vowed she’d never make that mistake again. Anna (Finola Hughes) and Finn (Michael Easton) met with Andre (Anthony Montgomery) at The Metro Court. Dr. Maddow accessed Dr. Cabot’s files and confirmed Anna had some of Alex’s memories. But in order to find out which ones, Anna had to speak with her twin. Molly told her mother how she (Molly) had been so focused with T.J. and school that she hadn’t spent much time with Kristina and didn’t realize her sister was so deep into Dawn of Day. Molly later confronted Kristina about not having an original thought since getting involved with Dawn of Day and said it was a cult. Chase offered to iron Willow’s dress before she put it on to go home, but Willow said she could deal with having a wrinkled dress until she got home. As she changed into her dry dress, we saw Willow had the same tattoo as Daisy meaning she had a connection with Dawn of Day. Was Shiloh her baby’s father?
“Is Raj holding my son in that compound?” Sonny (Maurice Benard) asked the teen. Finn (Michael Easton) came to see Chase (Josh Swickard). Alexis (Nancy Grahan) came for her session with Dr. Neil Burns. She talked about Ryan (Jon Lindstrom) impersonating his brother Dr. Kevin Collins (also Lindstrom). Molly (Haley Pullos) confronted Kristina (Lexi Ainsworth) about Dawn of Day being a cult with Kristina quoting everything her guru Shiloh (Coby Ryan McLaughlin) says. Kristina insists Shiloh has helped her evolved. Anna (Finola Hughes) asked Valentin’s (James Patrick Stuart) help in locating Alex (also Hughes). After telling Anna that he will be remarrying Nina (Michelle Stafford) in May and how Peter (Wes Ramsey) will be his best man, Valentin said the last time he saw Alex she pretended to be Anna. Ms. Devane wanted Valentin to deliver a message to Alex, which was she had something that belonged to her (Alex’s memories) that she wanted to give back. At Charlie’s Pub alerted by the loudness of Molly and Kristina’s, Jason (Steve Burton) and Michael (Chad Duell) came over and Molly told Michael that Kristina was using the money he loaned her not for classes at PCU but for Dawn of Day, which was nothing more than a cult. Tired of the negativity, Kristina stormed out of Charlie’s Pub. Molly told Jason and Michael how worried she was about Kristina. Michael said he wouldn’t panic until he had more information about Dawn of Day. Molly asked Jason to protect Kristina as he always had. Sam requested Shiloh put on a shirt. Sam had to cover when Shiloh noticed her acceptance of Dawn of Day seemed changed. She told him about Kristina ending her friendship with Valerie and asked whether he had anything to do with it. Finn asked Chase to call their father so he wouldn’t worry about him (Chase) due to reading in the papers about serial killer Ryan Chamberlain. But Chase couldn’t help grinning when he realized that it was Finn who was worrying about him and came over to make sure he was alright. Before she left his office at the end of their session, Alexis blurted out that she had a sexual dream about Julian (William deVry) and almost took a drink. This was definitely something for Dr. Burns to explore next time. Realizing how serious it must be for her to have asked for his help, Valentin offered to use one of his contacts to find Alex. Kristina returned to the Dawn of Day house and after Sam left, Shiloh told her that she was ready for the next step. Sonny came to Raj’s place and put a gun to his back, demanding to know where his son was. Sonny was shocked when Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) walked into the room. Raj knocked Sonny out and when Corinthos regained consciousness told him that Dante was now part of his (Raj’s) organization. Raj handed Dante a gun and ordered him to kill his father as proof of his loyalty.
