Week In Review 6/18-6/22/18 on #GeneralHospital via @stacyamiller85 @GeneralHospital #GH #GH55

A weekly column highlighting the Port Charles happenings during the past week on General Hospital. Read below to find out what you missed or to refresh your memory in time for next week.

Monday

At The Metro Court, Curtis (Donnell Turner) and Jordan (Vinessa Antoinne) met with Stella (Vernee Watson) and told her they wanted her involved in their wedding. Stella encouraged them to take their time and not rush tying the knot. After Curtis left, Stella reminded Jordan that she was responsible for most of the sadness her family had endured. But as T.J. and Curtis are the most important people to both of them, the women realized they needed to come to an understanding. Amy (Risa Dorken) shared her story of harassment at General Hospital with Lulu (Emme Rylan) for her article. At The Floating Rob, Nina (Michelle Stafford) discussed Peter (Wes Ramsey) with Drew (Billy Miller) in order to confirm Peter’s story about the flash drive. After Nina left, Curtis told Drew about Ashford and McCall being hired to find Peter then asked Drew to be his best man when he married Jordan. Dante’s (Dominic Zamprogna) arrival prevented Mike (Max Gail) from revealing to Sonny (Maurice Benard) where he had put the body. Dante warned Sonny not to use his influence to try to get Carly (Laura Wright) out of Ferncliff. Unfortunately after Dante left, Mike had forgotten what he and Sonny were talking about. Maxie (Kristen Storms) reminded Lulu they weren’t back to being friends. In order to throw Kim (Tamara Braun) and Julian (William deVry) off her track, Liesl (Kathleen Gati) lied that Peter’s screams were part of a therapy group she was involved with in order to deal with her loss. Peter tried to fend off the rattlesnake, which Liesl tossed out the cabin door when she arrived. She gave Peter the antibiotics she’d stolen from the hospital but admitted she planned to kill him; giving him the antibiotics was just to placate Nina. Meanwhile, Nina asked Jordan whether a flash drive was found when the PCPD searched Peter’s hotel room lying that it contained important information needed by Crimson. She was unaware the flash drive was in The Metro Court’s Lost and Found box.  Liesl surprised Peter with a birthday cupcake, urging him to celebrate like it’s his last birthday.

Tuesday

Anna (Finola Hughes) and Finn (Michael Easton) enjoyed being a new couple which included Finn texting Emma and Robin to share the happy news. Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) and Scott (Kin Shiner) discussed her upcoming nuptials to Franco (Roger Hogwath). Kevin (Jon Lindstrom) gave Franco a wedding gift of free therapy sessions.  But Dr. Collins was thinking about another patient: Carly (Laura Wright). At Ferncliff, Carly struggled to stay off Mary Pat’s (Patricia Bethune) radar. She heard Jason’s (Steve Burton) voice and wass relieved when she turned around and saw her best friend. Jason urged Carly not to do anything stupid and play Mary Pat’s game in order to survive in Ferncliff. At The Metro Court, Alexis (Nancy Grahn) told Sam (Kelly Monaco) about her (Alexis) belief that she is following her mother’s destructive pattern when it came to men. At The Floating Rib, Nelle (Chloe Lanier) told Michael (Chad Duell) about Detective Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) being the cop who investigated the drowning death of Zack. Meanwhile, Chase had the old file of the case sent to him and remembered questioning Janelle after Zack’s accident. He thought she was innocent, while his partner Abby felt the girl played the victim too well. Chase and Nelle recall their encounters in Maine and Florida very differently. Nelle tells Michael that Chase became obsessed with her and now he’s stalking her.  Later, Michael goes to the PCPD and confronts Detective Chase. After telling Mary Pat that as her doctor, he was in his right to change Carly’s medication dosage, Kevin is surprised to see Jason. Will Dr. Collins blow Jason’s cover?

Wednesday

Kim (Tamara Braun) and Julian (William deVry) returned home from their camping trip. While Julian talked with Oscar (Garrett Stitt) about his relationship with his mother, Kim comforted Josslyn (Eden McCoy), who was upset about Carly being in Ferncliff. Julian told Oscar that the teen couldn’t scare him off. Kevin was surprised to see Jason but Jason was able to cover their connection by saying he knew Dr. Collins from his last job was at General Hospital.  Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) was shocked to learn from Michael (Chad Duell) about Chase’s (Josh Swickard) past with Nelle (Chloe Lanier). Chase warned Michael that Janelle had a history of lying and Dante that the longer Nelle is on the loose the more dangerous it is for his family. Ava and Nelle both refused to relinquish what they had on each other. But Ava did warn Nelle to get rid of any evidence she had that could set Carly free. Dr. Bensch (James DePaiva) asked Alexis (Nancy Grahn) to represent him but she told him she was already representing Kiki (Hayley Erin) who expressed worry to Griffin (Matt Cohen) that she made a mistake bringing Dr. Bensch’s harassment to light. Ava was furious when she learned Dr. Bensch was the one who harassed Kiki. She slapped the doctor. Kiki told her mother she didn’t need her help. Nelle ordered a t-shirt from a bar she went to in Florida and sent it to herself so Michael would think Chase had gotten it. Josslyn mistakenly ended up with Morgan’s bottle of cologne when it fell out of Nelle’s purse. With the help of Spinelli’s Raspberry Pie computer processor, Michael was able to see Nelle ordered the t-shirt. Kevin urged Jason to quit the janitor job because if it was discovered he was there under false pretenses, things would be worst for Carly. But in the end, it was Carly’s call and she told him she’d risk it as she felt safer with Jason being there.

Thursday

After taking Mike (Max Gail) for his doctor’s appointment, Sonny (Maurice Benard) tried to get information from his father about the body he dug up in Croton. Alexis (Nancy Grahan) asked Julian (William deVry) to come with her to her therapy appointment with Kevin (Jon Lindstrom). But he told her he needed to check with Kim (Tamara Braun) first. Julian explained to Alexis that he didn’t want to make the same mistakes in his relationship with Kim that he made with her. When Liesl (Kathleen Gati) saw Anna (Finola Hughes) and Finn (Michael Easton) kissing at The Floating Rib, she berated them for their PDA in an eating establishment. When Liesl told her they had a score to settle, Anna urged her to learn how to practice forgiveness. Liesl’s tone when she said that Anna would never see her son again made Anna suspicious that Obrecht knew something about Peter’s whereabouts. Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) came to Nina’s office at Crimson to set up a surprise for her to remind his wife of his love. Finn appeared and told Valentin that he (Finn) and Anna were together and warned Cassadine that if he came near her again, he’d regret it and as a doctor, Finn had access to things to make it look as though Valentin died of natural causes. Kiki was upset when the male doctors at General Hospital began treating her differently as Bensch predicted. Francesca overheard Alexis tell Lulu (Emme Rylan), Kiki and Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) that unless another woman who Dr. Bensch (James DePaiva) sexual harassed came forward, it would be difficult to prove Kiki’s case. Later, Francesca admitted Bensch did the same thing to her. Brad (Parry Shen) and Julian talked about the birth mother of the baby he and Lucas planned on adopting. Brad told Julian that Alexis was handling the adoption. Fearing him dead, Nina panicked when she returned to the cabin and found Peter unconscious. When he woke up, Peter urged Nina to let him go because Liesl planned to kill him as soon as she got his confession. When she returned, Liesl taunted a starving Peter by eating her takeout from The Floating Rib in front of him. Nina was surprised when she returned to her office and found it was decorated to look like Morocco. Julian told Alexis that he’d go to therapy with her.

Friday

Valentin’s (James Patrick Stuart) romantic gesture of turning Nina’s (Michelle Stafford) office into Morocco to remind her of when they fell in love again didn’t have the desired effect. Nina reminded her husband that his lies were the indirect cause of her brother’s death. Nina’s comment that his actions forced her to take justice into her own hands made Valentin believe she was keeping something from him. Valentin promised that if she were in trouble, he’d always protect her, like he did after that situation with Cassandra. Nina accused Valentin of trying to blackmail her. At Ferncliff, Carly (Laura Wright) made orderly Rupert drop the food trays so he’d leave the room, leaving janitor Jason/Jesse to clean up the mess. Jason (Steve Burton) warned Carly that she’d have to be a model patient in order to make it out of Ferncliff. He told her that there were no shortcuts out of Ferncliff the same as it was when he was in Russia. Jason assured Carly that everyday brought her closer to home. At Charlie’s Bar, Sonny (Maurice Benard) confronted D.A. Dawson (Elizabeth Hendricksen) about coming after him through his wife. Julian (William deVry) attended Alexis’ (Nancy Grahn) therapy session with her. While Alexis talked about following her mother’s dangerous pattern of falling in love with evil men, Julian admitted he pursued Alexis because he was looking to be redeemed. Sam (Kelly Monaco) told Curtis that someone other than Valentin must be helping Peter (Wes Ramsey) hide out in Port Charles. But when they searched Peter’s hotel room, they were caught by the current occupant of the room, D.A. Dawson. After he left her room, both Carly and Jason heard the cries of a patient in a room in another room. Jason asked Kevin (Jon Lindstrom) about the patient.
