Kevin (Jon Lindstrom) told Ryan (also Lindstrom) he couldn’t agree to his release. But when Kevin turned his back to answer his cell phone, Ryan overpowered him and told his twin it would be over soon. Diane (Carolyn Hennesey) announced to the judge, Alexis (Nancy Grahan), Brad (Parry Shen) and Lucas (Ryan Carnes) that her client wouldn’t be attending the meeting to determine custody of the baby because she’s decided to relinquish her parental rights. The judge signed off on the order making Brad and Lucas the legal parents of Wiley Cooper Jones. Julian (William deVry) approached Drew (Billy Miller) at The Metro Court and told Cain they needed to talk about Drew’s son Oscar (Garren Stitt). Julian asked Drew to persuade Oscar to give him (Julian) a chance with Kim. Drew told Julian that all he wanted was for Kim and Oscar to be happy. Meanwhile at General Hospital, Jason (Steve Burton) found Kim (Tamara Braun) and told her Oscar had collapsed from a seizure. But instead of calling Drew to notify her son’s father, Kim called Dr. Terry Randolph (Cassandra James). Josslyn (Eden McCoy) thanked Cameron (William Lipton) for helping her decorate hers and Oscar’s bench at the park in order to celebrate their (Josslyn and Oscar’s) year anniversary. Josslyn assured Cameron that Oscar would arrange a special surprise for their anniversary and that they cared about each other. Ryan smirked to his unconscious brother that he couldn’t believe Kevin allowed him to overpower him. Ryan then told Gordon that the patient was a dangerous man and for Gordon’s own safety, the safety of the staff and the safety of the community he should keep the patient sedated. Gordon shouldn’t also listen to the patient because he was a natural born killer. “Dr. Collins” reminded Gordon to keep the straight jacket tight. Kim told Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) she wanted to delay the MRI and CAT scan on Oscar until after she spoke with Dr. Randolph. Elizabeth realized Terry was a pediatric oncologist. Kim admitted to Elizabeth that Oscar would have episodes like the seizure when he was a little boy but hasn’t had one for a long time. Elizabeth urged Kim not to shut Drew out by keeping secrets. At The Metro Court, Brad and Lucas celebrated being Wiley’s official parents. Alexis was suspicious Julian wasn’t surprised by the outcome of the hearing. Cameron told Josslyn that he wouldn’t forget their big day like Oscar did, then he kissed her. Gordon injected Kevin with a sedative when Kevin awoke and claimed the patient had taken his place. Jason found Drew at The Metro Court and told his brother Oscar was in the hospital. Meanwhile, Kim said to Elizabeth she had no idea how to tell Drew his son was dying.

Alexis (Nancy Grahan) and Sonny (Maurice Benard) waited at The Metro Court for Sam (Kelly Monaco) and Kristina (Lexi Ainsworth) because Kristina has some news. Kristina told her parents that Sam convinced her to return home for good. Chase (Josh Swickward) came to The Inquisitor office to tell Peter (Wes Ramsey) that Anna (Finola Hughes) had been kidnapped but was found. He urged August to have some compassion for his mother as he (Peter) had also been held in captivity. Finn and Anna spent time together in his room at The Metro Court. Anna hoped now that the WSB and the PCPD decided not to press charges and he was staying in Port Charles, Peter would forgive her. Detective Chase warned Peter that if he even looked at Anna wrong his new freedom, job and hope of establishing himself in the community would be gone. Peter assured that Anna wasn’t a part of his life and never would be. Josslyn (Eden McCoy) was furious with Cameron (Will Lipton) for kissing her without permission. Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) encouraged Kim (Tamara Braun) to tell Drew (Billy Miller) the truth about Oscar’s (Garren Stitt) condition so she’d have the support of the one other person who loved her son as much as she did. Drew visited Oscar in his hospital room. Oscar asked his father whether he could borrow his cell phone to call Josslyn. Cameron admitted to Josslyn he was the one who texted her that riddle. Oscar called Josslyn and told her he was in the hospital. Kim admitted to Drew that Oscar had an inoperable brain tumor. Anna came to Peter’s office. They talked about Obrecht’s (Kathleen Gati) kidnapping of him and her obsession with Faison (Andre Hove). Anna told Peter if she’d been there he could have come to her for help. But Peter said he had a friend who owed him even more than she did. Anna realized that was Valentin (James Patrick Stuart). When he learned that Kim hadn’t told Oscar the truth, Drew thought she should to allow their son to live what ever time he had left on his own terms. Kristina wanted her old job as manager of Perk but Sonny couldn’t fire his current manager. And Kristina didn’t like Alexis’ suggestion of a paralegal job. She told her parents that she’d be living with Sam. Anna warned Peter not to believe anything Valentin said and to stay out of his orbit. Peter commented he was just telling the same thing about her to Detective Chase and asked Anna to stay out of his life. Finn and Chase awkwardly made up and decided to get to know each other. Anna assured Peter that she would never stop caring about him and he could come to her if he ever needed anything; vowing she wouldn’t let him down again. Oscar showed Josslyn the anniversary video he made for her. Drew promised Kim they would give their son the best life they could for as long as they could.

Kristina (Lexi Ainsworth) sat on the patio at The Corinthos house looking on the computer for a job. She met Stella (Vernee Watson) and turned down Carly’s (Laura Wright) offer to work for her. Ava (Maura West) told Julian (William deVry) that Griffin (Matt Cohen) was threatening to turn her into Sonny (Maurice Benard) for her working with Nelle (Chloe Lanier) if she didn’t walk the straight and narrow. Ava hinted about getting rid of Griffin before he could rat her out. Kiki (Hayley Erin) ran into Griffin while he was out for a run. She told him that Dr. Bensch was fired and also that there was an apartment available in her building. Jordan (Vinessa Antoinette) surprised Curtis (Donnell Turner) while he was in New York working on Valentin’s (James Patrick Stuart) case to find Nina’s (Michelle Stafford) daughter. He told her that he was investigating Carter Buckley, a baby broker attorney and that Nina could have a daughter alive out there. Jordan used her pull as police commissioner to help Curtis get the chance to talk with Buckley. Anna (Finola Hughes) warned Valentin to stay away from Peter (Wes Ramsey). Valentin assured he wouldn’t seek Peter out but won’t turn him down if Peter came to him. They discussed Cassandra (Jessica Tuck) and who would have wanted Finn (Michael Easton) to revive her. Anna warned Valentin to watch his back as far as Cassandra is concerned. Anna and Valentin agreed to share any information they found out about Cassandra with each other.  Nina and Maxie (Kirsten Storms) were the only ones to attend Madeline’s (Donna Mills) funeral. When Maxie left to check on baby James, Nina was surprised that the homeless person who entered the church turned out to be her aunt Liesl (Kathleen Gati). Liesl told her niece she had to pay her respects to her (Liesl) only sister. Nina warned Liesl not to risk going after Peter. Liesl knew there was more to the story of Madeline dying for a heart attack when neither she nor anyone in their family had a history of heart disease. Nina pretended that Liesl was just a homeless woman when Maxie returned to the church so her sister-in-law wouldn’t recognize her (Liesl). Carly encouraged Sonny to enjoy whatever time he had left with Mike (Max Gail).  Meanwhile, at Charlie’s Pub, Mike gave Stella some advice. Griffin ran into Anna at The Metro Court and told her he had been suspended from General Hospital and because of running the authorized paternity test on Peter. Ava told Kiki that she no longer had access to Avery because she (Kiki) was a liar, a traitor and a whore. Kiki warned her mother she couldn’t keep her from her little sister because Sonny said she could see Avery anytime she wanted. Kristina learned Julian was the owner of Charlie’s Pub. Liesl watched from the church door as Valentin talked to the picture of Madeline.

Jason (Steve Burton) came to Sam’s (Kelly Monaco) to sign a permission slip for Danny; they talked about the parent teacher conferences at their son’s school. Jason told Sam he was there for her for whatever she needed. Mike (Max Gail) apologized to Sonny (Maurice Benard) for all the trouble he’s caused because of the body buried in the foundation of Charlie’s Pub. Mike assured he would clean up the mess he created. Kristina (Lexi Ainsworth) filled out a job application to work as a bartender at Charlie’s. Julian (William deVry) reminded her father would kill him for hiring her. Officer Valerie Spencer (Brytni Sarpy) arrived and told Julian his permit for the renovation plan had been approved by the city council. Valerie was surprised to see Kristina and the friends caught up. Kristina told Valerie about breaking up with Parker and Valerie told Kristina that she (Valerie) was studying to take the Detective’s Exam. Curtis and Jordan met with Carter Buckley, the attorney Madeline (Donna Reeves) used to broker the illegal adoption of her daughter’s baby. Nina (Michelle Stafford) received a box from the executor of her mother’s estate containing mementos from her childhood.  Josslyn (Eden McCoy) brought Oscar (Garrett Stitt) to see the anniversary bench. He admitted Cameron (Will Lipton) had helped him with the riddle. Oscar commented they still had a lot to learn about each other to which Joss reminded they’re young and had time. Oscar and Josslyn made out in the woods. After Jason left and Drew visited with Scout, he sadly told Sam about Oscar’s brain tumor and terminal prognosis and how Kim (Tamara Braun) didn’t tell their son about his condition. Sam told Drew to spend as much time as he could with Oscar. Sonny learned Julian got his permit, but Jason assured that all they had to do was put one of their guys on the renovation crew to monitor things and find the body before anyone else. Nina told Maxie (Kirsten Storms) how she (Nina) loved the play Annie’s as a child In her mother’s jewelry box that was in the box of mementos, Nina found the heart pendant she treasured as a child. Noticing the necklace was cut in half, Nina wondered where the other half was. She realized that her baby could be alive. Carter Buckley told Curtis and Jordan about arranging the adoption of the baby Madeline Reeves brought him, but had no idea on the identity of the adoptive parents. After Buckley left, Curtis told Jordan that he’s sure the paper trail left from Buckley, the nurse and doctor will deliver them to Nina’s daughter. Julian hired Kristina as the bartender at Charlie’s. Meanwhile flashlight in hand, Mike went down in the basement of the pub.
