When he spoke with her on the phone, Jax (Ingo Rademacher) sensed something was wrong with Carly (Laura Wright). Meanwhile, Carly was researching children with Spinal Bifada. She asked Sonny (Maurice Benard) whether they could survive the challenges they’ll face. Sonny assured they have the finances as well as a support system and would be okay. Ava (Maura West) told Scott (Kin Shriner) about her Crimson cover and interview. TJ, Curtis (Donnell Turner), Jordan (Briana Henry) and Stella (Vernee Watson) had breakfast at Charlie’s. Stella talked about the ancestry website she went on when they were looking for a kidney donor for Jordan.  Meanwhile, a mysterious woman booked a flight to Port Charles. Chase (Josh Swickard) told Finn (Michael Easton) what was happening with Willow (Katelyn MacMullen). Bobbie (Jackie Zeman) told Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) that she (Bobbie) had Stage 2 Diabetes. Ava (Maura West) told Jax she needed to postpone that photo shoot and interview because she had an appointment she couldn’t break. But she later admitted that she was seeing a psychic to see whether she could make contact with Kiki and how she got the idea from his daughter Josslyn (Eden McCoy). Curtis (Donnell Turner) used the guise of testing the security system, making a loud alarm in order for Jax and Ava to leave the office so he could search it. After having a father son bonding moment in which Franco (Roger Howarth) urged him to grab hold of life, Scott (Kin Shriner) asked Bobbie to marry him. Sonny confronted Carly and assured his wife they’d get through anything.

Alexis (Nancy Grahan) waited outside Neil’s office when Kristina (Lexi Ainsworth) exited after her appointment. Alexis assured she hadn’t heard any of the session. She suggested her daughter tell her what she told Shiloh (Colby Ryan McLaughlin). Sonny (Maurice Bernard) spoke with Carly (Laura Wright) on the phone about ensuring Dev wasn’t deported. Carly asked Josslyn (Eden McCoy) to cut up carrots and celery for Avery. Dev offered to help. But Joss was still angry with him for what Dev said about Oscar dying. Overhearing, Carly asked Oscar to help Max close the boathouse. Once alone with her daughter, Carly questioned Josslyn about the tenseness with Oscar. As Cameron’s (Will Lipton) day off from community service, Franco (Roger Howath) asked whether the teen wanted to bring a date. Cameron said no; it was a family event, not a happening party all his classmates would want to attend. Laura (Genie Francis) asked Cameron what was going on. She realized Cameron’s resentment of Franco was partly do to the disappointing father figures that have been in his life. Laura reminded Franco was the only father figure Aiden could remember and how his brothers looked to him for guidance. So, Cameron told Elizabeth he had to ask someone to the wedding reception. Liz knew the change of heart was because of Laura and thanked her former mother-in-law. Bobbie (Jackie Zeman) told Scott (Kin Shriner) she didn’t need a pity proposal. And his comparison of their comfort level to an old shoe wasn’t flattering. She reminded he never said he loved her. Sonny met with Mike’s (Max Gail) cousin Gladys. He told her Mike had Alzheimer’s. They talked about her son who was killed in Afghanistan. But Sonny wanted to talk about her grandson. “I don’t have a grandson.” “You do now” Sonny said handing her an envelope. Kristina came to the PCPD to see Willow (Katelyn MacMullen). Neil told Alexis he could no longer treat when she revealed she knew he loss his daughter as she crossed the doctor patient line. Bobbie told Carly about Scott’s marriage proposal. Scott blamed his talk with Franco for giving him the idea to propose; he made a fool of himself in front of his oldest friend. Franco suggested Scott take things slow with Bobbie by going for coffee. Carly told her mother she deserved love and had to put herself out there. Gladys didn’t think Sonny’s envelope was fat enough to lie to government officials and risk hard time. Sonny added more money but warned what happened to people who betrayed him. Taking Franco’s worried at heart, Scott asked Bobbie to the wedding reception as his date. Gladys accepted his terms. Cameron asked Josslyn to come to his mother and Franco’s wedding reception with him.

Sonny (Maurice Benard) had his gun ready as he entered a room looking for Dante. He blamed Robert (Tristan Rogers) and the WSB for his son being in the situation he’s in. Julian (William deVry) came to see Alexis (Nancy Grahan) and told her about Oscar’s (Garren Stitt) deteriorating condition. He added Kim (Tamara Braun) had Drew (Billy Miller), stating Kim and Drew were the end game like they were. Their encounter lead to passion. But unfortunately it was all a dream which made Alexis want to take a drink. Sam (Kelly Monaco) came to Charlie’s Pub to take Kristina (Lexi Ainsworth) for a girls night out. Sam told Kristina about her (Sam) visit from Daisy (Kelsey Wang). Nina (Michelle Stafford) and Michael (Chad Duell) talked about running an article in Crimson to help Jordan (Briana Henry) get a kidney donor. Nina told Michael she had someone she wanted him to meet. At Charlie’s Pub, Maxie (Kirsten Storms) talked about the dangers of secrets especially when they come out. She told Peter (Wes Ramsey) how Georgie came to be born. Jason later burst into Ryan’s hotel room with his gun drawn, he found Ava and Ryan gone. Meanwhile, Ryan (Jon Lindstrom) wanted to cross the bridge near the hotel that would take them to Canada. But Ava (Maura West) worried about Carly’s (Laura Wright) condition. Carly regained consciousness and tried to make some sense of where she was. Jason realized about the bridge near the hotel and he and Laura (Genie Francis) rushed there. Nina introduced Sasha to Michael. Maxie pulled out a strand of Sasha’s hair to use for another DNA test. Both Sasha and Valentin realized what Ms. Jones was doing and it made them nervous. Sonny and Robert came to the revelation that Dante was a hostage. Determine that she wouldn’t die and leave Avery to be raised by Ava, Carly attempted to climb up and back to the highway. As Ava and Ryan made their way across the bridge, Jason shot Ryan in the shoulder without warning. Ava said “Kevin” was sick and needed help, but Laura shouted “That’s not Kevin, it’s Ryan Chamberlain!” Ryan insisted they were lying but reminded Jason that if he killed him, Morgan would never find out where Carly was. But Ryan was trapped and he knew it. He told Ava that they’d never get to be together like he planned, but they’d get their happy ending. And with a kiss, Ryan pulled Ava long and they both fell off the bridge!

Jason (Steve Burton) posed as her lawyer and visited Harmony (Inga Canadrel) at Pentonville reminding her trust in Shiloh (Colby Ryan McLaughlin) was misplaced as he basically abandoned her there. Sam (Kelly Monaco) came to the diner in Beecher’s Corners and told Carol (Mandy Musgrave) she was hired as a new waitress. She later admitted she was really there to talk about Shiloh. Carol worried that Sam had done something to her (Carol) dog Jeremy and went home to check on her pup. Kristina (Lexi Ainsworth) returned to Dr. Burns’ office and told Neil she wanted her mother to be there when she revealed Alexis’ (Nancy Grahan) pledge. Kristina revealed she lied in her pledge that Alexis purposely ran Kiefer down with her car. Kristina explained that she chose to use her mother instead of her father for the pledge because she was afraid to tell Shiloh something Sonny did that could be true. Although hurt by Kristina’s admission, Alexis assured as Kristina’s mother she’d always forgive her. Dev (Ashton Arbab) made a sarcastic comment about going to the reception which was a big party must be a hardship for her which annoyed Josslyn (Eden McCoy).  She told him to stay out of it and mind his own business. Michael (Chad Duell) interrupted Cameron (William Lipton) asking Josslyn to his mother and Franco’s (Roger Howath) reception. He told his little sister she should go. Josslyn introduced Dev as Sonny’s (Maurice Benard) cousin. Sonny met with Brick at The Metro Court. He explained the situation about the teen who helped him and saved his life when he was in Turkey looking for Dante (Dominic Zamprogna). He told Brick how Dev could be deported because he didn’t have any papers. When he saw Shiloh enter with Zahra (Maysoon Zayid), he offered to pay Archer’s lawyer double what Shiloh was paying to drop him as a client. Zahra told Sonny her calendar was booked and that she practiced Family Law. Sonny mentioned the problems he’s had with the mother of his daughter Avery then gave her his business card just in case she changed her mind.  Returning back to his table, Sonny asked Brick to provide legal documentation Dev was Mike’s cousin. Shiloh gave Zahra Wiley’s washcloth he swiped and said a DNA test would prove he’s the father. But his lawyer reminded him that a third party DNA test was inadmissible in court. She realized that not only did Shiloh want to get his son back, he wanted the child’s mother as well. Shiloh said he wanted the family he was meant to have. Jason told Harmony that right after Shiloh killed her husband, he slept with Willow (Katelyn MacMullen). Harmony was like an alcoholic and her addiction to Shiloh caused her to sell her daughter to Archer. Officer Billy Price met Sam and tried to get “the new waitress” to join Dawn of Day. Billy told Sam that if she attended a DOD event he’d make a point to find her again. After Billy left, Carol said Sam, Jason and Michael were the only ones to tell her the truth so she’d help him.  Michael came to The Metro Court to ask Sonny about the ruse of Dev being his cousin. Michael feared there would be trouble for The Corinthos family if Dev got nervous while being questioned by a government official and revealed the truth.  But Sonny assured Dev wasn’t the get nervous type.  Sonny saw a lot of himself in the teen. Kristina arrived and Brick greeted “the little firecracker” with a hug. He commented that maybe Shiloh should find another place to eat when Krissy spotted Archer and confronted him. She warned Shiloh that all his seminars on karma are true; it’s a bitch and is now coming back on him. Alexis returned to Neil’s office. She again apologized for her friend (Diane) researching about his past and wanted him to consider treating her again. Dr. Brynes asked how tomorrow at 5:00PM looked for her. Cameron told Josslyn he decided to go to the reception for his little brothers Jake and Aiden (Hudson West and Jason David) because they needed to see that he supported their mother and Franco’s marriage. Trina said she’d be Cameron’s date at the wedding but told Webber he’d have to dance with her. Trina reminded that as she was going to be his date, she expected Cameron to dance with her. Dev got himself and Josslyn bowls of vanilla ice cream and commented that if he were deported tomorrow at least he was having ice cream tonight. Sam recorded Carol reading her statement on her cell phone. Harmony told Jason how after Shiloh was arrested for killing her husband she contacted one of the DOD faithfuls Carol Lockhart and told Carol that Shiloh needed to see her. After Carol left the jail, she confessed to the drugging and Shiloh was released. But Harmony admitted to Jason only she and Shiloh had access to the drug used in the initiates tea. Shiloh had a prescription for it under his real name David Henry Archer.
