Ava (Maura West) and the clairvoyant were in the stateroom where Kiki’s (Hayley Erin) body was placed after she was murdered when the lights go out. Liesl (Kathleen Gati) is on deck when someone pushed her overboard. Kim (Tamara Braun) and Drew (Billy Miller) went to check the fuse when Cain suddenly collapsed. We saw Kim holding a syringe. Cameron (William Lipton), Josslyn (Eden McCoy) and Trina were out on deck when Joss noticed someone he fallen overboard. Ava tried to make contact with her daughter apologizing to Kiki for the things she said. But the clairvoyant said although Kiki was there she’s gone now; her soul didn’t want to linger in the place where it left her body. Ava demanded her daughter be brought back.  Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) welcomed Hayden (Rebecca Budig) home. But Hayden’s romantic greeting with Jax (Ingo Rademacher) was interrupted by Josslyn’s announcement someone had fallen overboard. Jax and Curtis pulled Liesl out of the water. Finn (Michael Easton) administered CPR. At The Metro Court, Peter (Wes Ramsey) urged caution as Lulu (Emme Rylan) had another date with Dustin, a possible suspect of the home robberies. Liesl announced to the paramedics she’d been pushed. Both Brad (Parry Shen) and Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) were suspiciously gone at the time. Kim brought Drew back to a stateroom where she took off his clothes and put him into bed. Fortunately, Julian (William deVry) interrupted them in bed before she could have sex with Drew. He reminded having another baby couldn’t replace Oscar. He told her her had to get her out of there. Curtis asked Hayden how long she was staying in Port Charles. Bobbie(Jackie Zeman) overheard Franco telling Elizabeth that Liesl knew something about Wiley’s birth father. Curtis found Drew and the syringe outside the stateroom, telling his friend he’d been drugged. Drew started to remember what happened and urged his friend not to tell Jordan (Briana Henry) as the person who did this was in enough trouble already. On the pier, Kim didn’t know how she’d face Drew again. She sadly told Julian she didn’t know who she was anymore. Hayden met Josslyn and commented how much she looked like Carly (Laura Wright). Kim left a message to make an emergency appointment with a therapist. Josslyn thanked Trina and Oscar for being there for her calling them her best friends. The clairvoyant offered to be a conduit so Ava and Kiki could talk.”May I have this dance Mrs. Baldwin?” Franco asked Elizabeth.

At The Metro Court, Shiloh (Colby Ryan McLaughlin) approached Sasha (Sofia Mattson) saying she looked troubled and offered his help. Suddenly, Michael (Chad Duell) grabbed Shiloh, throwing him on the floor and warning him to stay away from Sasha. And Ms. Gilmore reminded that he invited himself to sit down with her without asking and told him to take a hike. After Shiloh left, Michael filled Sasha in on who the man was before leaving for the will reading.  Sam (Kelly Monaco) arrived at the PCPD to speak with D.A. Scorpio telling him she had evidence against David Henry Archer a.k.a Shiloh. She told Mac, Chase and Robert about Carol Lockhart lying and confessing to Douglas Miller’s murder to protect Shiloh. Robert told Sam it may not be easy getting a subpoena to get Carol to Port Charles. Carly (Laura Wright) offered to go to the Quartermaines with Josslyn (Eden McCoy) for the reading of Oscar’s will. Alexis (Nancy Grahan) told Ned (Wally Kurth), Olivia (Lisa Lociero) and Monica (Leslie Charleson) that Jason (Steve Burton) was unreachable but even as the executor of Oscar’s estate, he didn’t need to be there. At Oscar’s Meadow, Kim (Tamara Braun) apologized to Drew (Billy Miller) for drugging him in order to conceive a baby. She said she understood if he wanted to press charges. He said he wasn’t. Carly joined Sasha at her table and they talked about Michael. Carly was impressed that Sasha seemed to know the real Michael in such a short time. They also talked about how Carly came to town to find her birth mother, much like Sasha had. When he showed Jason the fake documents identifying Dev as Devlin Corbin and that the teen would be living with the Corinthos, Jason urged Sonny to reconsider as he didn’t know anything about Dev’s past or his loyalties or motivations. And later, Dev showed his skill in memorizing the fake documents and thanked Sonny for everything he was doing for him. Alexis read Oscar’s will: He left his keyboard to Leo, a tour book of his home town of Cleveland with flagged pages of attractions to Monica, a black and white photo he took of Wiley and Michael to Michael, his car to Cameron (William Lipton), the compass Josslyn gave to him back to her to help her on her next destination, the glass he and Joss stole to run the DNA and Kim the stuffed animal she gave him to help when he was scared. He thanked Kim for being the best mother. Cameron found Josslyn in the park and comforted her. In order to subpoena Carol, Robert needed a corroborating witness to her intention to give a statement. Jason entered the PCPD announcing he was surrendering to the police as there was an outstanding warrant out on him. He said he could bring them the witness. Alexis said the Quartermaines wouldn’t like the person who Oscar was leaving his voting shares of ELQ stock. Just then, Shiloh entered.

Hayden (Rebecca Herbst) came to General Hospital with food from Kelly’s as a peace offering for a former colleagues. Liesl (Kathleen Gati) woke up in a hospital bed at GH. Franco (Roger Hogwath) told Liesl she fell overboard The Haunted Star and how Jax and Curtis pulled her out of the water. Liesl wanted another doctor. But Finn said he was treating her for possible infections she could have sustained from being in the water. After Dr. Finn left the room, Liesl asked Franco to check to see whether a guard was posted outside her room in case the person who pushed her tried to finish the job. Franco questioned his friend about what she said about Wiley and his real father. Liesl backtracked saying she was being sentimental because of Franco finding love and a family. Finn declined Hayden’s donuts, preferring instead to speak with her someone private away from GH. Chase (Josh Swickward) visited Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) venting about a justice system that allows someone like Shiloh (Colby Ryan McLaughlin) to walk free. Meanwhile, Shiloh walked into the Quartermaine mansion announcing he’d use Oscar voting share gift for the good of the community and to rebuild Dawn of Day. Drew (Billy Miller) pushed Shiloh to the floor warning him never to speak his son Oscar’s name again. Archer tried to appeal to Kim (Tamara Braun). She thanked him for helping her son in his time of need but added she couldn’t ignore the disturbing things she heard about him. Alexis said The Quartermaines could contest the will in probate. But Michael reminded about The Mount Kilimanjaro Foundation afterwards which supersedes his written will. Chase took Liesl’s statement about being pushed. When Dr. Obretch learned Hayden was at the wedding reception, she said Ms. Barnes could have done the deed. With her attorney present, Harmony gave her statement under her real name Lorraine Miller (Inga Canadrel). She told Sam (Kelly Monaco) how Shiloh stalked her for years and sent the emails in which Daisy (Kelsey Wang) took the blame, just like Carol Lockhart (Mandy Musgrave) about drugging Douglas. Harmony explained she kept a copy of the books containing how Shiloh was skimming off the top of DOD profits and paying off Beecher’s Corners cops and other officials. She verified she was expecting any deals for testimony; she just wanted Shiloh brought to justice. After Harmony was taken to a cell, Robert (Tristan Rogers) told Jason the charges were being dropped against him, a subpoena for Carol to testify and a warrant issued for Shiloh’s arrest. At The Metro Court, Hayden told Finn asking him to meet her in Rome because being in the romantic city of Rome made her miss him. Chase arrived to bring Hayden to the PCPD to question her about Liesl’s allegation she could have pushed her. Michael called Jason about Shiloh getting test results. At GH, Shiloh taunted Brad that he (Shiloh) would be taking his son home soon and was handed the DNA results.

Sonny (Maurice Bernard) continued to coach Dev on the teen’s backstory. He told Dev he would be registered in school. But the teen preferred the life experience of working for Sonny, who instead said Dev would work at The Metro Court. Michael (Chad Duell) came to visit Willow (Katelyn MacMullen), who told him her finally saw the truth about Shiloh and turned against him by giving evidence that would lead to Archer’s arrest. Willow also told Michael her mother’s cellmate at Pentonville was Nelle (Chloe Lanier). Chase (Josh Swickward) arrived at The Metro Court interrupting Finn (Michael Easton) and Hayden’s (Rebecca Herbst) conversation. Hayden learned Detective Chase was Finn’s brother. Chase told Hayden he needed to question her on the PCPD. On their way out, Hayden ran into Lulu (Emme Rylan) and Laura (Genie Francis) at the elevator. Ms. Barnes was surprised Laura was now mayor and Laura was surprised Hayden had returned. Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) wanted Charlotte (Scarlett Fernandez) to spend the summer with him at Wyndemere. But Lulu preferred to stick to the court appointed schedule. Mac (John J. York) told Sam (Kelly Monaco) and Jason (Steve Burton) he got the warrant to arrest Shiloh (Coby Ryan McLaughlin). Nina (Cynthia Waltros) questioned Jax (Ingo Rademacher) about how he knew Hayden. At GH, Curtis (Donnell Turner) and Jordan (Briana Henry) were walking by just in time to see Lucas (Ryan Carnes) punched Shiloh to the floor for taunting him (Lucas) about Shiloh reclaiming Wiley. Archer demanded Lucas be arrested for assault. But Jordan told him she couldn’t do that. Just then, Mac, Sam and Jason arrived. Curtis and Jordan denied they were witnesses to any assault. Mac announced he was there to arrest Shiloh. When Archer was handcuffed, he dropped the envelope containing the test results. Sam handed it to Lucas. Chase learned his brother was engaged to Hayden. Finn assured Hayden valued life too much to try to kill Obretch (Kathleen Gati). Chase came into the interrogation room with Hayden’s file that included her colorful past. Hayden called Jax. When Chase returned, he offered to share one Finn story in exchange for her telling him something about her relationship with his brother. Security footage cleared Hayden of trying to kill Liesl. Peter (Wes Ramsey) was nervous to be at the WSB office in Ithaca, NY. Maxie (Kristen Storms) wondered why the agent was armed. Later, she refused to accept Dante didn’t want to see her. Maxie entered the agent’s office just as shots rang out. Lulu came to see Sonny to ask her father-in-law’s help with Dante’s situation. Dev came to The Metro Court to report to work. The young thief saw Laura’s unattended purse and pushed it on the floor to steal from it. But Jason appeared stopping Dev. Lucas threw the unopened test results in the trash. Willow was released from jail as Shiloh was brought in. He smugly told her he’d beat the charges like he always did and would have his son.
