Solitude is a blessing and a curse. In those quiet moments, we give ourselves permission to be vulnerable. We don’t need to mold ourselves into an acceptable public persona. We are who we are. When we are vulnerable, we bare our souls. It is scary. Yet, purity also comes from such moments.

That is what I find most inspiring about Brian Buckley Band’s music. The lyrics and melodies are raw and authentic, rich and yes, emotionally vulnerable.
