As the lovable Sheriff Donna Hanscum on The CW’s long running show Supernatural, Briana Buckmaster has become a welcomed addition to the Supernatural family. Whereas Sheriff Donna is imprisoned by her insecurities over body issues, Briana encourages all people to appreciate their authentic selves. She is a compassionate, humorous and fearless woman who inspires many people.
It’s National French Fry Day. I plan to celebrate this awesome food event with some McDonalds’ french fries later tonight. One of our favorite Supernatural demons had a passion for this potato cuisine- Ruby.

As Lilith, Sierra N. McCormick took her demonic “shore leave” to New Harmony, Indiana. Lilith possessed the meatsuit of a pretty little girl and soon left destruction in her wake. The babysitter, a grandfather and even Freckles the cat all met with bloody deaths. And of course, Lilith collected on the contract with eldest Winchester brother Dean (Jensen Ackles) sending his soul to Hell.
This July, the road so far will take Supernatural cast members Jared Padalecki (Sam Winchester), Jensen Ackles (Dean Winchester), Misha Collins (Castiel) and Mark Sheppard (Crowley) to San Diego.

She is well-known to fans of The CW’s long running show Supernatural for her incredible portrayal of young Mary Winchester. Arrow fans have been riveted watching the talented Gumenick transform into Cupid. Currently, Amy Gumenick has been mesmerizing viewers as Philomena in the AMC period drama TURN: Washington Spies. Actress Amy Gumenick may not be a household name (yet) but the versatile actress continues to compile an impressive body of work.
Already a television veteran, Gumenick has appeared in numerous small screen projects. She starred as ill-fated teen Natalee Holloway. Some of her other acting credits include roles on Bones and Grey’s Anatomy.
But the road so far took Gumenick to The CW where she achieved greater recognition and countless fans for roles on Supernatural and Arrow. As Young Mary Winchester, the doomed mother of heroic brothers Sam and Dean Winchester (Jared Padalecki and Jensen Ackles) on the long running Supernatural, Gumenick turned in stellar performances. In her first appearance in the Season 4 episode,”In The Beginning,” fans learned that Mary reluctantly embraced the Campbell family business of hunting. Her story was one of longing for a normal life (a familiar refrain, especially with her youngest son Sam) yet having her own life come to a tragic end courtesy of the Yellow Eyed Demon. Gumenick’s second appearance in the Season 5 episode “The Song Remains The Same” once again allowed the actress to tap into Mary’s strength and determination.
