Remember the day when coloring books were just for kids? A child would sit for hours with their coloring book and a box of Crayola. Well times, they are a-changing. Coloring books aren’t just child’s play anymore.
It’s National Coloring Book Day and welcome to the era of adult coloring books. Some of the popular television and movies shows now have official coloring books.
I’ve always been a fan of coloring books as I am not a gifted artist. But I was skilled at coloring within the lines. So, to be able to purchase coloring books based on television shows and movies is a great thing.
The one coloring book I’m eagerly awaiting to buy is The Official Supernatural Coloring Book. It is due for release in October.

If Supernatural is not your thing, there are adult coloring books for Doctor Who as well as an upcoming one for Buffy The Vampire Slayer.
If you can’t be a Michelangelo or Picasso, at least you can have some artistic fun coloring.
