Funny Married Stuff Interview with Lony’e and Peyton Perrine from @kleffnotes

Lony’e and Peyton Perrine were tired of seeing negative representations of married life in the media and decided that they wanted to create something to highlight the positives. Out of this came Funny Married Stuff, a short form comedy that is up for Emmy consideration. This sketch comedy has already gained national attention by winning awards at a variety of festivals including Best Sketch Comedy at the Miami Web Fest and Best Web Series at the Philadelphia Independent Film Awards. Frances Timbers examines the superstitions and myths that continue to surround magic and witchcraft today by delving into the history of the misconceptions that have created these thoughts in A History of Magic and Witchcraft: Sabbats, Satan & Superstitions in the West. By bringing together Ancient Greek and Roman philosophy, Christianity, popular culture, and gender beliefs in the Middle Ages and early modern period, Timbers examines how all of these elements contributed to the creation of the witch and the later prosecution of those identified by that word.
