Seven Days of Us Book Review ( @FrancescaHornak ) from @kleffnotes

Francesca Hornak’s debut novel Seven Days of Us examines what can happen to a family when they are forced to live in close quarters for a full week over the Christmas holidays. Now I typically don’t read anything about the holidays until the month of December, but once I heard about this book I knew I wouldn’t be able to wait. Hornak weaves the narratives of five characters together in a way that felt effortless and kept me reading non-stop from beginning to end. These Are a Few of My Favorite Christmas Specials from @kleffnotes

Do You Want a Gremlin?

It’s the holiday season and the perfect time to pull out the holiday classic Gremlins. I know a lot of people watch it around Halloween, we even had it on the Halloween rack at the video store, but this movie is definitely for Christmas time watching. The entire movie uses Christmas as the focus, without Christmas Gizmo never would have been gifted in the first place.
