Interview with Jon Paul Burkhart from @kleffnotes

This brainy recipe was not only suggested by a huge fan of these brain food articles, Lisa Steinberg from StarryMag, but it was the first recipe where I worked with a co-chef. My girlfriend Krista, who I have mentioned a number of times and who has appeared on The Nerdy Girl Express before, helped me to make these brain pancakes.
