Samurai Shin is a manga style series that examines two young warriors, Keith and Amir, who want to prove themselves as strong and confident samurai. While they have the same goal these young men find themselves at odds in the attempt to achieve their goals. As boys they fought in a match and have been bitter rivals ever since Amir defeated Keith. Amazing Age #2 returns us into the world of Sam Charleston’s comic book characters which he and his childhood friends were suddenly dropped into at the end of issue #1. Heroes from Sam’s comic continue to appear and inform him that they are going to reunite him with his friends, who have materialized in a different part of this comic book universe. Stan Lee: The Man Behind Marvel by Bob Batchelor Book Review ( @CultPopCulture ) from @kleffnotes

Bob’s Batchelor’s Stan Lee: The Man Behind Marvel provides an insightful look into not only the titular man himself, but also the complex and captivating world of Marvel Comics growth and evolution over the years. While the book will not be released until September 2017 the debut of a brand new Marvel film, Spider-Man: Homecoming, earlier this month provided me with the perfect moment to promote this book.
