American Horror Stories Series Review from @kleffnotes

If you didn’t know I am a big fan of American Horror Story. I have watched every season, some more than once, though in recent years I have waited for the season to finish and then I’ll binge it. I was very curious when a new season that wasn’t exactly a season was announced. American Horror Stories is an anthology style series that just ended yesterday. I thought I would share my thoughts, especially since the new season is starting next week, which is solid set up for a season whose promos have yet to fully convince me of what the plot is.

Articles Going Forward from @kleffnotes

If you keep an eye on The Nerdy Girl Express you might have noticed I have been sort of quiet recently. That isn’t to say that I haven’t wanted to write, but really that I have just been too busy to get any projects done. I used to try and get an article up every day and that happened for a long time. I then focused on getting things up about two to three times a week, but I have run into a scheduled that has led me to need to focus on getting things done just when I can.

Smoke and Mirrors: The Hearthstone Book Review from @kleffnotes

I have been so busy with my regular 9 to 5 job recently that I have been having a bit of a rough time getting through any review books. I did manage to finally get a chance to work on my review for the recent release, Smoke and Mirrors: The Hearthstone. This is the sequel to Smoke and Mirrors: The Trueheart, which I had the pleasure of reviewing previously. If you are a fan of magical fantasy reads that fall under the genre of YA this is a read for you.

Full Tilt Boogie Comic Review from @kleffnotes

I love a good space opera and when I was contacted about Full Tilt Boogie I was instantly intrigued. The full collection from writer Alex de Campi and artist Eduardo Ocana is an all ages read that did release in May. I have been a bit behind with comic reviews and this admittedly did get unintentionally moved to a later month. This is a fun read and definitely something you should check out, but keep reading to find out more.
