Geek-Girl Volume 2 focuses on a new incarnation of Geek-Girl. With Ruby no longer eager to play the hero, her friend Summer has stepped up to become the hero of our story. The only issue is that going into issue 3, Summer doesn’t have the super powered glasses that give Geek-Girl her powers. Wolverton Issue #2 Kickstarter Campaign from @kleffnotes

The Wolverton comic series initially began as the idea for a movie, but was transitioned into comics. The first issue appeared on the Comic Journal’s best of 2017 list and now the team is working to bring you a second issue through a Kickstarter. The title character Jack Wolverton is entrusted with protecting dangerous and magical artifacts that his family has collected over the years, but while many people would love such a fantastic job, Jack hates magic. White Ash is a comic series that focuses on the son of a miner named Aleck who falls for an elite mine owner daughter, Lillian. Their Romeo and Juliet-esque story takes on a supernatural twist when Aleck learns that he is something more than human. Earlier this month the Amelia Sky series opened their Kickstarter to help fund the creation of their second issue, Anti-Aliasing Awakening Part 2. This sci-fi/horror series focuses on Amelia Sky, a young girl who wakes up in a post apocalyptic world with no memory of who she is or what has happened. Her journey leads her to discover extraordinary abilities that will help her to survive against the shriekers, an ancient alien race that are ravenously hungry for energy.
