A weekly column highlighting the Port Charles happenings during the past week on General Hospital. Read below to find out what you missed or to refresh your memory in time for next week.

Monday

Diane (Carolyn Hennessey) and Michael (Chad Duell) walked in on Sam (Kelly Monaco) and Jason (Steve Burton) kissing. Annoyed, she told them she was just in time to stop Sam from violating her parole; she would be billing them for her time. At The Floating Rib, Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) vowed to Chase (Josh Swickward) that Nelle (Chloe Lanier) wouldn’t get her hands on Wiley. Nina (Cynthia Watros) was looking at the half heart pendant when Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) entered for their meeting. Nina apologized saying she needed to reschedule the meeting. But she and Sasha did realize they were on the same page regarding a concept. Finn (Michael Easton) put headphones on Violet while he talked with Anna (Finola Hughes) so the little girl would partake in her new pass time of eavesdropping. Anna asked when Finn and Violet were coming home. Maxie (Kirsten Storms) and Peter (Wes Ramsey) interrupted. Ms. Jones blamed herself for Liesl’s (Kathleen Gati) actions, adding she couldn’t believe James’ grandmother would risk spending time with him. When Anna and Maxie walked away, Finn apologized to Peter for believing he was guilty when Liesl set him up. Peter accepted Finn’s apology and they shook hands. But viewers knew Finn didn’t really believe Peter was innocent. Diane reminded Sam and Jason the continued risk they were taking sneaking to see each other. Anna texted Jason and asked him to come to The Metro Court. Chase ran into Sasha at The Floating Rib. Willow came to Nina to ask Ms. Reeves to run a sort of true crime article on Nelle in order to help Michael’s custody case. At first she reminded Willow that Michael’s case was none of her business, but then Nina said she understood Willow’s need to protect the boy she thought was her son for a year and a half. Maxie refused to listen to Spinelli’s (Bradford Anderson) claims of Peter’s guilt hinting she wanted to spend the rest of her life with Peter and maybe someday marry him. Anna also accused Jason of being like a dog with a bone when it came to Peter as he didn’t want to admit he could be wrong. Finn and Violet told a happy Anna they wanted to come home with her. As Sasha told Chase she wasn’t ready to be a mother, Diane suggested the best legal strategy for Michael was to get married to provide Wiley with a mother. Neil (Joe Flanigan) told Alexis (Nancy Grahan) he was to blame for his own situation with the medical review board because he wanted her to be more than a patient. Later, he and Alexis started to make love in her hotel room.

Tuesday

Neil (Joe Flanigan) and Alexis (Nancy Grahan) woke up in bed together with smiles on their faces. Michael (Chad Duell) asks Sasha’s (Sofia Mattsson) that Diane (Carolyn Hennessey) recommended it would help his custody case if he got married. At GH, Julian (William deVry) told Ava (Maura West) his fear Brad would give him up and he’d go to prison for aiding and abetting. Scott (Kin Shrines) asked Brad (Parry Shen) to give him something that will help at his arraignment. Brad said besides for Nelle he was the only one who knew. Laura (Genie Francis) encouraged Curtis (Donnell Turner) to go to Taggert’s (Réal Andrews) wake, but Ashford felt guilty for not saving both Trina and Taggert. The Floating Rib was closed Taggert’s wake. Mac (John J. York) and Jordan (Briana Henry) raised their glasses to Taggert. Sonny (Maurice Bernard) arrived and spoke a few words about how although he and Taggert’s weren’t friends, he respected him in the end. Sonny gave Dr. Robinson (Brook Kerr) his condolences and said he was there if they needed him. Neil wanted to tell the truth at the board hearing as he couldn’t put what happened between them on hold for two years. But Alexis worried Neil could lose his medical license. Sonny came to the Quartermaines to see how Michael was doing. Scott (Kin Shriner) told Julian (William deVry) he feels someone else was involved in the whole Brad/Nelle baby switch. Jordan (Briana Henry) offered Portia Robinson condolences over Taggert’s death, assuring he loved her and Trina (Sydney Mikalya). Portia added Taggert loved his job more. Trina asked Cameron (William Lipton) and Josslyn (Eden McCoy) to tell her something else to take her mind off her father’s death. Trina was furious to see Curtis at the wake as she blamed him for her father’s death because he chose to safe her and was too late to save her dad. Curtis was surprised to see Trina’s mom was Portia, a woman from his past. When Michael commented he wished Brad would do the right thing and plead guilty, Sonny assured things had a way of working out. Trina was angry the man responsible for her father’s death was attending his wake. Josslyn commented at least Trina got to say goodbye. Alexis spoke on Neil’s behalf praising his skill as a therapist. She insisted her relationship with Dr. Byres was strictly professional. Ava invited Franco and Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) to have dinner with she and Nikolas (Marcus Coloma) sometime. Michael told Sasha he had no intention of having a marriage of convenience, adding if they were to get married someday he’d want it to be for all the right reasons. When Sonny entered the room where he was waiting before his arraignment, Brad asked what Corinthos was going to do to him. Sonny said that depended on what Brad said in court.

Wednesday

“I’ll spare your life but all you gotta do is go into that courtroom and plead guilty,” Sonny (Maurice Benard) told Brad (Parry Shen). Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) entertained Mike (Max Gail) at Turning Woods with one of his and Adela’s favorite songs. Then, she offered him some of Olivia’s (Lisa Locierco) famous meatballs with sauce. Sam (Kelly Monaco) and Molly (Haley Pullos) and to Jordan’s (Briana Henry) office where the police commissioner told her she heard from TJ (Taj Bellow) and he needed time alone to think. After Sam and Molly left, Laura (Genie Francis) entered. She suggested beating Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) at his own game by playing by his rules. As Lucas (Ryan Carnes) Julian (William deVry) and Sonny sat in the courtroom, Brad shocked the court by changing his plea to guilty against attorney Scott Baldwin’s (Kin Shriner) urging. Brad made a statement saying the baby switch was Nelle Benson’s (Chloe Lanier) idea. He also apologized to Lucas. Judge Lasser reminded Brad that as he was pleading guilty he would be remanded to Pentonville to await sentencing but would need to sign a waiver verifying he wasn’t coerced into making his plea or would change his mind. Before Brad was transferred to Pentonville, Lucas approached him and took off his wedding ring, saying this was the last time they’d see each other. Brad told Lucas he’d find someone better than him (Brad). Julian asked Brad why he decided to change his plea. Brad told Julian about Sonny’s visit, assuring he hadn’t given Jerome up to Corinthos. Cooper warned his father-in-law to be careful because if Sonny discovered Julian knew Wiley was Michael’s son before the revelation came out he’d kill Julian. At the medical review hearing, Neil (Joe Flanigan) backed up Alexis’ (Nancy Grahan) statement their relationship with strictly professional. The medical board ruled Neil could keep his medical license since it was only one compliant that didn’t come from Ms. Davis. Jordan (Briana Henry) came to Pentonville to visit Cyrus. When he talked about his love for children, Jordan made a shocking revelation. “Do you have my son?” she asked Renault. Brad was surprised when Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) entered the courtroom. “You look like you could use a friend” she said.

Thursday

Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) told Michael (Chad Duell) she started working at ELQ tomorrow. She then answered the door for Chase (Josh Swickward) who came to see Michael bringing a six pack. After Brook Lynn left, Chase told Michael “We need to talk about Janelle.” At Charlie’s, Nelle (Chloe Lanier) wanted to find out what happened at Brad’s (Parry Shen) arraignment but Julian (William deVry) wasn’t in the mood for her. So, Nelle called Zahra to find out what happened at Brad’s arraignment. Brad was surprised when Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) entered the courtroom. “You look like you could use a friend” she said. She apologized for not responding to his texts explaining she was fighting to retain her medical license. Britt wrongly assumed her friend was granted bail, but Brad told her he pleaded guilty because Sonny (Maurice Benard) gave him an offer he couldn’t refuse. Julian was cutting limes when Nelle approached him at the bar commenting how justice was served with Brad pleading guilty. Julian said Nelle shouldn’t look so smug as he was sure Wiley would someday learn the truth about her mother. Also at Charlie’s was Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) and Willow (Katelyn MacMullen). Ms Gilmore told Willow about Michael’s marriage suggestion. Curtis (Donnell Turner) greeted his Aunt Stella (Vernee Watson) when she showed up at his place. She came because she heard about Taggert’s (Réal Andrews) shooting but reminded her nephew he saved those kids’ lives. At Pentonville, Jordan was horrified when she sent a text to TJ (Taj Bellow) and the reply back was a photo of him on a chair looking beaten. “What do you want?!” Jordan demanded. Willow threw a drink in Nelle’s face when she (Nelle) said she was thinking of changing Wiley’s name to William and reminded Willow that she wasn’t Wiley’s mother. Chase and Michael discussed the ally Nelle may have helping her. “Chase we have to stop her no matter what,” Michael said. Sasha asked Willow how it felt throwing that drink in Nelle’s face. And after, Willow suggested Sasha consider marrying Michael while Chase encouraged Michael to marry Sasha to get a leg up in the custody case. Jordan returned home venting about the hatefulness of Cyrus Renault, who deserved to be dead not rotting in prison. Britt couldn’t believe Brad is letting Julian off the hook instead of turning him into Sonny. They said their goodbyes as Brad was taken off to Pentonville. At The Bistro, Brook Lynn didn’t like the idea of reporting to work at eight as she wasn’t a morning person. She was especially disheartened she would be able to pursue her music career for five years. When Sasha returned home to the Quartermaine mansion, she and Michael revisited the idea of getting married. Julian refused to serve Nelle dessert so she left Charlie’s in a huff. Britt arrived at Charlie’s and sat at the bar. Curtis asked Jordan what Cyrus said when she visited him.

Friday

Franco (Roger Howath) and Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) were at The Floating Rib when Sam (Kelly Monaco) and Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) entered talking about Liesl’s (Kathleen Gati) arrest. Franco refused to believe his friend was guilty. In jail at the PCPD, Liesl vented she was a victim of Anna’s (Finola Hughes) “maternal guilt.” Nina (Cynthia Watros) arrived and told her aunt she didn’t know if she could make excuses for her this time. Liesl insisted she was set up by Anna’s devious son. After receiving a text not to say anything to Curtis (Donnell Turner), Jordan (Briana Henry) asked for some time alone. Curtis said he would take his Aunt Stella (Vernee Watson) to dinner and book her a room at The Metro Court. Franco told Elizabeth he had to talk with Liesl. Nina was angry when Liesl begged her niece to help her because that’s what Nathan would have wanted. Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) told Michael the thought of Nelle (Chloe Lanier) being anywhere Wiley made her reconsider marriage and motherhood. And she already loved Wiley. So, Michael got down on bended knee and proposed to Sasha. At Charlie’s, Harmony joined Chase (Josh Swickward) and Willow until she received a text. When Michael told her he was marrying Sasha, Diane (Carolyn Hennessey) said that was a terrible idea. Nelle’s lawyer would use Sasha’s history of fraud and lying and as Michael’s wife that would hurt his case. Diane said unless Michael could find someone who was a paragon of virtue, a cross between Snow White and Mary Poppins he shouldn’t get married. After Diane left, Sasha said although they were only engaged for fifteen minutes she was disappointed they were not getting married. Harmony came to see Jordan and revealed Cyrus (Jeff Kober) sent her. Because Cyrus arranged her early release, Harmony was now working for the international drug dealer. She told Jordan that Cyrus wanted the police commissioner to be his eyes inside the PCPD by looking the other way as he ran his drug shipments through Port Charles. Harmony gave Jordan a burner phone and told her to use it to contact Harmony, who was the go-between Jordan and Cyrus. Harmony admitted that if she didn’t work with Cyrus not only she but also her daughter (Willow) would be in danger. Jordan reluctantly agreed but wanted photographic proof daily that T.J (Taj Bellows) was okay. When Franco came to visit her, Liesl told him she was being set up by Peter August (Wes Ramsey). Franco remembered how Liesl once clobbered him over the head to cover her tracks…who’s to say she wasn’t trying to cover her tracks again? Liesl told Franco she’d never throw away their friendship. Willow told Chase how she threw a drink in Nelle’s face and said she’d do anything for Wiley. Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) told Julian she knew he was helping Brad. Soon, Dr. Westbourne was throwing back the drinks, but since she had to visit her mother in jail in the morning decided she didn’t want to get drunk. Instead, she and Julian went up to his room for some hot sex.
