A weekly column highlighting the Port Charles happenings during the past week on General Hospital. Read below to find out what you missed or to refresh your memory in time for next week.

Monday

Nina (Cynthia Watros) told Ava (Maura West) that Wiley was lost to her and explained what she did that caused Michael (Chad Duell) to limit her access to Wiley. Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) offered to sign Danny and Scout’s ELQ shares back to Michael if he allows Nina to see Wiley. Michael refused to trade his son for shares. Valentin said Nina made a mistake but urged Michael to consider all options available before making a decision about Nina seeing Wiley. Chase (Josh Swickward) came to see Willow (Katelyn MacMuellen) and told her about Finn (Michael Easton) and his mother sleeping together the night before his mom got married. And now there’s a DNA test to determine whether his dad or Finn is his father. Chase said a part of him is so angry he’s unsure whether she should ever speak with Finn or his mom again. Willow offered to go with Chase when he found out the DNA test results. At GH, Gregory (Gregory Harrison) reminded Finn and Jackie (Kim Delaney) now that the truth was out, they had to see it through. Ned (Wally Kurth) found Alexis at Kelly’s and joined her to see how she was doing. Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) and Olivia (Lisa LoCicero) checked on Maxie (Kristen Storms) who was home for GH. She sadly said she loved Peter (Wes Ramsey), but the man she loved didn’t exist. Meanwhile, Peter gloated to Anna (Finola Hughes) and Jason (Steve Burton) there was no evidence linking him to the crimes which he was accused. But they were welcome to search his office. Anna and Jason decided to do a sweep. She also admitted she didn’t come forward with evidence she found in order to protect Peter. Jason told Anna he believed Peter killed Franco. After Finn opened the DNA test results and announced he was Chase’s father, Chase comforted Gregory. He angrily told Finn he didn’t care what the results said because he’d never accept him as his father. Valentin urged Nina not to repeat his mistakes and give Michael some time. Michael was surprised when Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) returned. At Kelly’s, Dante pulled Alexis away so Ned and Olivia could talk in private. Anna and Jason vowed to get the evidence to bring Peter, adding this time he won’t have her to hide behind. Sam helped Maxie pack up Peter’s things. After she left, Peter entered telling Maxie he was waiting for Sam to leave.

Tuesday

Alexis (Nancy Grahan) told Sam (Kelly Monaco), Kristina (Lexi Ainsworth) and Molly (Haley Pullos) she’s changing her plea to guilty to take responsibilty to her action. Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) arrived because Alexis called. Molly reminded her mother by pleading guilty she’d risk going to Pentonville. At Kelly’s, Trina (Sydney Mikayla) and Josslyn (Eden McCoy) worry about Cameron (William Lipton). At the cemetery, Cameron commented about all the people he knew buried. “And then there’s you. The person who made me who I am today” he said looking at the grave of his biological father Alexander “Zander” Smith. Zander appeared and encouraged his son to live his life and not make the same mistakes he did. Zander reminded them they had choices in life and he didn’t want Cameron to give in and make bad choices himself. Peter (Wes Ramsey) locked the door and told Maxie (Kristen Storms) that maybe they needed time to work pass their problems dues to the lies being spread about him. Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) came to GH as Brando (Johnny Wactor) was getting ready to check out. Cyrus (Jeff Kober) walked as they were about to kiss. He reminded Brando his hospital stint delayed the job Corbin was supposed to do for him. Gladys arrived and hugged her son. After Cyrus and Sasha left the room, Brando questioned his mother’s intentions. He said he knew she told Cyrus he wasn’t Dev’s father. Brando warned Gladys of the danger of being close to Cyrus Renault. Michael (Chad Duell) was surprised when Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) returned pregnant. He questioned her about the father’s identity. Michael told Brook Lynn about Valentin offering to sign over the ELQ shares so Nina could see Wiley. He realized Valentin was the baby’s father. Molly didn’t feel going to prison would help her mother. Sam added that if she were at Pentonville she wouldn’t have a support system. Trina and Josslyn arrived at the cemetery with flowers for Dev and Sonny’s graves. Josslyn told Cameron they’ve all lost someone and have to be able to lean on each other. Michael reminded Brook Lynn that Valentin can count and will figure out he’s her baby’s father. Cyrus was putting Gladys up in a hotel so she’d be in Port Charles to help look after his interests. Maxie asked Peter for his key back but he said he’d prefer to hold on to it to make sure she and the baby were safe. After he left, Maxie patted her stomach and ensured her daughter she wouldn’t share her with anyone.

Wednesday

At The Jerome Gallery, Nina (Cynthia Watros) commented that Franco would like the picture Ava (Maura West) displayed for the memorial. When Liesl (Kathleen Gati) arrived, Nina apologized to her aunt for believing she was guilty. She told Liesl about Nelle being her daughter. Liesl told her niece how she delivered Wiley. Josslyn (Eden McCoy) told Carly (Laura Wright) she had to go to Franco’s memorial to support Cameron (William Lipton). After Josslyn left, Carly commented to Jason (Steve Burton) how her inability to make her first morning cup of coffee the way Sonny (Maurice Benard) did made her think about her husband. Peter (Wes Ramsey) was at the cemetery visiting Nathan’s (Ryan Pavey) grave when Cyrus (Jeff Kober) approached. He pulled out his gun and pointed it at Renault. Cyrus said if he killed him Peter would die too and pointed out his snipers had him in their sights. After Peter lowered his weapon, Cyrus commented about the allegations against Peter and asked August to team up with him to take down their mutual enemy Jason Morgan. Cyrus and Peter shook on their new partnership. Curtis (Donnell Turner) came to GH to take TJ (Taj Bellows) out to celebrate his domestic partnership with Molly (Haley Pullos). He told TJ that he bought a nightclub. Laura (Genie Francis) offered her support to Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) knowing Liz was trying to be strong for her sons. She also gave Scott (Kin Shriner) her sympathies wishing there was something she could do to ease his pain. Aiden (Jason David) and Jake (Hudson West) entered the room. Jake read aloud the tribute he wrote for his stepfather. At Kelly’s, Sam (Kelly Monaco) told Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) that Alexis (Nancy Grahan) decided to change her plea to guilty. Elizabeth thought of moments with Franco and how they felt in love knowing she’d always love him. Liesl asked Laura when Peter would be arrested. The mayor’s answer that there was no evidence convinced Dr. Obretch to do what she should have done. Carly shouted at Jason that she was angry with Sonny for leaving her. Liesl called Dante. When she met with him, Liesl told him it was time to get rid of Peter August. Meanwhile, Peter approached Sam at Kelly’s. Sam commented how she looked forward to the day he’d pay for his crimes and she’d never have to see his face again. Jordan (Briana Henry) arrived at the Corinthos house and arrested Jason for the murder of Franco Baldwin. Scott, Elizabeth, Cameron, Jake and Aiden arrived at The Jerome Gallery for Franco’s memorial. Ava told them in addition to any tributes, she’s displaying what she felt were Franco’s greatest work. Seeing the paintings of his art therapy patients, Scott said it was Franco’s legacy.

Thursday

Carly (Laura Wright) told Jordan (Briana Henry) she couldn’t arrest Jason (Steve Burton) based on the ranting of a grief stricken Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst). While they’re holding Jason, Franco’s real killer is going free. At Kelly’s, Peter (Wes Ramsey) gloated to Sam (Kelly Monaco) that Jason will be too busy to come after him. Liesl (Kathleen Gati) discussed eliminating Peter with Dante (Dominic Zamprogna). Britt (Kelly Thiebauld) reminded Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) that Peter would seek revenge against those he felt betrayed him. Chase (Josh Swickward) came to Willow’s (Katelyn MacMuellen) and told her he couldn’t sleep last night because of the talk show his life’s become with finding out his brother was actually his dad. At GH, Violet asked Finn (Michael Easton) whether they could return home to Anna’s (Finola Hughes) house. When Anna appeared, the little girl asked about rescheduling of the wedding. Olivia (Lisa LoCicero) was surprised to come home and find a pregnant Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton). Gladys told Brando (Johhny Wactor) she did her civic duty to help him. We saw Gladys give her statement to Jordan and identify Jason Morgan as the man with a gun he tossed down the garbage shoot. When Diane (Carolyn Hennessey) arrived at the PCPD, she told Jason he could be in serious trouble. She said they needed to find out what the evidence was that the police had. Jordan entered with the gun used to kill Franco and announced there was a witness who saw Jason holding it. Liesl told Dante he had to complete the mission. To that end, he had access to Maxie’s (Kristen Storms) phone and a text would be sent from it to Peter asking him to meet. Liesl gave Dante a gun, telling him after he used it to throw it in the harbor. She added he would feel no remorse for eliminating Peter. At The Jerome Gallery, Jax (Ingo Radmacher) apologized for hurting Nina (Cynthia Watros). Realizing Valentin was her baby’s father, Olivia told Brook Lynn she couldn’t tell him. Chase to make the first move with Finn. Peter said he had to leave and showed her the text he’d gotten from Maxie. Finn told Anna since she was unable to share her spy life with him and secrets affected his sobriety, they couldn’t stay together. He promised he would never keep Violet away from her. Outside Kelly’s, Nina gave Valentin a letter for Charlotte since Ms. Reeves was leaving town. Then, Valentin bumped into Brook Lynn. Peter arrived at Nathan’s grave and was surprised to see Dante. Because Gladys claimed to see Jason toss the gun used to kill Franco down the garbage shoot, it looked like the mob enforcer would go down for a murder he didn’t commit.

Friday

Mike/Sonny (Maurice Benard) told Phyllis (Juliette Jeffers) he sold his rings to buy into the poker game. Phyllis said she and Lenny didn’t have other family to leave The Tan-o to when they died because their baby daughter only lived for a few days. Carly (Laura Wright) came to see Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) and told her Jason (Steve Burton) was arrested for Franco’s murder. She asked Elizabeth why she was so sure Jason was guilty. Chase (Josh Swickward) arrived at Finn’s (Michael Easton) office. He acknowledged he could have handled things better instead of storming off. “None of this is your fault” Finn said. Finn wanted to have another DNA test done at Mercy. Chase expressed his concern if they didn’t develop a father son relationship he’d feel like he was betraying the father who raised him. Ned (Wally Kurth) was happy when Olivia (Lisa LoCicero) asked him to come over to the Quartermaine mansion. She explained it wasn’t about them and told him Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) was back in town. Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) bumped into Brook Lynn outside Kelly’s. When she moved her purse, Valentin saw she was pregnant. He told Brook Lynn what decisions she wanted to make about her body while pregnant were hers. But once the baby was born, he intended to have active participation. Sam (Kelly Monaco) called Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) to ask him to find Maxie (Kristen Storms) to keep her away from Peter. After learning Maxie was with Spinelli and didn’t text Peter (Wes Ramsey), Sam left Kelly’s. Meanwhile, Peter found himself facing down the barrel of Dante’s (Dominic Zamprogna) gun. Cyrus (Jeff Kober) sat beside Jackie (Kim Delaney) at The Metro Court and again demanded to know his mother’s whereabouts. Robert (Tristan Rogers) appeared and said Renault was in his seat. Snidely commenting it was good Ms. Templeton was speaking with her lawyer, Cyrus left. Carly told Elizabeth about the eyewitness who claimed to see Jason toss the murder weapon down a garbage shoot. She reminded Liz that Jason would never be so sloppy. Plus, he wouldn’t kill Franco especially since Elizabeth knew her husband asked him to for fear what it do to her and Jake. Before leaving, Carly added that Elizabeth may need to believe Jason killed Franco but in doing so she’s allowing the real killer to get away with murder. Peter tripped and fell while trying to back away from Dante. Sam arrived just in time to stop Dante from killing Peter as it would ruin Dante’s life. Peter called Dante sick before running off. Snapping out of it, Dante lamented that they said he was well but he’s obviously not. Finn and Chase received texts notifying them of The Invader’s story about the paternity drama involving them and Jackie and Gregory. While talking with Robert about the secret she kept about Chase, Jackie also got a text. Ned was surprised to see his daughter pregnant and even more surprised to learn the baby’s father was Valentin Cassadine. Valentin called Martin (Michael E. Knight) and said he needed his help with a legal matter. Cyrus found Peter drinking at The Metro Court and thanked him for publishing the story of Jackie’s family drama. We saw how Cyrus called someone about the DNA and asked them to ensure the results were what he wanted. Sam brought Dante to GH. Mike/Sonny told Phyllis how he doesn’t know who the blonde woman was he’s been dreaming about. After Mike/Sonny left the room to get some rest, Phyllis happily welcomed Nina (Cynthia Watros) to The Tano-o.
