A weekly column highlighting the Port Charles happenings during the past week on General Hospital. Read below to find out what you missed or to refresh your memory in time for next week.

Monday

Sonny (Maurice Benard) told Michael (Chad Duell) he wanted to do anything it took to make things right between them. But if Michael convinced him he wanted nothing to do with him, he’d walk away and he’d never have to see him again. Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) came to Dex’s (Evan Hofer) apartment to talk with him about what went down between him and his father. Anna (Finola Hughes) waited for Robert (Tristan Rogers) in his office. Ava (Maura West) met Trina (Tabyana Ali) at Kelly’s. Victor (Charles Shaughnessey) told his henchman they had to convince the authorities Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) was alive and well and far away from Port Charles. Esme tried to make a run for it, but was caught by Nikolas (Marcus Coloma). “Hello lover, miss me?” Esme smirked. Michael told Sonny he doesn’t resemble the father he grew up with. Dante questioned Dex about the bruises on her wrists. Dante told him a witness reported Sonny tortured him. But Dex denied it and said the person who told the police was a straight up liar. Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) asked Nina (Cynthia Watros) to let him into Victor’s room. He told her not to ask questions for Charlotte’s sake. Nina said she was all in. Anna asked Robert to get her a warrant. Esme told Nikolas he owed her because he and Ava left her for dead. Nikolas realized Esme came to Wyndemere for money. He told her about Oz’s murder and asked whether she came to finish the job. When she told her about Rory (Michael Kruse) being out of town and how she wanted to join him but remembered her last trip away, Ava urged Trina not to give Esme power over her decisions. Lucy (Lynn Herring) barged into Victor’s room crying and acting upset because of the death of her business partner Sasha’s (Sofia Mattsson) husband Brando (Johnny Wactor). Nina called Victor and told him they needed to shut the water off in his room and needed to move him temporarily into a different room where a complimentary bottle of champagne was waiting. Sonny asked Michael how he’d feel if Wiley thought he wronged him and cut him out of his life…wouldn’t he do anything he could to make things right? Michael started to soften until he saw Nina enter the room. Lucy accepted a drink from Victor and told him she felt safe with him. Deputy Mayor Eileen Ashby accused D.A. Scorpio only allows Anna Devane to drag him into WSB business. She threatened to use her authority to launch an investigation of impropriety. Dante interrupted the altercation between Sonny and Michael. He pulled Michael aside and accused him of lying to the police and urged him to drop the vendetta against Sonny. Nikolas threatened to call the police on Esme. Robert called Anna and left her a voicemail saying they had to abort the plan to have Yohan arrested. Anna and Valentin listened in on Lucy and Victor’s conversation. Deputy Mayor Eileen called Victor and told him they had a problem. Esme told Nikolas he wouldn’t be calling the police on her, announcing she was pregnant with his child.

Tuesday

Wednesday

“This isn’t some trick Nikolas. It’s my get out of jail free card” Esme (Avery Kristen Pohl) told Nikolas (Marcus Coloma) putting his hand on her baby bump. Yohan returned to the room and learned that Mr. Cassadine had to change rooms. Deputy Mayor Eileen called Victor (Charles Shaughnessey) that they had a problem. Lucy (Lynn Herring) excused herself to freshen up so Victor could take his call in private. But in reality, she listened from the other room. At Kelly’s, Josslyn (Eden McCoy) was in the kitchen while Cameron (William Lipton) made BLTs. Michael (Chad Duell) praised Dex’s (Evan Hofer) performance for convincing Sonny (Maurice Benard) he was loyal to him. Ava (Maura West) came to see Sonny and told him she needed his help before Trina (Tabyana Ali) ended up dead. Carly (Laura Wright) arrived at the Guild Meeting and told Drew (Cameron Mathison) they weren’t ready for her. Michael told Dex he could get out of this and Sonny would never know Dex was working for him. But Dex was all in. Cameron reminded Josslyn they haven’t had sex since the first time at the cabin. Ava told Sonny about Oz’s murder which is why she’s worried for Trina’s safety. Peyton arrived for the Guild Meeting and told “Caroline” people will see her for who she was. Lucy picked up the phone in the other room and heard Eileen telling Victor that DA Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) was still working with Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) to find out about Luke Spencer’s (Anthony Geary) murder. Dex asked Michael how he would deal with his siblings’ anger for hurting their father. Michael told Dex he’s going to have to convince Josslyn he’s not worth protecting. Josslyn thanked Cameron for understanding having sex was difficult after Esme ruined their first time. Esme told Nikolas he wouldn’t be calling the police on her, announcing she was pregnant with his child. Michael came to Kelly’s to pick up some sweet potato pie to satisfy Willow’s (Katelyn MacMuellen) craving. Esme told Nikolas he’ll pay for the best attorneys to ensure she doesn’t sit foot in a prison cell. Ava told Sonny that Michael was a grown man and needed to get over his resentment. Sonny was surprised Ava was considering returning back to Wyndemere. Esme threatened to tell Ava about her pregnancy. Yohan came to the temporary hotel room and told Lucy she could leave until after he swept for bugs. Lucy left once he was finished. Carly addressed the Guild and told them paving over the cemetery for an access road would be like paving over Jacksonville’s heart. When the Guildtold her the public format portion was over, Carly asked whether they’d be taking a vote. Lucy met Anna and Valentin in the park and told them Victor was working with Deputy Mayor Ashby. Michael told Cameron they had to keep Josslyn away from Dex. Josslyn came to Dex’s apartment and told him he shouldn’t be risking himself for Sonny. Dex told Josslyn it was an opportunity for him for advancement and power. She called it the biggest copout. Before leaving, Ava told Sonny mentoring Dex would be good for him. Esme wanted to hide out at Wyndemere, but Nikolas said the staff would give her up. He said he knew the perfect place. Carly told Drew she’s not sure what she did was enough. The Guild told Carly the results of their vote would be on their website. Josslyn told Dex that Sonny would eventually turn on him. Sonny called Dex and asked him to come over to discuss his future. Nikolas brought Esme to an old room used for storage. He told her that the area of the house didn’t get WiFi then locked her in. Anna and Valentin told Lucy she couldn’t work for them anymore as it was too dangerous. Meanwhile, Victor found the phone not put back correctly on the cradle. After discovering strawberry lipstick on it, he said “Oh Lucy.”

Thursday

Due to ongoing breaking news coverage, today’s scheduled episode of General Hospital will air tomorrow. #GH

Friday

Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) arrived at Kelly’s where he found Cody (Josh Swickward) eating. He told him how the killer was identified as a woman. At GH, Maxie (Kristen Storms) came to ask Britt (Kelly Thiebauld) about Sasha (Sofia Mattsson). She was surprised to learn Britt was dating Cody. Maxie told Britt how Cody could be Mac’s (John J. York) son which will be confirmed once a DNA test was taken. Sam (Kelly Monaco) told Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) a date with Britt may be the thing he’s asking for now. Victor (Charles Shaughnessey) told Yohan before he decided what to do with Ms. Coe (Lynn Herring) had to determine whether listening in on his conversation was curiosity or if she was working for someone. Bobbie (Jackie Zeman) surprised Carly (Laura Wright) in Jacksonville and told her she was familiar with the Beautification Guild and will be a challenge to take out. Anna (Finola Hughes) told Robert (Tristan Rogers) that Deputy Mayor Eileen Ashby was working with Victor. Meanwhile, Victor came to see Lucy bearing gifts: A diamond necklace. Lucy was surprised when Martin (Michael E. Knight) entered her office at Deception. Lucy tried to explain her friendship with Victor. Carly told Bobbie coming back to Jacksonville was good for her because Drew (Cameron Mathison) finally helped her put the past behind her. Robert didn’t trust Valentin working with them to get Victor. He asked Anna whether she was sure her relationship with Valentin was compromising her judgment. After Victor left, Lucy told Martin she was working with Anna and Valentin. Lucy was angry and said Anna set her up when Martin told her Anna called him last night and told him to come back to Port Charles. Peyton told Carly the Beautification Guild voted to proceed with the project. “You lost Caroline,” she said. Dante came to GH to see Diane (Carolyn Henessey). He reminded Britt of their history and warned her about hurting Cody. Sam came to Kelly’s and told Cody she knew about him blackmailing Spinelli and warned him not to hurt her friend. Maxie suggested Spinelli use his algorithm to find his perfect match. Victor listened in when Lucy came to see Anna to confront her about how Ms. Devane was treating her after all she’s done for her. Victor smiled and told Yohan the necklace was money well spent.
