A weekly column highlighting the Port Charles happenings during the past week on General Hospital. Read below to find out what you missed or to refresh your memory in time for next week.

Monday

At Spring Ridge, Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) came to see Heather (Allie Mills), who called Dante “Detective Handsome” and asked whether he’d like to model for her as she painted. Mac (John J. York) spoke with Jordan (Tanisha Harper) on the phone and wanted to be with Robert (Tristan Rogers) who was at GH after passing out from being drugged by Holly (Emma Samms). He came over to Ava (Maura West) and Kevin (Jon Lindstrom) table at The Metro Court and asked for Ava’s help in finding Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl). Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) came to Esme’s room and said “I’m here to help you.” Victor (Charles Shauhnessey) arrived at Wyndemere with his bag and told Nikolas (Marcus Coloma) he was finally moving in. Holly listened as Laura (Genie Francis) told Scott (Kin Shriner) she wouldn’t rest until she brought Lucy’s (Lynn Herring) shooter to justice. Mac told Ava she knew someone who could help them find Esme. Elizabeth told Esme she was trying to make sure she had a healthy pregnancy, adding after she gave birth Nikolas told her Esme would spend the rest of her life on Cassadine Island in Greece. Esme didn’t believe Nikolas planned to see she was taken care of. Elizabeth gave Esme a bottle of prenatal vitamins. Victor told Nikolas he needed a secure location for what’s to come for their family. Laura told Holly she’d be spending Thanksgiving with her brother Martin (Michael E. Knight). Heather called Scott and asked him to come to Spring Ridge. Jordan told TJ (Taj Bellows) she believes Robert was drugged. Diane (Carolyn Hennessey) came to see Robert, who asked about his briefcase. Upon learning his briefcase was gone, Robert demanded she get Ashford. Ava agreed to be used as bait to find Esme by going to see Ryan (also Lindstrom) at Spring Ridge. Heather asked Scott to help her get out of Spring Ridge so she could sue the PCPD and the City of Port Charles for negligence in the prison transport accident. Heather told Scott she could identify the person who helped Anna Devane (Finola Hughes). Elizabeth came downstairs and learned Victor was moving in. After Elizabeth left, Victor told Nikolas he was on to him and knew what he was up to. Esme had a hallucination of Ryan who urged her to throw the prenatal vitamins out. Laura agreed to drive Holly to her business meeting. But when Jordan called the mayor to tell her about the briefcase and stolen Ice Princess diamond necklace, Laura suddenly found herself facing the barrel of Holly’s gun. Ava suggested Ryan wanted to get revenge against Esme Prince for stabbing Ava. Holly left Laura on the highway but tossed the cell phone so she wouldn’t be stranded alone. Laura called Kevin for help and also reported Holly. Heather was shocked to come face-to-face with Ryan.

Tuesday

Ned (Wally Kurth) took a morsel of potatoes and told Olivia (Lisa LoCierco) to think of it as quality control. Sam (Kelly Monaco) told Dante she was there because Sonny (Maurice Benard) is his father and his family. Sonny gave Nina (Cynthia Watros) a beautiful pair of earrings to thank her for changing his life. Chase (Josh Swickward) arrived at the Qs for Thanksgiving pizza. Drew (Cameron Mathison) and Carly (Laura Wright) were also at the Quartermaine mansion. At the PCPD, Jordan (Tanisha Harper) asked Alexis (Nancy Grahan) to give her a good reason why she shouldn’t arrest her. Laura (Genie Francis) sent Deputy Mayor Eileen Ashby off to make a call because she didn’t want her around to listen in on her, Mac (John J. York) and Robert’s (Tristan Rogers) discussions. Holly (Emma Samms) was held up at a cabin and took the necklace out of the briefcase and said they have something in common as they both were indestructible. Jordan told Alexis she could be charged with obstruction of justice for The Invader leaking the story naming Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) as the hook killer. Sonny told Nina he wanted to make new Thanksgiving traditions with her. Gladys (Bonnie Burroughs) and Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) arrived. Gladys talked about a Thanksgiving at a casino with a buffet she once took Brando (Johnny Wactor). Drew and Carly talked about his return to Port Charles a year ago with news of Jason’s (Steve Burton) death. Carly can’t believe she got through everything she did without Jason. Felicia brought Thanksgiving dinner to the PCPD. But Mac, Jordan and Robert got a lead on Holly’s location and left before eating. Olivia was pleased with herself because she ordered an organic turkey that would be fully prepared. But what was delivered was a live turkey. Leo named the turkey Mr. Wobble and let it out of its cage. Robert spoke with Holly on a megaphone and asked her to come out to end things peacefully. Alexis arrived at Sonny’s and was reamed out by Gladys was angry The Invader printed information about the hook killer without checking Brando’s family was notified first. The turkey walked free all over Q’s place. Carly joked the Thanksgiving meal was for the birds. The Quartermaines would keep with tradition and order pizza from Luigi’s. “Were you ever going to tell me about the CCRB letter you never wrote? Chase asked Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton). “First we sing, then we eat,” Olivia told the group. Dante told Sam it was his favorite Thanksgiving yet because he got to spend it with the person he loved. Sasha thought about when she married Brando. She told Sonny she went through another first without Brando who would want her to embrace life. Gladys called the number Selina (Lydia Look) wrote on the back of a business card and asked for a place in the upcoming card game. Singing of blessings was happening at the Quartermaine mansion. Jordan urged Holly to come out. Suddenly there was a loud explosion and a figure on fire emerged.

Wednesday

After Jordan (Tanisha Harper) ordered Holly (Emma Samms) to come out, an explosion rocked the cabin. Chase (Josh Swickward) asked Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) whether she was ever going to tell him about the CCRB letter she never intended to write. Portia (Brooke Kerr) told Curtis (Donnell Turner) the slice of pie was for Terry (Cassandra James). Trina (Tabyana Ali) went out on the patio to avoid the lovebirds. Marshall (Robert Gossett) was cleaning his clarinet. At The Savoy, Cody (Josh Kelly) watched Britt (Kelly Thiebauld) talk with Ava (Maura West) at the bar. She commented how she hasn’t had relationship sex since Ava’s husband. On cue, Nikolas (Marcus Coloma) walked up and gloated he was a hard act to follow. Liesl (Kathleen Gati) pulled Cody by the arm and took him outside. Selina (Lydia Look) joined Victor (Charles Shaughnessey) at his table and commented that maybe they could share notes. A figure emerged from the cabin on fire. Robert called Holly’s name then rushed with a blanket to smother the fire. The paramedics told Mac (John J. York) and Robert they had to airlift her to the burn center or she wouldn’t survive. Trina and Marshall talked about how him being hospitalized for schizophrenia was similar to her basically being on house arrest until Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) was caught. Brook Lynn admitted she didn’t write the letter because she liked working together on Chase’s career and was afraid for it to end if he became a cop. Liesl told Cody her daughter didn’t need a romantic entanglement right now she needed her mother. When she stumbled, it was assumed Britt was drunk but Victor realized she was sick. Britt feared he’d tell people but Liesl assured he wouldn’t. Felicia (Kristina Wagner) was dressed as a paramedic and asked Holly how she was doing. Holly smiled, removed the blanket and answered “Right as rain and all fired up.” It was revealed Holly and Robert faked the drugging at The Metro Court. Then Felicia met Holly at the cabin then helped by giving her fire retardant clothing and fire resistant gel for her face. She also showed her how to time the old boiler to explode. Felicia gave Holly a fake passport and driver’s license. So while Holly would be going to Canada, Felicia would pretend to be Holly who would be airlifted to a burn center. Felicia said it was better Mac was kept in the dark so he wouldn’t be forced to lie to Jordan. Ava told Nikolas how Mac asked her to be bait to use Ryan to lure Esme out. Holly thought about when she met Selina and gave her a diamond from the necklace in exchange for her to drug Victor saying Cassadine pretended to be a man who cared about family but was holding Holly’s son hostage. Selina had a drink sent over for Victor and clutched the vial with the drug in her palm. Mac and Jordan learned the necklace wasn’t found in the rubble of the cabin. Mac reasoned Holly must have it with her and said he’d check with Robert. Before she left, Robert asked Holly to hand over the necklace. Chase told Brook Lynn not only was his singing career over but so were they. Victor was furious when Gavin texted him and told him Holly was disposed of but the necklace was gone.

Thursday

Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) thanks Nina for putting her in charge of decorating the plaza, which is sponsored by The Metro Court. After Sasha assured she’d be fine, Nina left. When Chase (Josh Swickward) arrived, Sasha asked whether he wanted to help. Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) gave Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) the letter she wrote for Chase. Dante told Brook Lynn unfortunately it was too late. “You deserve the world and I intend to give it to you” Michael (Chad Duell) told Willow (Katelyn MacMuellen). Dex (Evan Hofer) dreamed about when Josslyn (Eden McCoy) helped him. Josslyn told Carly (Laura Wright) she was changing her major to Pre-med. Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) came to see Sonny (Maurice Benard) with a business proposition. “Like I’d do business with you” Sonny said with a smile. Josslyn told Carly how Communications was only a placeholder. She realized she wanted to study medicine because she hated feeling helpless. Michael came to Dex’s place and returned his cell phone. Dex told Michael how he dropped it after getting shot because of helping Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) escape on Sonny’s orders. Valentin told Sonny he’s working on behalf of a third party and there was something in for both of them. Dante told Brook Lynn the CCRB needed the letter last Friday and were meeting now. Chase told Sasha he and Brook Lynn broke up. Nina came to see Willow and asked her how she felt about helping a friend. Valentin told Sonny the Pipeman Group would pay him ten million per shipment for each shipment he helped get through. Brook Lynn admitted to Dante she made a mistake in delaying in writing the letter. Nina told Willow with the year she’s had Sasha could use the support. Carly asked Josslyn whether she wanted to be a doctor because it was easier than admitting her feelings for Dex. Josslyn told Carly she didn’t like feeling helpless like she did when Ava (Maura West) got attacked and didn’t want to ever feel that way again. Dex told Michael how he came to the gatehouse looking for him thinking he’d help patch him up or at least drive him home but Josslyn found him instead. Michael thought Josslyn’s involvement was disconcerning. Willow accused Nina of spinning the narrative like she always tried to do. Valentin warned Sonny if he didn’t help because he knew what they planned Pipeman may see him as a problem that needed to be eliminated. Josslyn told Carly how she had to break up with Cameron (William Lipton) because she no longer felt like part of a couple. Carly told Josslyn she had to be true to herself. Willow yelled for Nina to shut up when she called her selfish by not helping Sasha when she had a perfect life. While Sasha was trying to convince Chase to see Brook Lynn’s point, Dante was trying to get Brook Lynn to understand how Chase felt. Josslyn arrived at Dex’s place. Sonny called Brick and asked for everything he could find on the Pipeman Security Group. Carly watched from outside the door while Willow argued with Nina. She entered in time to see Willow pass out and fall to the floor.

Friday

Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) came to see Sonny (Mauric Benard) and thanked him for Thanksgiving. “My family will always come first no matter what Michael thinks” Sonny said. But Dante said they both know Michael was right. Drew (Cameron Mathison) came to Carly’s house to get away from possible eavesdropping at the Quartermaines and Aurora. “Carly and I may be facing criminal charges,” Drew told Michael. Sam (Kelly Monaco) helped Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) decorate the plaza. Josslyn (Eden McCoy) checked Dex’s (Evan Hofer) wound. Carly (Laura Wright) watched from outside the door while Willow (Katelyn MacMuellen) argued with Nina (Cynthia Watros). She entered in time to see Willow pass out and fall to the floor. Dante told Sonny he knew Michael was telling the truth about him causing Dex’s injuries. And the only reason he didn’t arrest him was because Dex lied to cover for him. Dex commented it was a shame he only slept when he was in her bed. “It’s always next time,” Josslyn said. Drew told Michael how Ned (Wally Kurth) could go to the SEC so he and Carly had to keep their distance. Michael urged Drew to not give up being with the people he cared about because you never know how much time you have left with them. Sam knew things were hard for Sasha with the loss of Liam and Brando and assured she didn’t have to keep quiet. Nina and Carly helped Willow, who regained consciousness and asked what happened. Nina wanted to take her to the ER but Willow said she was fine. Carly asked to chat with Nina outside. Spencer (Nicholas Chavez) asked to be taken back to his cell when entered the visitor’s room and saw his father standing there. Victor (Charles Shaughnessy) said Spencer needed his father even if he didn’t want to admit it to himself. Nikolas (Marcus Coloma) promised he’d never hurt Spencer again but his son didn’t believe him. Spencer told Nikolas how Uncle Victor promised to ensure he’d get his inheritance early if he kept quiet about Nikolas sleeping with Esme (Avery Kristen Pohl). So Nikolas was obsolete. “I knew this was a mistake” Nikolas said then walked out the room. Victor ordered Spencer to sit down. Spencer told his Uncle Victor he may be powerful on the outside but not in there. Just then, Cyrus (Jeff Kober) entered. He commented Spencer was late for their chess game. Victor learned who Cyrus was and Cyrus confronted Victor about him being responsible for the attack on Laura (Genie Francis) and Martin (Michael E. Knight) last year. Sam told Sasha about her stillborn daughter and how focusing on what ifs and positives help make it hurt less. Dante told Sonny how the line between cop and son has blurred in the last few weeks. Dante said he looked the other way knowing what Sonny did to Dex and helping Anna (Finola Hughes) escape. But he took an oath to uphold the law and may not be able to look the other way next time. Sonny told Dante if he had to arrest him one day it wouldn’t make him love him any less. Carly told Nina what was best for Willow and the baby was if she stayed away. Dante told Sam he never wanted a complicated relationship with Rocco that he had with Sonny. Michael returned home and asked what happened. Carly told him Willow fainted and urged him to take her to her to see her obgyn. After Carly left, Michael texted Terry (Cassandra James). He told Willow they needed to tell people about her leukemia in order to find a donor. Victor told Cyrus he wouldn’t want to make him an enemy of him then left. Spencer told Cyrus he didn’t feel like playing chess. Drew told Carly he didn’t want to waste any time being together. Dex kissed Josslyn. Then they heard Sonny knocking on the door.
