A weekly column highlighting the Port Charles happenings during the past week on General Hospital. Read below to find out what you missed or to refresh your memory in time for next week.

Monday

At the Quartermaine mansion, Olivia (Lisa LoCicerco) was checking off things from her To-Do list for the wedding. Carly (Laura Wright) entered and offered her help. Michael (Chad Duell) couldn’t wait to marry Willow (Katelyn MacMuellen). Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) visited Anna (Finola Hughes) and assured Victor (Charles Shaughnessy)would slip up soon. At GH, Molly (Haley Puollos) told TJ (Taj Bellows) and Alexis (Nancy Grahan) it’s likely she had endometriosis but had to wait until the results of the biopsy. Drew (Cameron Mathison), Laura (Genie Francis) and Curtis (Donnell Turner) got Robert (Tristan Rogers) up to speed about the map and The Haunted Star’s trajectory. On a flight home, Holly (Emma Samms) held Ethan’s (James Ryan) arm saying she didn’t want to let him go. Felicia (Kristina Wagner) was sitting next to Tracy (Jane Elliott) and thanked her for participating in the black market auction and saving Ethan’s life. Ned (Wally Kurth) told Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) only a Quartermaine should run ELQ. Valentin ignored Ned’s calls. Portia (Brooke Kerr) entered. “Since the demented man who has my daughter is your father, I want you to tell me everything you know about Victor Cassadine,” Portia asked Valentin. Tracy told Felicia how she visited Jennifer Smith in prison and believed when Jennifer said she’d been set up for Luke’s murder. Tracy told Felicia how she’s spent fourteen months trying to prove Victor Cassadine’s involvement in Luke’s death. Alexis reminded Molly she can’t be so busy with work she ignored her health. TJ told Alexis how Molly’s condition could be treated with hormone therapy meaning estrogen which would make it impossible for her to get pregnant. Anna encouraged Valentin to return Ned’s calls. “Is Victor Cassadine…is he capable of harming Trina?” Portia asked Anna. Ethan told Holly he couldn’t stay in Port Charles. Felicia told Tracy as his friend, she knew Luke wouldn’t want her spending time and money avenging his death. Ned angrily told Valentin he had to step up as CEO of ELQ and at least put out a statement. Ethan asked Holly whether there was anything left for her in Port Charles. “To hell with the WSB, I’m getting our families home now” Laura vowed. TJ told Molly even if she took estrogen and ovulation stopped it may not be permanent…this was a speed bump. After TJ left the room, Molly told her mother how she really felt. “I feel like I just got told I could never be a mom” Molly cried and Alexis comforted her daughter. Anna told Portia that Victor was ruthless and would use Trina (Tabyana Ali) as leverage against Spencer (Nicholas Chavez). She assured Portia good people were working on finding Victor so she felt they’d get a lead soon. Ned demanded Valentin either resume his role as CEO or step down. Valentin said that wouldn’t happen, adding he trusted Valentin could handle what needed to be done. Laura told Robert he couldn’t come with her. She told Drew and Curtis to be ready within the hour. Curtis told Drew he’d update Portia. Carly and Olivia decorated the flower girl baskets with roses. Laura told Valentin that Victor may be heading to a small island off the coast of Greenland. Valentin first said he was going with Laura, Drew and Curtis but then realized he couldn’t do that. Diane (Carolyn Henessy) came to Robert’s office and said she had something for him. “What do you we have here?” Robert asked. “That is my dry cleaning bill,” Diane answered. Tracy told Felicia the Quatermaines didn’t do tea and comfort and should have survival of the fittest engraved on their family crest. Drew came to the Quartermaine mansion and asked to speak with Willow. He explained they had a lead on Victor’s whereabouts and he was going with Laura and Curtis. The plane made its final descent into Port Charles. Curtis came to Portia’s office and found her asleep. “I will bring Trina home” Curtis vowed and picked up a pad of paper to write a note. Carly told Drew to come back . They kissed goodbye. Alexis told TJ and Molly she was there for both of them then left. Molly thanked TJ for giving her time alone with her mother…it helped. Holly walked into Robert’s office and saw Diane and Robert in a close moment. Tracy surprised her family when she returned. Drew told Curtis and Laura the seven hour flight was more than enough time to strategize. Valentin put his hand in the door to stop the elevator from closing. “I changed my mind. Is it too late to hitch a ride?” Valentin asked.

Tuesday

Diane (Carolyn Henessy) looked as Robert (Tristan Rogers) greeted Holly (Emma Samms) with a hug. Anna (Finola Hughes) told Alexis (Nancy Grahan) that Valentin (James Patirck Stuart) was with Laura (Genie Francis) and Curtis (Donnell Turner) and was determined to bring the hostages home. Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) looked at a wedding ring and told Wiley it was a special gift she was going to give his father but needed his help. After she was welcomed home by her family, Tracy (Jane Eliot) asked what Carly (Laura Wright) was doing there. Nina (Cynthia Watros) told Sonny (Maurice Benard) she knew what he was doing when he suggested they go away. Sonny suggested a long weekend in the Caribbean. Tracy told the Quartermaines she was risking life and limb to rescue Luke’s (Anthony Geary) son. Holly told Robert how she got help saving Ethan from Tracy Quartermaine. Tracy told the group that although she took on Victor’s (Charles Shaughnessy) goons, he was there so she couldn’t end him as she would have liked. Diane questioned Holly’s non scarred face and sarcastically commented how she (Diane) was cast as the stooge in order for their plan to work. Alexis let Anna read the message Valentin left her as the executor of his will. Alexis told Anna that Valentin was one of the good Cassadines because of her. Holly explained that their plan gave her time to find her son and kept the Ice Princess out of Victor’s hands for now. “Word of advice…next time trust me a little more and use me a little bit less,” Diane said before leaving. Holly commented how Diane seemed to take that a little bit personally. Nina told Sonny she wanted this to be the happiest day of her daughter’s life. Willow told Wiley she’d like him to have the important job of following Avery and Donna down the aisle carrying the rings she and his daddy were giving to each other. When Tracy commented about serial marriages running in Michael’s family, she was reminded of her many trips down the aisle. Carly left to tell Willow about one more shock. “What did Carly mean by one more shock?” Tracy asked. Alexis received a text from Diane and left Anna’s hospital room. Holly commented about the DA and defense attorney learning to coexist after Robert told her about his dinner with Diane. Carly came to the Quartermaine gatehouse. Wiley told her he was going to be the ring bearer. Carly suggested he go upstairs to practice. Carly told Willow that Tracy was there. Tracy asked Michael what she could do. Alexis met Diane at Charlie’s and noticed she was drinking a martini. Diane told Alexis about the car trouble that prevented her date with Robert and their kiss. She added they would have kissed again but were interrupted by his ex-wife Holly Sutton. Tracy learned Liesl (Kathleen Gati) was a bone marrow match for Willow. Sonny urged Nina to let go of the resentment she felt for Carly and Drew because the only thing that mattered was them (Nina and Sonny). Before Carly could tell Willow about Drew not being able to walk her down the aisle, Michael entered. Tracy wasn’t happy to learn Drew now has her room. Carly told Willow that Drew left to try to find Liesl to bring her home. Nina told Sonny he was right…the only thing that mattered was them. Diane told Alexis that Holly came back just in time before she risked a second date with D.A. Scorpio. Robert brought Holly to talk to Anna. Holly apologizedfor framing Anna, who understood she did it for someone she loved. Holly explained how Victor made it clear her son would live if she chose to cooperate. Robert suggested a strategy session. Holly told Anna how Ethan (James Ryan) let his guards win and cards to keep them talking. He learned Victor was planning to revive a technology the Cassadines developed in the 80s. Tracy told Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) she won’t let her forget how Tracy helped her with Chase (Josh Swickward). After Sonny got ready to leave for the wedding, Nina called Martin (Michael E. Knight) and asked whether he had the conversation with the SEC about Drew and Carly and the insider trading. Carly was honored when Willow asked her to take Drew’s place and walk her down the aisle. Nina told Martin she wanted him to go all out in exposing Drew and Carly for insider trading but to keep her name out of it.

Wednesday

SOMEWHERE IN GREENLAND. “Everything I’ve worked for lies behind this door” Victor (Charles Shaughnessy) told his henchmen when they arrived at the bunker. Holly (Emma Samms) warned Anna (Finola Hughes) and Robert (Tristan Rogers) their friends could be walking in a trap. “Finally after all these years, the end is in sight,” Victor said as the bunker door opened. Sonny (Maurice Benard) asked why Nina (Cynthia Watros) was calling her lawyer. Holly told Robert and Anna that the only people who will survive Victor’s plan are those closest to her. Nina lied since Scott (Kin Shriner) was worried about Liesl (Kathleen Gati), Martin (Michael E. Knight) was taking care of a legal matter for her but it was nothing for Sonny to worry about. Josslyn (Eden McCoy) arrived at the Quartermaine gatehouse and offered to help the kids get ready and to get Willow some water or juice. There was a knock on the door. “We have a major problem,” Maxie (Kristen Storms) said. She told Willow the hair and makeup people canceled. But Sasha (Sofia Mattesson) was coming with some Deception products. Chase (Josh Swickward) and Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) volunteered to take the groom away. Michael told Willow the next time he saw her she’d be his wife. Ava (Maura West) brought Avery (Ava and Grace Scarola) to Sonny’s penthouse. Sonny took his daughter to get a snack. Ava asked Nina what she was holding in her hand. Anna and Robert speculated on what Victor was unleashing. Liesl, Spencer (Nicholas Chavez) and Trina (Tabyana Ali) were brought into the bunker. Victor told them they were lucky to witness the dawn of a new era. Chase, Dante and Michael drank a toast to Willow. Sasha helped Willow get beautiful. Maxie learned Tracy (Jane Eliot) would be attending the wedding and Carly was walking Willow down the aisle. Ava encouraged Nina not to give Willow the bracelet she brought because Willow asked for space. She offered to keep company when Sonny left with Avery. Bobbie (Jackie Zeman) arrived at the Quartermaine gatehouse with Donna, ready to welcome Willow into the Spencer family. Anna assured Holly that Liesl wasn’t the woman she was ten years ago. She realized Victor needed Liesl for her medical expertise. Victor assured Liesl the pathogen was safe as long as it wasn’t exposed to UV light. But once Liesl tested it and developed an antidote to give them immunity, he’d release it into the air and humanity would pay for ruining the planet. For something old, Bobbie gave Willow a necklace Luke (Anthony Geary) brought, something blue was sapphire earrings from Josslyn and something borrowed was a hairclip from Carly that Bobbie gave her. Donna asked Willow whether she was going to be her sister like Avery and Josslyn. Willow said she was and already felt like a Spencer. Dante gave Michael some cufflinks belonging to Mike (Max Gail) to borrow so he’d feel their grandfather’s spirit. When Sonny entered, Michael thanked him for coming because it was important to Willow. Nina told Ava she’d make sure Carly would answer for keeping secret that she was Willow’s mother for so long. When she said the pathogen was no longer viable, Victor threatened to have Liesl taken outside with the pathogen to verify her findings. Liesl admitted the pathogen was still viable. He wanted the antidote she came up with be tested on one of their available human subjects and didn’t care about whether he had Trina’s informed consent. Victor promised to allow Liesl to take enough of the cure for her family. But he urged her to work fast to save her grandniece. Bobbie suggested they take a photo of the Spencer women. Josslyn put the cell phone camera on a timer so they all could be in the picture.

Thursday

Bobbie (Jackie Zeman) told Donna and Avery they looked like real life princesses. “No princess is complete without a crown,” Carly (Laura Wright) told her daughters. Josslyn (Eden McCoy) went outside to take a call and told the caller (probably Dex) she wished they could be there with her. Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) told Carly she wanted to be a mother like her. Tracy (Jane Eliot) dissed Olivia (Lisa LoCierco) making the food for the reception saying the buffet style meal was like a picnic. Sam (Kelly Monaco) and Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) arrive. Sam was nervous because she was officiating the wedding. Nina (Cynthia Watros) told Ava (Maura West) she took her advice and had Martin (Michael E. Knight) notified the SEC that the CEO of Aurora Media and his girlfriend were engaging in insider trading. Ava commented that Nina’s happy feeling wouldn’t last long. “I’m scared. I want this to be the beginning of something and I’m terrified it’s the end” Willow told Carly. TJ (Taj Bellows) and Molly (Haley Puollos) arrive. Molly took photos on her camera phone. Seeing the frown on her brother’s face because he was standing next to Sonny (Maurice Benard), Kristina (Lexi Ainsworth) reminded Michael (Chad Duell) to look happy on his wedding day. So, Michael smiled in subsequent pictures. Molly told Kristina it will be harder than she thought getting pregnant. Ava told Nina she was using reverse psychology when she told her to report Drew (Cameron Mathison) and Carly to the SEC. Carly urged Willow to focus on the love on her wedding day and not worry about what happens tomorrow. “You send Carly to prison, it’s not Carly who will pay, it’s you” Ava told Nina. Ava told Nina she didn’t care about SEC violations or the law, she just wanted revenge. Carly helped Willow into her dress. Sam told Michael she was honored to lead them in their vows. Carly and Willow arrive and Carly asks whether she is ready to begin the rest of her life. “So ready,” Willow answered. Ava told Nina if this came out it would be the end of her relationship with Sonny. Wiley walked down the aisle as ring bearer, followed by flower girls Donna and Avery (Ava and Grace Scarola) and maiden of honor Josslyn. All eyes turned toward the door as Carly and Willow walked down the aisle. Both Michael and Willow called each other breathtaking. Ava told Nina that romance aside and when the other is threatened, Sonny and Carly will always come to each other’s aid so there’s no way he’ll take her side once the truth comes out about her reporting Drew and Carly to the SEC. Sam talked about how it’s been a privilege watching Michael grow up and about her shared experience with Willow which showed her the type of person Willow was…someone who shares similar qualities with Michael. Although Michael and Willow had asked for a traditional ceremony, they ended up speaking from the heart. Then, Wiley handed Michael the wedding rings. Nina finally realized Willow would never forgive her when she found out Nina turned in Wiley and Amelia’s grandmother to the authorities. Michael and Willow exchanged rings. After Sam pronounced them husband and wife, Michael said “I’ll take it from here then kiss his bride.” Instead of throwing rice, the wedding guests blew bubbles at the bride and gloom. Michael told Wiley being a ring bearer was his calling as was his mommy was daddy’s calling. There was a knock on the door and Tracy offered to answer it. Nina commented that maybe the SEC won’t get to investigating the allegation. But Ava reminded the SEC lived for things like this. Tracy showed in two agents from the SEC who announced they were there for Drew Cain and Carly Spencer.

Friday

SOMEWHERE IN GREENLAND. Drew (Cameron Mathison) and Curtis (Donnell Turner) told Laura (Genie Francis) they needed to stay undetected in order to bring Liesl (Kathleen Gati) and Laura’s loved ones home. Anna (Finola Hughes) told Holly (Emma Samms) she called in a favor to get airtight evidence against Victor (Charles Shaughnessy). Andre Maddox (Anthony Montgomery) entered the hospital room. “Anna Devane, what have you gotten yourself into?” Andre asked. Josslyn (Eden McCoy) arrived at the PCPD and asked Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) what was going on with her mother. Diane (Carolyn Henessy) assured her client was eager to cooperate. An SEC agent told Carly (Laura Wright) they had reason to believe she and Drew Cain drove up stock prices for Aurora Media. “Which could send you both to prison.” Willow (Katelyn MacMuellen) asked Michael (Chad Duell) whether charges could be brought against him too because of his interests in both ELQ and Aurora. “Got you now kid” Brick (Stephen A. Smith) told Dex (Evan Hofer) when he entered the warehouse. At GH, Scott (Kin Shriner) asked Portia (Brooke Kerr) why she was there at the hospital instead of at home. Portia said work was the only thing to keep her from losing her mind. Andre told Anna and Holly he retrieved and downloaded the original file on Cassadines’ weather machine plot from forty years ago from the WSB’s servers. Brick told Dex he was there because Sonny (Maurice Benard) was handling a family matter. Sonny told Willow that only Drew and Carly were named in the SEC’s investigation. He left for the PCPD to see if Carly and Josslyn were okay. Dante told Josslyn her mother was being accused of insider trading. Jordan left a voicemail for Laura and later learned Drew had also gone radio silent. The SEC told Carly as a private citizen they didn’t want to make an example of her and it would go easier if she told him where Drew Cain was. Michael suggested Willow go upstairs and they could celebrate their marriage with a bottle of champagne. After she left the room, Michael accused Ned of being pleased with the way things went down. Diane said the photo of Drew and Carly in an embrace caught on GH’s security cameras was hardly evidence. SEC agents warned they were within their rights to hold Ms. Spencer for twenty four hours without formal charges. Carly left the interrogation room to get some coffee. Josslyn told her mother she was worried about her. Sonny entered and said that included him too. Sonny excused himself when Carly said the SEC was looking for Drew. Ned (Wally Kurth) told Michael he didn’t know him at all if he believed he’d report Drew and Carly when Willow was sick. Jordan entered Anna’s hospital room and was surprised to see Andre. Anna told her Drew, Curtis, Laura and Valentin were on Victor’s trail to bring the hostages home. Holly read the report and told the group Victor was planning a weapon of mass destruction. Sonny called Brick and said he needed to call him a favor. Dex hides a recording device. When she let it slip that Curtis was trying to bring Trina (Tabyana Ali) home, Scott asked Portia what she knew. Anna read the report and told the group about the pathogen. SEC agents told Carly she was free to go because Drew Cain was located boarding a flight to Maui. Carly was confused why the SEC would think Drew was headed to Maui until she looked at Sonny. Willow and Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) entered the room in time to hear the end of Ned disputing Michael’s accusation and saw him angrily storm out of the room. Curtis told Laura they’d end Helena ‘s (Constance Towers) curse. Andre stopped Holly from notifying the WSB about the pathogen. Anna explained the WSB would consider Ace, Liesl, Trina and Spencer (Nicholas Chavez) expendable and would bomb the island to contain the pathogen and save the lives of eighty percent of the population and billions of people. Sonny told Carly they may not be close lately but they were still family and sending the SEC on a wild goose chase would buy sometime. Portia told Scott all she knew was Curtis left her a note saying he was going to find Trini. Anna, Holly and Jordan decided bringing their loved ones home was worth any risk if the world was ending. Carly called Michael and told him how Sonny led the SEC to believe Drew was going to Maui. Diane told Carly hers and Drew’s assets had been frozen pending the SEC’s investigation. Sonny arrived at the warehouse in time for the meeting with the Pipeman Group. Valentin dropped his satellite phone when he, Drew, Curtis and Laura had to hide when they heard Victor’s guards approaching. Holly called Valentin to warn him about the unleash of the pathogen. Scott overheard Anna and Jordan talking about Victor’s plans. Drew gave Valentin an annoyed look when the guards heard Valentin’s satellite phone making noise in the snow.
