Monday

General Hospital airs an encore episode from Thursday, August 25, 2022.

Drew (Cameron Mathison) and Carly (Laura Wright) stopped kissing and briefly looked into each other’s eyes. Olivia (Lisa LoCierco) was on the phone trying to track down the missing desserts. She asked Sonny (Maurice Benard) to do something. Nikolas (Marcus Coloma) came into the stables and saw Spencer (Nicholas Chavez) sitting on the stairs. Spencer was sad because he put his heart out there with Trina (Tabyana Ali) only to be rejected. Nikolas tried to console his son by telling them of the feast they’ll have once he’s released from Pentonville. At the Quartermaine mansion, Victor (Charles Shaughnessey) helped himself and made a martini. He made one for Ava too. Ava said Victor loved being in control of the situation. Leo told Sonny about putting the Sicilian Thunderbolt into the lemonade and wondered whether the truck driver was late because he fell in love. The desserts were delivered to The Metro Court as Olivia used The Metro Court dessert vendor and mistakenly put shipping address same as billing. Nina (Cynthia Watros) told an assistant to make sure Jameeka the chef didn’t quit then arranged to re-route the desserts back to the Q mansion. Drew and Carly took their passion into the boathouse. They were too distracted by each other to notice the grill caught fire. Nina came to the Quartermaine mansion and asked Leo whether his mother was. Nina tried to hide her hurt feelings when Leo said he knew her and she “used to be Wiley’s grandmother.” Olivia and Sonny smelled the smoke and rushed to the grill. Sonny threw dirt on it and put out the fire. The commotion caused Drew and Carly to stop kissing. Drew then remembered the grill. He apologized to Olivia for allowing his distraction to cause a fire. Nina rushed to Sonny and hugged him. She explained she saw the fire and was worried. After she and Sonny were alone, Nina questioned him about Drew and Carly’s closeness. But Sonny said it was their business…he only wanted to talk about her. Spencer arrived at the picnic and told his Uncle Victor how he felt everyone was either ignoring him or felt sorry for him. Victor urged Spencer to stop feeling sorry for himself and think about his father. Seeing how Terry (Cassandra James) was missing Chet, Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) told Finn (Michael Easton) they were lucky. But Terry ended up making a connection with Yuri. Liesl (Kathleen Gati) walked away with Scott (Kin Shriner) when Victor approached them at the picnic. Elizabeth picked up Finn’s phone and saw her sister Sarah was calling. As Nikolas continued to convince Ava to give him a chance, Spencer walked in just in time to hear Ava say Nikolas had slept with Esme (Avery Kristen Pohl).

Tuesday

Sonny (Maurice Benard) is interrogated by the Feds and is asked “Have you ever done business with Pikeman Security Group, yes or no?” Michael (Chad Duell) came over to tell his mother that Sonny was arrested by the FBI. But Carly (Laura Wright) already knew. Maxie (Kristen Storms) told Lucy (Lynn Herring) they should consider settling. Maxie reminded Lucy that twenty-five percent of a viable company was a lot more than a hundred percent of nothing. Mason was at the Jerome Gallery and flirted with Ava (Maura West). Nikolas (Adam Huss) returned to the cabin from a morning jog. He told Austin (Roger Howarth) he was almost back to a hundred percent. Cyrus (Jeff Kober) told Drew (Cameron Mathison) he was no longer under Sonny’s protection as Sonny couldn’t even protect himself. “As of last night he’s in Federal custody.” Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) returned home and told Sam (Kelly Monaco) this could be the end of his father. He reminded this time he didn’t have Jason (Steve Burton) to help him. “I’m a coffee importer. I’m not going to say anything unless my attorney is present” Sonny said. Maxie told Lucy as a single mom she had to be practical because her financial future was tied to Deception. Plus, Tracy (Jane Eliott) was ruthless and would do anything to win. Lucy told Maxie she believed Tracy was deliberately trying to get back at her. Mason told Ava she didn’t know what she was missing. Ava said she was missing her ex-husband’s corpse and demanded Nikolas’ body because she did what he asked her to do. Nikolas thanked Austin for saving his life. Austin told Nikolas it was time Ava knew he survived. Cyrus told Drew that Sonny was facing some serious charges. Dante reminded Sam that RICO violations were serious charges that could put Sonny in prison for the rest of his life. Sam believed one of Sonny’s enemies from outside his organization turned on him. Carly asked Michael whether he had changed his mind and turned his father into the Feds. Lucy and Maxie discussed what evidence Tracy had to prove she developed the Deceptor. Michael swore to his mother he didn’t turn Sonny over to the Feds. Carly reminded she smashed that flash drive right there in the kitchen in front of Josslyn (Eden McCoy). “Are you sure we had the only copy?” Carly asked as Dex (Evan Heller) knocked on the door. Sam and Dante weren’t sure Diane (Carolyn Henessey) could get him out of this. Diane entered the interrogation room and berated the Feds for questioning her client without counsel present. The agent left the room. The Feds were confident Sonny Cornithos was going to get out of this. Lucy told Maxie if one of their competitors like Erica Kane (Susan Lucci) and Enchantment said they came up with the idea she could see it, but not Tracy. “I didn’t realize you and my ex-wife were so close,” Nikolas said. Austin told Nikolas about he and Ava going through Heather Webber (Alley Mills) and Ryan Chamberlain’s (Jon Lindstrom) reign of terror. Niklas asked what he was doing on Spoon Island. Drew thanked Cyrus for warning him about Sonny’s arrest. Dex told Carly and Michael how he laid low and spent the night at the Q’s boathouse. Michael asked whether he ever let the flash drive out of his sight. Dex remembered talking with Josslyn about it. Josslyn entered the kitchen and asked what they were doing there. Austin told Nikolas it was time he went back and told Ava he was okay. Cyrus showed Drew the chess set he made in the prison workshop. He asked Drew to plan him, reminding you didn’t have to like someone to play chess with them. Sam asked Dante whether he thought this could all be tied into The Metro Court shooting. Dante told Sam if Sonny goes down it would hurt his family. Sam called Ferncliff after Dante left the room and learned Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) was on a twenty-four hour watch. After she hung up the phone, Sam commented he wouldn’t be able to help Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) unless he toned it down. When she learned Sonny had been arrested by the Feds, Josslyn asked Michael whether he was the one who turned him in. Maxie told Lucy they could get out of this financially if they were in agreement they could win the case. Nikolas told Austin he couldn’t return to Port Charles yet. Michael said he didn’t turn Sonny in and Josslyn insisted she didn’t either. Dex told them he had the flash drive after it was destroyed by Carly. Maxie told Lucy they couldn’t risk holding on if they were going to lose in the end. Lucy asked Maxie to give her time to find out what proof Tracy had. “I promise you I’ll think of something” Lucy told Maxie. Nikolas told Austin he couldn’t wait to get back home to see Spencer (Nicholas Chavez), his new son Ace and to set everything right with Ava. Nikolas left the room to get out of his running clothes. Ava called Austin and told him how his creepy cousin was at the gallery and deflected when she asked about getting Nikolas’ body back. Drew and Cyrus played chess. Dex told Carly and Michael how he got derailed by work and threw the flash drive away in a public trash can. “Our actions could keep Sonny in prison for the rest of his life,” Michael said. Dante told Sam he was conflicted. “I gotta admit, part of me is hoping he beats the charges one more time” Dante told Sam. Sonny was taken back to a holding cell for seventy-two hours until his arraignment. Agent Wallace said jackpot when photos of the raid on Pier 55 showed crates labeled Pikeman.

Wednesday

Anna (Finola Hughes) told Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) something was off in their newly upgraded suite at The Metro Court. Kristina (Kate Mansi) arrived at The Metro Court and asked Nina whether she had heard anything about her dad. She asked whether Diane (Carolyn Henessey) could get Sonny (Maurice Bernard) out. Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) barged into his brother’s office and asked Michael (Chad Duell) “Did you do it, did you turn our father into the Feds?” Sam (Kelly Monaco) arrived at Ferncliff. Nurse Janice (Lauren Swickard) told her she had to fill out some medical information on Cody Bell (Josh Kelly). Cody played crazy for the psychiatrist. Dr. Montague came to see Sasha (Sofia Mattsson). She thanked him for all his help aiding her recovery and said “The treatment worked. I’m ready to go home.” Alexis (Nancy Grahan) came to GH to see Molly (Brooke Anne Smith) to deliver a message from Kristina. Molly told Alexis it was a conflict of interest for her as ADA and she couldn’t turn a blind eye regarding Uncle Sonny. Kristina thought Diane was ignoring her texts. Dante demanded Michael admit he was the one who turned Sonny in. Dr. Montague told Sasha she wasn’t ready to go home, reminding her he always stayed with his patients until the very end. Then, he gave her another shot. Cody talked about ending it. Anna asked Valentin whether he thought Pikeman turned Sonny in. Molly asked Alexis whether she should have mourned the loss of not being able to carry a baby before rushing into surrogacy. Alexis said it didn’t matter that Molly was becoming a mother in an untraditional way. Kristina encouraged Nina to hang in there because Michael would come around. Before leaving, Kristina told Nina to let her know if she heard anything. Michael told Dante how Willow (Katelyn MacMuellen) convinced him to let go of his grudge against Sonny. Dante finally believed Michael. He left when Kristina entered. Kristina believed Michael didn’t turn their father in but was happy it happened. Dr. Montague was surprised to see Sam at Ferncliff and asked what she was doing there. Andrea told TJ (Taj Bellows) and she was ready for the procedure. Anna asked Valentin to find out from his Pikeman contact whether Pikeman had anything to do with Sonny’s arrest. Andrea asked TJ and Molly to wish her luck before leaving to have the procedure. “We got this,” TJ told Molly. Valentin told Anna his contact asked to see him in person. Alexis came to The Metro Court and told Nina she was there to discuss Sonny. Alexis told Nina if Sonny ended up in prison she was vulnerable and so were his children. Dante came to The Metro Court. Olivia (Lisa LoCicero) told him Cody took the week off. Cody told the psychiatrist the government was trying to control him. Sam told Dr. Montague she was there because she was a medical proxy for a friend. “Michael, can Dad beat these charges?” Kristina asked. “I wish I knew,” Michael answered. Anna followed Valentin and watched as he entered the house. “We are going to get through this together,” TJ told Molly. Olivia suggested Dante talk to his girlfriend because Sam was the one who told her Cody took the week off. Cody pretends to take a pill the psychiatrist gave him so he could get some rest. Nurse Janice told Sasha as she seemed to be getting worse she had to talk with Dr. Montague. Anna overheard Valentin say “You know what to do. Let me know when you hear back.” Dante called Mac (John J. York) and asked with Scorpio’s seen or heard from Cody. Alexis told Nina the Feds wouldn’t have made a move unless they had evidence against Sonny. Kristina told Michael that the Feds arrested their father for something he had no part of. Anna rushed back to The Metro Court suite and lied she just had a hot shower. Valentin questioned Anna about having a hot shower. Andrea told TJ and Molly they would know in about two weeks whether the procedure was successful. After Andrea left, Molly told TJ she had a good feeling. “You know what I always say ‘Trust your feelings’” TJ said. Olivia reminded Nina if she was going to be with Sonny she’d have to accept this was a part of his lifestyle. Alexis commented she hoped Sonny would get out of this for the sake of her children and all his children. Kristina wondered whether the FBI planted evidence to set their dad up. Michael told Kristina he didn’t think Sonny would get off at the arraignment. Valentin told Anna it was odd she had a hot shower when the woman at the front desk told him they were having problems with the hot water heater and was sending a maintenance crew up to look at it. Valentin lied that he met his contact at a cafe near the airport. Sam returned home and Dante asked “You wanna tell me where Cody is?” After Nurse Janice left, Cody snuck into Sasha’s room and said “Sasha, what have they done to you?”

Thursday

Mac (John J. York) was at Kelly’s waiting for Felicia (Kristina Wagner). He congratulated Carly (Laura Wright) for taking over Kelly’s. When Felicia arrived, Mac told her “Cody’s been locked up.” Trina (Tabyana Ali) and Josslyn (Eden McCoy) were at The Metro Court Pool. Spencer (Nicholas Chavez) apologized for being late because of a fussy Ace. Josslyn walked away when Spencer asked whether Dex (Evan Hofer) had been arrested like Sonny (Maurice Bernard). Gregory (Gregory Harrison) told Alexis (Nancy Grahan) he was going to tell Chase (Josh Kelly) about his illness. Chase was surprised when Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) arrived at his place with only a small bag. She said it was all she needed. Gladys (Bonnie Burroughs) told someone it was dangerous meeting out in the open. Sam (Kelly Monaco) told Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) Cody was at Ferncliff. Cody tried to wake Sasha (Sofia Mattsson). Nina (Cynthia Watros) asked Carly what they were going to do to protect themselves and Sonny’s children from possible retaliation. Brook Lynn told Chase she was being adaptable. Spencer apologized and told Josslyn he wouldn’t mention Dex again. Then, he went for a swim. Josslyn asked Trina why it didn’t bother her that Spencer was spending so much time with Esme (Avery Kristen Pohl). “Who said it didn’t?” Trina said. Carly reminded Nina as the future Mrs. Cornithos to be, it was her responsibility and no longer Carly’s. Kristina (Kate Mansi) entered her mother’s office while Alexis and Gregory were talking about the differences in their children. Mac told Felicia that Cody was at Ferncliff. Sam told Dante she helped Cody get committed. Dr. Montague told Gladys that Sasha could be released. Cody tried to wake Sasha. Trina told Josslyn how summer was over and she barely got to spend any time with Spencer. Nina pleaded for help. Carly told Nina how Brick (Stephen A. Smith) told her everything in the business world was stable. Carly told Nina she had to stay calm otherwise it sent a bad message. She added she was more concerned because someone broke rank and turned state’s evidence against Sonny. Mac told Felicia how Cody’s situation with Sasha was eerily similar to what he went through years ago with Dominique. Dante reminded Sam how Sasha could come after Cody again. Dr. Montague told Gladys it would take at least twenty-four hours for the drugs to clear Sasha’s system. Cody assured Sasha he was real and there to help her. Gregory came to talk with Chase and was surprised Brook Lynn was there. When Molly (Brooke Anne Smith) entered, Alexis told her daughters to kiss and make up because life was too short. Carly warned Nina it wouldn’t be pretty when Sonny found out who turned him in. Dr. Montague told Gladys to calm down and reminded he held all the cards. Sam explained to Dante how Cody asked her how she’d feel if it were her or one of her sisters stuck in Ferncliff. He told him she had to help. Cody told Sasha someone was drugging her. He urged her to trust him because he was on her side. “Please take my hand so I can prove it,” Cody said. Spencer carried Trina into the pool. Josslyn left a voicemail for Dex. Gregory congratulated her when he learned Brook Lynn was moving in. Molly left Alexis’ office without making up with her sister. Felicia told Mac as active Commissioner he couldn’t go to visit Cody or get involved. Nina called Gladys and told her to meet her at Kelly’s. After Gladys left, Dr. Montague spoke with someone and told them he needed something so good that it would make you forget you ever met someone. Dante reminded San she could have come to him for help. Felicia told Mac if he went to Ferncliff he could ruin everything for Cody. Gladys hung up Nina’s phone when she heard her threaten to come to Ferncliff in the morning with the police if the receptionist didn’t tell her Sasha Gilmore’s doctor’s name. Cody told Sasha they had to get out of there now. Spencer again apologized for what he said about Dex explaining to Josslyn he was worried about Sonny. Chase, Brook Lynn and Gregory enjoyed pizza. Alexis told Kristina to think about what was at stake. Molly cried when she thought about Kristina’s words about knowing about being a victim. Sam told Dante she wasn’t going to put him in the position where he either had to help them or look the other way. Dante told Sam he didn’t like being kept in the dark but trusted her judgment. Nina asked Gladys what the hold up was on Sasha being released. “I want her home and I want her home now” Nina told Gladys. Cody told Sasha they needed to go away from Ferncliff now. As they started to leave, Dr. Montague entered the room.

Friday

At The Metro Court, Nina (Cynthia Watros) spoke with Gladys (Bonnie Burroughs) on the phone and warned she’d go to Ferncliff if Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) wasn’t home first thing in the morning. She came up to Anna (Finola Hughes) and asked with her contact whether she had any information about what could happen to Sonny (Maurice Benard). Leo, Eddie (Wally Kurth) and Olivia (Lisa LoCierco) arrive at a recording studio. Josslyn (Eden McCoy) found Dex (Evan Hofer) on Pier 55 and asked “Are you okay?” “I screwed up and Sonny could spend the rest of his life in prison.” Anna told Nina there wasn’t anything she could do. Ava (Maura West) appeared and commented how the bullet that shot Curtis (Donnell Turner) was probably meant for either Anna or Sonny. After Portia (Brooke Kerr) left for GH, Marshall (Robert Gossett) came downstairs and told Curtis he had to go to The Savoy. Marshall changed his mind when he learned Portia was out. Curtis told his father he couldn’t keep doing this. Dr. Montague entered the room as Cody (Josh Kelly) and Sasha were preparing to leave. The pieces were coming together when Cody realized Montague was Sasha’s office. Cody made the connection on how Montague met Gladys in the backroom at The Savoy during Selina Woo’s (Lydia Look) poker game. Olivia told Eddie that Sonny had other obligations and couldn’t make the recording session even though his label was paying for it. Dex berated himself for being careless by throwing the flash drive in a trash can. Anna asked about Curtis before leaving The Metro Court. Curtis told Marshall he knew he and Portia were afraid to leave him alone in his own house. Curtis thanked his dad before he left for The Savoy. Dr. Montague told Cody that patients weren’t allowed in each other’s room. “How much is Gladys paying you to keep Sasha drugged?!” Cody demanded. Curtis opened the door and Anna greeted him. Leo, Eddie and Olivia met the producer and engineer. Olivia said she wasn’t singing backup and was Eddie’s friend. Dr. Montague called Cody delusional and said he would talk to his doctors about upping his medication dosage. “Is Cody right Dr. Montague, do you know Gladys?” Sasha asked. Josslyn told Dex she was going to use the flashdrive to help her mom and to help him. Anna commented she thought Portia or Trina would be there but said she came to see him. “You thought I’d have a babysitter,” Curtis said. Eddie explained what he wanted to accomplish with making the demo. Eddie recalled a gig he played back in the day and how it was the best performance of his life because it felt like he was singing for one person. Curtis told Anna it was the first time he’s been alone since the shooting. Anna told Curtis how she wanted to visit him in the hospital and came there because she wanted to say something she wanted to say since it happened. “I’m really sorry,” Anna told Curtis. Josslyn told Dex how she worries about the risks he takes. “Stop beating yourself up over something Sonny did” Josslyn urged. Ava told Nina she should force herself to think about the future. “I just want you to think about what you’re doing before you do it.” Nina told Ava what she was going to do was to marry Sonny and no one would stop her. Cody wouldn’t allow Dr. Montague to take Sasha with him. A fight ensued when Dr. Montague told Cody he’d given him no choice but to get security. Eddie began playing for his demo. Curtis admitted when he found out the bullet wasn’t meant for him he hated her and Sonny. But it didn’t last because he realized what happened to him could have easily happened to someone else because of him. Portia returned home and it was obvious she wasn’t happy to see Ms. Devane. “Anna…I was wondering who’s car that was,” Portia said. “If Sonny goes to prison it’s going to leave a hole in my life” Dex told Josslyn. Ava told Nina she wanted to be sure Nina weighed everything. “Sonny doesn’t lie to me,” Nina told Ava. “And you don’t lie to him” Ava commented knowing the secret Nina was keeping from Sonny. While a bound and gagged Dr. Montague tried to scream for help, Cody- dressed in Montague’s clothes- told the receptionist he was taking his patient out for the stimulation of nature. Then, Cody and Sasha left Ferncliff. “Who was that leaving with a patient?” Nurse Janice (Lauren Swickward) asked the receptionist. While singing his song, Eddie briefly forgot the words and had to be prompted by Leo. Nurse Janice told the receptionship they had to call security. Dex explained to Josslyn that Sonny taught him so much about what it meant to be a man that’s why he was going to the hearing. Ava suggested Nina consider living at Wyndemere after she and Sonny were married. Ava commented that maybe Sonny could buy Wyndmere and the entire Spoon Island. Portia offered to walk Anna out. “What makes you think it was a good idea to come here?” Portia angrily asked Anna once they were outside the house. Janice called security and told them one of the patients Cody Bell was trying to leave the hospital with another patient Sasha Gilmore. “I’m going to get you out of here Sasha, you’re just going to have to trust me” Cody told Sasha as he helped her into a car. “Thank you Sam. You’re the best” Cody said when he found the car keys then drove off. Nina assured Ava she didn’t upset her and made her even more certain that what she was doing was right. Portia told Anna her coming there upset her. Portia told Anna she and Sonny lived deadly lives then they mingled with other people and put them in danger. “Don’t come back here,” Portia told Anna. Tearfully, Anna said she wouldn’t and walked away. When Portria returned inside, Curtis told Portia he couldn’t blame Anna. Portia said she could. To Eddie singing the lyrics “The siren waits for me, we get a montage of scenes with Dex and Josslyn, Ava looking at a picture of her and Avery (Ava and Grace Scarola) on her cell phone, Nina, Anna and finally Curtis and Portia. Curtis thinks about Anna saying “We will find out who did this…we will.”
