A weekly column highlighting the Port Charles happenings during the past week on General Hospital. Read below to find out what you missed or to refresh your memory in time for next week.

Monday

Lucy (Lynn Herring) arrived at Brasserie for her date with Jackson Montgomery (Walt Willey). Felicia (Kristina Wagner) commented on Lucy’s sexy dress and asked whether she was sure she wasn’t out for revenge against Martin (Michael E. Knight). Tracy (Jane Elliot) and Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) found an upset Olivia (Lisa LoCierco). Gregory (Gregory Harrison) met Chase (Josh Swickward) in the plaza. They saw Ned (Wally Kurth) as Eddie Maine playing his guitar. Lucy assured Felicia she only wanted to find out what Martin was keeping from her. “Showtime ”Lucy said when Jackson entered. Nina (Cynthia Watros) met with Ava (Maura West) for drinks. “I had sex with Austin,” Ava told Nina. Anna (Finola Hughes) told Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) and Sonny (Maurice Benard) offering up herself as bait was their best option. And if someone in the Bureau went rogue, she intended on setting a trap for them. Dante said there were other ways of handling this. “Your plan is a little dangerous,” Dante told Anna. “I like it,” Sonny said. Nina was interested in hearing about Ava’s relationship with Austin (Roger Howarth). “I’m a little confused, isn’t sleeping with a hot doctor a good thing?” Nina asked. Just then, Austin entered, commenting he’s been looking all over for her. Chase told Gregory he promised to keep an eye on her father for Brook Lynn. Olivia cried because she needed her husband. Cody (Josh Kelly) entered carrying Leo saying they had a situation. Felicia left saying she had other plans. Dante was concerned Anna was making herself a target for a rogue WSB agent. But Sonny said it was the only way to nail the bastard. Anna assured Dante she’s run Ops like this before. Dante said that when she had the resources of the WSB. Chase told Gregory that Tracy Quartermaine used her connections to get him a second meeting with the CCRB. A guitarist demanded Chase arrest Ned. Cody told Olivia, Tracy and Brook Lynn how Leo took Comet and fell off the horse. Tracy told Leo he knew he wasn’t supposed to do that. “You can’t tell me what to do, you’re not my father!” Leo shouted. Jackson asked Lucy whether she knew Anna Devane. “Your maiden name wouldn’t happen to be Coe would it?” Jackson asked. “Well, that’s a very specific guess,” Lucy answered. He told her he knew what she was doing there. Jackson accused Lucy of her interest in him being because of his ex-wife Erica Kane (Susan Lucci) ownership in Enchantment. “The reason I’m here has nothing to do with cosmetics,” Lucy assured. The guitarist Seth Kruger said Ned stole his spot. Chase told Seth unless he had a permit it wasn’t illegal for someone else to play on the corner. Ned suggested they play for the spot. As nothing was broken, Olivia took her son upstairs for some TLC. “As usual, there’s only one person who can put things to right… me” Tracy said before leaving to bring her son home. Austin told Nina he thinks he and Ava had the potential of something very special. Nina went to the ladies room but wanted to hear all about Ava and Austin. Anna couldn’t be deterred from her plan. Sonny left to meet Nina. Dante told Anna he cared about her and didn’t want to see her get hurt. “So if you insist on doing this, we do it together” Dante told Anna. He told Anna he was a cop who’s done special Ops. He wanted to be her backup. Ned and Seth’s playoff was interrupted by Tracy. “Lucy isn’t the only one who comes prepared,” Felicia said, pulling out a stethoscope to use to crack the safe in Jackson’s law office. Lucy told Jackson if he stayed she knew something sweet would happen there. When Ava refused to get the woman Mason picked out hired as Avery’s (Ava and Grace Scarola) nanny, Austin delivered a message from Mason which was a threat against Ava’s mother, Delia who worked at Ryan’s Bar. When Sonny arrived, Ava told him she decided to hire her own nanny to take care of Avery. “That’s not going to work for me,” Sonny said. “I just want this whole nightmare to be over,” Olivia told Cody. Tracy asked Ned to fake that he cared about the people who cared about him. But Ned told her he couldn’t do that. Felicia got the safe opened and pulled out the file. “Let’s see what Martin’s been hiding,” Felicia said. Lucy noticed Hummingbird Cake on the menu. She and Jackson talked about the desert. Dante appreciated Anna was worried about him putting himself in danger. Since his PTSD, Dante explained everything he went through before and since showed how strong he was. And he’d be betraying the man he’d become if he let her put herself in danger. Sonny told Ava whoever she hired he had to approve who was in his daughter’s life. Ava told Sonny she’d contact him before she started interviewing candidates. After Nina and Sonny left, he questioned her about what she knew about Austin. “If he’s going to be in my daughter’s life, I’m going to have to get to know him” Sonny told Nina. Dante told Anna if she didn’t agree to working with him, he’d have to go to Mac (John J. York) and Robert (Tristan Rogers) and tell them what she was up to. So Anna agreed they were partners. Olivia was surprised when Ned came home. Gregory told Tracy “I’d like to have a few words with you about how you meddled in Chase’s life.” “Jackpot” Felicia said after reading the file. “Freeze. Put your hands where I can see them” a cop ordered when he entered the office with a handcuffed Lucy and Jackson.

Tuesday

Olivia (Lisa LoCicero) was elated to see Ned (Wally Kurth) was home. He explained Chase (Josh Swickward) thought it was a good idea for him to come for a visit. Olivia told Ned if he wasn’t saying he might as well turn around a leave now. Gregory (Gregory Harrison) told Tracy (Jane Eliott) he wanted to say thank you to her for helping Chase. Alexis (Nancy Grahan) came to Sam’s house (Kelly Monaco) looking for Kristina (Kate Mansi) telling her she wanted Sam (Kelly Monaco) to talk her down. Mac (John J. York) came to Anna’s house and asked “Any chance you heard from Felicia (Kristina Wagner). Jackson (Walt Willey) demanded to know why Felicia was in his office looking at his confidential files. He demanded Felicia (Kristina Wagner) be arrested for breaking and entering and Lucy (Lynn Herring) for straight up fraud. Sam told ALexis she hasn’t gotten any text messages from either Molly or Kristina. So, Sam sent Kristina a text. “Kristina is replying” she said. Olivia told Ned that Leo was confused and Eddie showing up would just make him more confused. Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) asked Ned to stay a talk with her. He agreed but said he’d leave if that woman Tracy who says she’s his mother comes around, he’s out of here because she’s really intense. Tracy asked Gregory if Chase is such a rule follower, what was he doing with Brook Lynn. Gregory commented Chase may have found the woman he’s willing to break the rules for. Jackson accused Lucy of trying to stall him to give Felicia time to crack his safe. The cop handcuffed Felicia. Lucy told Felicia she knew exactly who’d they call with their one phone call. Alexis told Sam she’s going to do everything she could to make sure Molly and Kristina worked this out themselves. Alexis left for a walk when Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) returned home. Sam told Dante it was time she told him what she was up to. Felicia called Anna, but Lucy grabbed the phone and asked Anna to call her friend Jackson Montgomery and ask him not to arrest them. “Dad, you’re home” Leo said excitedly as he rushed to Ned. Sam told Dante that Selina Woo (Lydia Look) was the reason the charges were dropped against Cody. While Anna spoke with Jackson, Lucy and Felicia filled Mac in. Tracy and Gregory had another argument. When Ned said an octopus was cooler than a squid, Leo said his dad would know the answer. “You’re really not my dad” Leo said then asked “Then who are you?” Dante wondered why Selina Woo would want to help Cody. He and Sam talked about Mac telling her about the PCPD running an illegal poker game at The Savoy. “Cody Bell, what are you up to now my friend?” Dante said as he looked at Sam’s surveillance file. Anna asked Jackson to drop the charges against Lucy and Felicia. Mac told Felicia he wanted her home safe. She commented that it depended on how well Anna was able to negotiate on their behalf. Chase told Brook Lynn he loved her exactly the way she was. Alexis helped Gregory when he struggled to pick up his car keys. Chase told Brook Lynn he was going to trust her to come to him if she needed help. Sam told Dante that Mac was trying to protect Cody from getting arrested when he took Selina down. Leo told Eddie he could play his dad’s guitar until his dad got back. Jackson told the cop Ray to uncuff Lucy and Felicia because he wasn’t pressing charges. After they left the office, Felicia told Lucy she found out who was behind the shell corporation that’s been depositing fifty thousand dollars a month in Martin’s (Michael E. Knight) account. Alexis asked Gregory whether she could sit with him while he waited for the spasms to ease up. Ned declined when Olivia said he could stay at the apartment over the stables. Ned left with Chase to go back to Sonny’s (Maurice Benard). Lucy realized Martin was getting alimony from ex-wife number three. Jackson called his client to let her know Lucy Coe and her private investigator were there asking questions about Martin. Sam asked Dante if she should warn Cody before he got arrested. Brook Lynn told Tracy she would no longer spy for her. Brook Lynn promised to take her grandmother down with her if Tracy told Chase about the corporate espionage. “Face it, you need to find another way to get info.” Brook Lynn said then walked out the room. “Good thing I have one,” Tracy said with a smile.

Wednesday

Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) would be doing an interview about what happened at Logan’s. Maxie (Kristen Storms) assured she’d be right by her side to ensure everything went smoothly. “What are you doing?” Alexis (Nancy Grahan) asked when she found Esme (Avery Kristen Pohl) going through archive boxes in her office at The Invader. Kristina (Kate Mansi) came to see her father and vented to Sonny (Maurice Benard) about the problems she’s having with her foundation while Molly (Now being played by Brooke Anne Smith) vented to Sam (Kelly Monaco) about Kristina offering to be her surrogate. Trina (Tabyana Ali) met Taggert (Real Andrews) at Kelly’s and expressed her worry that Curtis (Donnell Turner) may never wake up. While Portia (Brooke Kerr) sat by Curtis’ bedside, Spencer (Nicholas Chavez) entered. Portia told him if he was looking for Trina, she was having breakfast with Taggert. He left the room and Marshall (Robert Gossett) entered. But he told Portia that Spencer was sitting in the waiting room. Trina felt guilty she was spending time with Taggert when Curtis was in the hospital. Portia came outside and told Spencer she had something to say that she needed him to hear. Molly told Sam she wasn’t sure if her relationship with Kristina as sisters would ever be the same. Sonny assured Kristina she was being too hard on herself. Esme asked Alexis whether she was planning on doing a story about herself. Maxie asked Cody (Josh Kelly) to stay away from Sasha. The reporter arrived to interview Sasha, who said she was ready because she was an opened book. Sam asked Molly whether she could be jealous of Kristina getting attention. Kristina asked Sonny whether her mother asked him to speak with her. Spencer told Portia he’d never hurt Trina because she was the best thing that ever happened to him. Trina asked Taggert whether they were being honest with themselves when they said their relationship wouldn’t change. Portia asked could he honestly say he was the best thing to ever happen to Trina. Sonny told Trina he trusted her. Kristina told Sonny she had an idea on how to help Molly but wouldn’t say more. Sonny asked whether she knew what she was getting herself into. Kristina said according to Molly, helping her was the worst thing she’s ever done. Sam told Molly she was surprised by Molly’s attitude because she’s focusing all her anger on Kristina. Molly asked how it wasn’t fair Kristina didn’t even want to have a child and could. The reporter asked how Sasha was coping. Alexis told Esme she had a request about doing a story on Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) and Heather Webber’s (Alley Mills) reign of terror. Esme asked Alexis not to do that story. Portia reminded Spencer the worst things that happened to Trina all had him in common. She asked how Spencer could say he made Trina happy when he chose to move in with Esme. Before leaving Kelly’s, Trina said she couldn’t stand it if something happened to Curtis before she could get to know him. Sonny urged Kristina to talk with Molly. Gladys (Bonnie Burroughs) went over to Cody and demanded he leave. But because the reporter mentioned Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober), Sasha hallucinated it was Cyrus Gladys was talking to, not Cody. Portia said the mature, selfless thing to do would be to let Trina go. Trina arrived and hugged Spencer. Marshall saw Curtis move his fingers and came to get Portia saying he thought Curtis was waking up. Alexis told Esme she hasn’t done anything to earn a clean slate. To do so, she needed to take a good long hard look at herself and the things she’s done. Sasha assured she was okay to continue the interview and didn’t need to reschedule. But she continued to see Cyrus. Kristina thanked her father saying it was nice to know someone had her back. “You may not remember your past but you can’t pretend it didn’t happen because it will find you” Alexis told Esme. She told Esme she had to take a call. It was Sonny. Esme grabbed a newspaper clipping from the archive box and read that Heather was being transferred to Pentonville. Curtis opened his eyes. Taggert poured booze from his flask into his coffee. Kristina came to see Sam. Cody demanded Gladys not touch him. Gladys taunted and asked what he was going to do about it. Sasha meanwhile continued to see Cyrus Renault grabbed a knife and stabbed Cody in the side. “Sasha…why?” Cody asked, shocked.

Thursday

Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) picked up a knife and stabbed Cody (Josh Kelly), mistaking him for Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober). “Sasha , why? Why Sasha?” Cody asked, shocked. Sasha ordered everyone to stay away as Maxie (Kristen Storms) asked her to drop the knife. Nina (Cynthia Watros) asked Ava (Maura West) and Austin (Roger Howarth) whether they were ready for a double date. Esme was at Pentonville to see Heather (Alley Mills). “I think you have the wrong visitor, ” Esme (Avery Kristen Pohl) told Cyrus when he sat down next to her. Sam (Kelly Monaco) refused to let her sisters leave until Molly (Brooke Anne Smith) and Kristina (Kate Mansi) talk. Trina (Tabyana Ali) asked Portia (Brooke Kerr) to tell her Curtis (Donnell Turner) was going to be alright. “You’re going to have to do better than that” the hallucination Cyrus told Sasha as she raised the knife again. Austin commented that he was starting to think Sonny (Maurice Benard) didn’t trust him. Trina and Marshall (Robert Gossett) were allowed to go see Curtis. Spencer (Nicholas Chavez) promised Portia he wouldn’t let his family hurt Trina again. Curtis said he needed his daughter. Cyrus told Esme her child was a part of his family. Maxie told Sasha that Cody never hurt anyone. Sasha was shocked when she realized she stabbed Cody because she saw Cyrus. As the ambulance came to take Cody to GH, Sasha lamented to Gladys (Bonnie Burroughs) how she could do that. “What is wrong with me?” a police officer approached her and told her Cody was in bad shape and from what he heard, she was responsible. Sam answered a call from Maxie who told her Cody was stabbed while Molly and Kristina talked. Marshall told Curtis he’d been shot. Portia asked TJ (Taj Bellows) about residual effects from Curtis’ surgery. A man named Gordon Stevens approached Austin at the restaurant. Cyrus told Esme that Laura (Genie Francis) was his sister. “I’m all the family that my daughter and my grandson need,” Heather told Cyrus. Molly told Kristina how her own body betraying her left her heartbroken. Sam told her sisters she had to go. When Trina left the room, Curtis told Marshall he was with his mom and Tommy. After Cyrus left, Esme asked Heather why she abandoned her. Austin left the table to talk with Gordon. Sonny asked Ava whether she and Austin had any secrets. The cop learned Sasha lost both her baby and husband. Gordon told Austin how Mason hasn’t paid him. Curtis told Marshall although he was happy with his mother, he came back for his child. Heather told Esme she made the ultimate sacrifice for her to have the best life possible. Molly reminded Kristina that she was her sister, not some stranger she was trying to get off the street. Sam came to see Cody. He told her he wasn’t in any trouble but Sasha was. Sasha was handcuffed and taken to GH for a psych evaluation. Cody told Sam that Sasha called him Cyrus before she stabbed him. Spencer asked Trina whether he made her life easier or harder. Portia told Curtis all that mattered was for him to get better. Esme told Heather she was co-parenting Ace with Spencer and they decided they would raise him to be his own person. “How would that happen if Spencer found out exactly how your adopted parents died?” Heather asked Esme. Gordon threatened to break Austin’s arm unless he paid him. “You break him, I break you” Sonny warned. He told Gordon to apologize to Austin then told him to go. Esme told Heather her adopted parents died in an accident. Heather told Esme no one would love her as much as she did. Kristina told Molly from now on she wouldn’t assume anything and would ask what people wanted first. “That offer I never officially made still stands.” “I have to try to see if I can help Sasha,” Cody told Sam. “I don’t think there’s much you can do right now” Sam said as Cody saw Sasha wheeled in. Their eyes locked before she was taken onto the elevator. Sonny thought about when he overheard Austin and Mason’s confrontation. Esme called Spencer because she had some questions about her adoptive parents. “I’m not doing this right now. See you back at the apartment” Spencer said then hung up. Trina told Spencer life hasn’t been easy for either one of them. “Whatever happens we’re going to face it together,” Spencer told Trina. The doctor told Curtis to let him know when he felt something. Curtis could feel sensation in his arms but not his legs. “I didn’t feel anything. I can’t feel anything” Curtis said.

Friday

Carly (Laura Wright) came to visit Drew (Cameron Mathison) at Pentonville. Drew (Evan Hofer) and Josslyn (Eden McCoy) arrive at The Metro Court Pool. They talked about the shooting and Josslyn said “We both know who that bullet was meant for.” At The Port Charles Grill, Sonny (Maurice Benard) made a toast to protecting our own. “What’s wrong Austin, you got a problem with my toast?” Sonny asked Austin (Roger Howarth). Curtis (Donnell Turner) couldn’t feel anything. “None of you seem surprised that I can’t feel my legs,” he said. He demanded somebody tell him what was going on. Diane (Carolyn Hennesy) arrived at GH. She was on a call with Maxie (Kristen Storms) and promised she’d take care of Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) then hung up the phone. “That’s a tall order even for killer Miller” Robert (Tristan Rogers) said. After Sasha was taken into an examination room, Dr. Montague told Gladys (Bonnie Burroughs).“You did your part. Now I’ll do mine.” Carly told Drew she knew she promised not to come so soon but she had to see him because she missed him. Drew remembered when Cyrus (Jeff Kober) gave him the Bible with the homemade weapon. Dex assured Josslyn he wouldn’t get hurt because he had everything to live for. Dr. Barnstall explained to Curtis there were several possibilities why he couldn’t feel his legs. He told Curtis he needed to look at the tests and scans they took after the surgery and then he’d be better equipped to answer his questions. Diane told Robert how Martin (Michael E. Knight) asked her to take over Sasha’s case when he was away but she stayed on because Sasha needed someone like her. Dr. Montague gave Sasha a shot. Sonny’s comments to Austin’s questions were full of subtext. Curtis was grateful to be alive but told TJ (Taj Bellows) and Portia (Brooke Kerr) he intended to walk out the hospital. After TJ left the room, Curtis told Portia he intended to get his entire life back. Robert told Diane that Maxie called him after she called Diane because she wanted him to take care of Sasha so they were on the same team. Sasha told Dr. Montague how she saw Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober). Carly was worried about Drew and told him to stay away from Cyrus Renault. After Austin left to take a call from Mason, Nina (Cynthia Watros) told Ava (Maura West) she didn’t see them as a couple. “Will my uncle ever be able to walk again?” TJ asked Dr. Barnstall. Carly wasn’t surprised Sonny had people watching Drew’s back. When he asked what else was going on, Carly told him Willow (Katelyn MacMuellen) was okay. He sensed something was wrong and asked her to “Tell me what it is.” Curtis told Portia why he came to the pool looking for her. Diane came into the examination room and told Sasha not to say one more word and demand Dr. Montague turn off that recording device. Nina commented on the differences between Austin and brooding Nikolas (Adam Huss). Nina and Sonny left when Sonny got a call from Gladys and she told him about Sasha’s arrest. Sonny called Dex and told him he needed surveillance on Austin Gatlin-Holt at The Port Charles Grill. Portia left Curtis’ hospital room. Dr. Barnstall told TJ he was successful in removing every fragment of the bullet. Drew didn’t want Carly to sell her house. She told him she wanted to focus on the future once he was out of there. When she mentioned life was too fragile, Drew asked “What happened?” Dex told Josslyn he had to go to work but would be back as soon as the job was done. Austin asked Ava how she thought it went. Dr. Montague told Diane she was too late because Sasha already told him everything. “What made her do it, Gladys?” Sonny asked. When Portia walked into the office and saw the look on TJ’s face, she asked “Please don’t say it.” TJ and Portia hugged. Sonny didn’t understand the change in Sasha since he last saw her. Diane came out of the examination room and told Nina, Sonny and Gladys that Sasha was being sent to Ferncliff Hospital for the criminally insane. Ava assured Austin that Sonny didn’t care who she slept with as long as it didn’t affect Avery (Ava and Grace Scarola). Carly told Drew that Curtis was shot and how the PCPD wasn’t sure that he was the target. Portia returned to Curtis’ room. He asked Curtis to get PT scheduled for him right away. Portia told Curtis that Dr. Barnstall got the latest tests and scans back and consulted with three other surgeons. “And none of them think you’ll be able to walk again.” Carly assured Drew she’d find out who shot Curtis. She was told time was up and promised Drew she’d come back soon. Curtis asked for some time alone. Josslyn received a confusing phone call. “Excuse me…what are you talking about?” Josslyn asked the caller. Dex was sitting at The Port Charles Grill bar and heard Austin tell Ava how he got the feeling Sonny was onto them. Drew came up to Cyrus. Sonny told Sasha she wasn’t alone as she was wheeled onto the elevator.
