A weekly column highlighting the Port Charles happenings during the past week on General Hospital. Read below to find out what you missed or to refresh your memory in time for next week.

Monday

Finn (Michael Easton) told Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) he came up to the roof to process something he found out yesterday but didn’t think he ever could. Kristina (Kate Mansi) came to her mother’s office at The Invader to tell Alexis (Nancy Grahan) why she brushed her off at The Metro Court Pool. Trina came to Kelly’s to find Josslyn (Eden McCoy) working to help her mother out. Trina wished she could help her mother. Portia (Brooke Kerr) told Marshall (Robert Gossett) how Curtis (Donnell Turner) was being released from the rehab center today and she hadn’t heard from him about whether he was coming home. Curtis told his Aunt Stella (Vernee Watson) he was ready to go home. Carly (Laura Wright) told Diane (Carolyn Henessey) she had to get Drew (Cameron Mathison) out of prison. Anna (Finola Hughes) told Robert (Tristan Rogers) she needed a favor. “And no questions asked,” she added. Lucy (Lynn Herring) threw a drink in Martin’s (Michael E. Knight) face. Lucy confronted Martin about keeping secret he’s been getting fifty thousand dollars a month from his ex-wife and didn’t tell her. She angrily said he didn’t want to give up the alimony, which was why he didn’t want to marry her. Anna wanted Robert to use his contacts to get information whether Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) was still working for a company called Pikeman. Kristina told Alexis how she wanted to steer clear when she saw her and Molly (Brooke Anne Smith) meeting with the surrogate. Alexis assured whatever was going on between her and Molly wouldn’t affect them. Elizabeth admitted Gregory (Gregory Harrison) told her about his ALS diagnosis. Finn told Elizabeth he couldn’t believe his father was dying from ALS. Curtis told Stella his physical therapist didn’t know him enough to really know how he was feeling. Marshall told Portir she needed to let Curtis figure it out on his own. Diane told Carly the moment Drew took the plea deal his fate was at the discretion of the judge. “So let’s find another judge,” Carly said. Alexis told Kristina she liked the surrogate and felt she was a good choice for TJ (Taj Bellows) and Molly. Alexis told Kristina to give Molly some time. Kristina left when Gregory entered. He told Alexis he wasn’t sure how many working days he had left. Stella told Curtis she needed to know he was ready to get out of rehab. She told Curtis he had to let his feelings out otherwise they’d explode on the people he loved. “God has placed an obstacle in your path and you need to show him you’re up to it” Stella told Curtis. Anna told Robert she doesn’t know what Valentin had lied about. “What if his connection to Pikeman goes deeper? What if he’s still in bed with Pikeman?” Anna asked Robert. Martin asked Lucy how she found out he was getting alimony. Diane told Carly a judge couldn’t be handpicked. Diane wondered whether she could possibly argue bias. Before she decided whether to take the case, Diane asked who was hiring her “You are Drew?” Josslyn told Trina her parents were adults and had to be responsible for their own actions and needed to work it out themselves. Curtis found it hard to believe the shooting was God’s plan because it happened when his life was turning around. Stella told Curtis he couldn’t give up. “Maybe you have a superpower. You may not know it yet but it’s in there.” Marshall told Portia he’s avoiding her because he doesn’t have answers to the questions regarding his emotional and physical relationship with her because he loved her. Gregory told Alexis he told Finn about his ALS and that she knew. Alexis assured it wouldn’t damage her relationship with Finn. Elizabeth urged Finn to take one day at a time. “Don’t miss out on what’s right in front of you,” Elizabeth said. Lucy confessed she lied when she said she went to Llanview but went to Pine Valley with Felicia (Kristina Wagner) . She admitted she looked at Jackson Montgomery’s (Walt Willey) files. Anna told Robert she needed him to find out the truth because she doesn’t know anymore. Robert left when Valentin arrived. “What’s with Robert?” Valentin asked. Anna said he was worried about Robin (Kimberly McCullough). Stella asked whether Curtis would continue to push Portia away once he returned home. “This might be a long road baby so let us ride it with you” Stella told Curtis. Gregory told Alexis he hasn’t told Chase (Josh Swickward) about his illness yet because he wanted to spend more time without it being about his illness. Finn felt guilty for wasting so many years with his father but planned to be there for him now. Elizabeth told Finn “You can’t save him. But you can love him.” Portia told Trina she wasn’t sure Curtis was coming home. Stella told Curtis if he opened his heart and let Portia in, he was ready to come home. Stella asked Curtis if he was ready to face his new reality. When Anna went to the ladies room, Valentin gestured for Martin, who told Lucy he’d be right back. Valentin asked Martin whether he took care of what he asked. Diane assured she didn’t think it better Drew stayed in Pentonville for three years but reminded Carly it would be tricky getting him out because it was a federal case. Robert entered Kelly’s and told Diane and Carly he just purchased a new set of wheels. Elizabeth told Finn she was there for him every step of the way. Gregory worried he’d never be able to tell Chase. Diane questioned Robert about why he bought a new car. He asked whether she’d like to go for a spin. Before leaving, Diane told Robert Chris was a she and Carly she was on it for that other thing Carly asked. Valentin reminded Martin the clock was ticking. When Martin returned to Lucy, she sadly said this could be the end of Deception. “And the end of me.” Portia told Trina if Curtis did come home it would be an adjustment for all of them. Her cellphone rang. It was Curtis who told Portia he was coming home. “It’s not going to be easy but we can make it work together.”

Tuesday

Lucy (Lynn Herring), Maxie (Kristen Storms) and Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) were at the courthouse for the intellectual property hearing. “Welcome home Dad” Trina (Tabyana Ali) greeted Curtis (Donnell Turner) with a hug. Michael (Chad Duell) came to Kelly’s and asked his mother why she wanted to see him. “I may have come up with a way to get Drew out of Pentonville,” Carly said. Until he got out of there, Cyrus (Jeff Kober) commented to Drew (Cameron Mathison) “How fortunate for you that you’re under Sonny’s protection.” “That spy that was planted in your home, that’s not going to be a problem for you any longer, ” Brick (Stephen A. Smith) told Sonny (Maurice Benard). Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) continues going through bad withdrawal symptoms. She asked Nurse Janice (Lauren Swickward) to do something. Nurse Janice gave her another blanket to help her stay warm and a glass of water. Gladys (Bonnie Burroughs) came to Nina’s (Cynthia Watros) office at Crimson and told Nina “We have to talk now…it’s a matter of life and death.” Curtis looked around the living room and noticed some things were moved around. Trina told Curtis he’s going to love what they did to her room. Lucy told Maxie and Brook Lynn she let their lawyer go, but Martin (Michael E. Knight) agreed to represent them pro bono. Unfortunately, Martin flew the coup and had to do something for Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) at the last minute. Maxie reminded they couldn’t win the case without representation. Carly told Michael how Diane (Carolyn Henessey) was working on proving Judge Kim’s sentence against Drew was biased. Cyrus told Drew how Book was made to understand Cain was under the protection of Sonny Cornithos. Although Betty has flown to Mexico, Sonny told Brick she wasn’t out of his reach and if he needed to ask her questions, he could find her. “I need fifty thousand dollars today to cover Sasha’s medical expenses,” Gladys told Nina. Dr. Montague came into Sasha’s room and said “I’m going to give you something to take all your pain away.” Sasha screamed “No, I don’t want it!” Gladys told Nina she couldn’t sell Sasha’s Deception stock because of the lawsuit. Nina was suspicious why Gladys didn’t come to Sonny. “Gladys, if you can’t be honest with me, I’m sorry I can’t help you.” Sonny told Brick about Austin (Roger Howarth) visiting Pentonville with a medical bag. Sonny said they had to ask themselves why this person wanted information about him and Pikeman. Michael told Carly that Dex (Evan Hofer) had been following Austin for Sonny. Lucy was surprised when Jackson Montgomery (Walt Willey) entered the courtroom. Marshall (Robert Gossett) asked Curtis to go out to the patio so they could talk in private. Once they were outside, Marshall told his son “There’s trouble at the club.” Portia told Trina she appreciated what she was trying to do “But you may be making things worse.” Sonny speculated Pikeman may be working for one of his competitors. Cyrus told Drew that he was protected regardless of whether he wanted it or not. And by extension, Cyrus now had Sonny’s protection. Michael told Carly about nanny Betty being hired as a mole to get information from Sonny. Carly wondered whether Drew could find out who Austin saw while he was at Pentonville. Portia told Trina she couldn’t treat Curtis any differently. Marshall told Curtis about his conversation with Selina Wu (Lydia Look). Curtis commented that maybe he should sell the club. Jackson told Lucy he was there for the Deception case to ensure his client got justice. Curtis told Marshall maybe he should sell because his dream of opening a nightclub had been realized. “I’m not going to push you. But I hope you’ll reconsider” Marshall said. Trina realized she was going over the top. Portia told Trina they needed to give Curtis some room. But they’d get through it as a family. Jackson told Lucy his client would be there. “Don’t you worry about that,” he said. Dr. Montague worried when Nurse Janice commented maybe Sasha should be transferred to a private hospital where she’d get better care. Nina was furious when Gladys told her about her gambling debt and if Deception’s stock weren’t frozen she’d intended to use Sasha’s money to pay off her gambling debt. Sonny told Brick he wasn’t sure whether the Pikeman deal was worth the risk anymore. Maxie rehired back Deception lawyer Elise. Tracy entered the courtroom. Curtis apologized to Portia for the way he spoke to her at the hospital. Michael told Carly it wasn’t a good idea to get Drew involved as he had a lot to deal with. Cyrus called Drew a noble man for stepping in even though he despised him. Nina ordered Gladys out of her office. Dr. Montague called Gladys and told her they had a little problem. He demanded Gladys pay him all of his money. Otherwise he’d make sure Sasha was in no condition to talk if she was transferred to another facility. Curtis told Portia he couldn’t physically love her back. “Well I don’t know what kind of woman you think you married, but I’m here for you. And I promise you that we’re going to get through this together,” Portia told Curtis. Tracy announced she was there to protect her legal claim to the Deceptor. Michael promised his mother if Sonny needed help he’d make sure he got it. Sonny told Brick they would never know the motive until they found out who his real enemy was. Cyrus told Drew he owed him his life and he wouldn’t forget it. Gladys told Nina “The doctor who’s treating Sasha at Ferncliff won’t let her out until I pay him.”

Wednesday

Tracy (Jane Eliott) announced she was there to protect her legal claim to the Deceptor. Lucy (Lynn Herring) asked whether it was about some ancient feud they once had. Judge Kerr entered to preside over the Deception intellectual property case. Sam (Kelly Monaco) reminded Cody (Josh Kelly) that if he got into Ferncliff he could be drugged like he believed Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) was. Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) came to Ferncliff to question about the stabbing at The Metro Court Pool. Gladys told Nina that the doctor who was treating Sasha at Ferncliff wouldn’t let her out until she paid him. Selina (Lydia Look) came to see Sonny (Maurice Bernard). Jackson (Walt Willey) and Elise presented their cases. Judge Kerr asked the attorneys to approach the bench so he could see the evidence. Nurse Janice (Lauren Swickard) told Dante how someone was smuggling in drugs for Sasha. Sam and Cody met with a psychiatrist, Dr. Brooks for an evaluation. Cody said his reckless behavior was because he didn’t want to be on the planet anymore. Gladys told Nina how the doctor knew she had access to Sasha’s money. Sonny told Selina he wasn’t going to say anything to Marshall (Robert Gossett) about shutting down the poker game in the backroom and would be very unhappy if he got word she was interfering with Curtis (Donnell Turner) or Marshall. Selina apologized for offending Sonny who told her not to pressure Curtis or his father. Nina asked Gladys what the doctor did to mess with Sasha’s head. Sam bumped into Dr. Montague and spilled her cup of coffee on him. Cody told Dr. Brooks he didn’t have suicidal thoughts, more like suicidal impulses. He added he got a high from being close to death. Judge Kerr told Elise she’d have a chance to amaze the evidence if he determined the case had the merit to go to trial. Nina demanded Gladys get this doctor on the phone. Sam saw Dr. Montague’s phone that Gladys was calling. Cody told the doctor how he once wondered how it would be if everything was over. Sonny reminded Selina she needed to be transparent. Judge Kerr set the date for the trial to begin six months from today. When Dante entered his office, Selina left. Gladys grabbed Nina’s arm to stop her from going to talk to Sonny about the doctor’s blackmail. “You will do no such thing” Gladys told Nina. When she mentioned she liked to play poker, Dr. Montague gave Sam a business card and said he might be able to get her into a poker game where she could win good money if she was a good player. Elise told Lucy she’d have to cease all sales on the Deceptor. Lucy asked Tracy what her evidence was. Tracy told Lucy the lawsuit could go away if she gave her seventy-five percent of Deception. She reminded Lucy twenty-five percent was more than nothing. Dante told Sonny he was there about Sasha and the news wasn’t good. Sasha begged Nurse Janice not to let Dr. Montague anywhere near her because he was drugging her. Nina demanded Gladys tell her the doctor’s name. Selina left an annoyed voicemail for Gladys telling her that her account was now past due and she expected payment in full by the end of the day. Maxie (Kristen Storms) reminded Lucy about Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) downloading all the Deceptor files onto a flash drive. Elise told Lucy and Maxie their mole was obvious that Brook Lynn was working with Tracy. Sonny wondered what triggered Sasha’s breakdown. Nina agreed to give Gladys the money but warned that if Sasha wasn’t released or hurt in any way, Sonny would be all over her. Cody was committed to Ferncliff. Before he was taken away, Sam warned “If your plan goes sideways and hurts Sasha, I will kill you.” Nurse Janice told Dr. Montague how Sasha was showing signs of paranoia and told her he was deliberately drugging her. Dr. Montague came to Sasha’s room and told her “You see, once someone becomes my patient, I’m with them until the very end.”

Thursday

Dex (Evan Hofer) told Josslyn (Eden McCoy) he was sorry and couldn’t take her to the concert tonight because Sonny (Maurice Benard) called and he had to work. Robert (Tristan Rogers) ran into Diane (Carolyn Henessey) outside the courtroom. Leo gave Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) a hug saying she looked sad. Ava (Maura West) remembered when she hit Nikolas (Adam Huss) over the head with the statue. Austin (Roger Howarth) arrived. “All I want from you is answers,” Ava told Austin. Spencer (Nicholas Chavez) joined Alexis at The Metro Court Pool. She commented with his father and grandmother gone, she was the closest thing he had to a parent. “I’m about to lose my company and I feel utterly betrayed” Lucy (Lynn Herring) to Martin (Michael E. Knight). Martin suggested Lucy take a seat and asked whether he could do anything for her. She told him salvaging what’s life depends on him. Alexis told Spencer how well Esme (Avery Kristen Pohl) did her job. Spencer told Alexis he couldn’t ima life without Ace and was glad he was his little brother. Ava was glad Betty was gone and asked Austin when she’d get Nikolas’ body back. Diane told Robert she was there on behalf of Drew (Cameron Mathison). Brook Lynn told Olivia (Lisa LoCierco) she let her friends down. Tracy (Jane Eliott) entered and said she could explain. Austin told Ava not to make any waves and trust him. Ava told Austin she didn’t want to live in the house. Spencer told Alexis how Esme has been a pretty good mom to Ace. He said if he could co-exist with Esme he could give Ace the happy childhood he deserved. Alexis told Spencer he sounded like his father when he was his age. Lucy asked Martin whether he stole the idea for the Deceptor from that awful Tracy Quartermaine. Brook Lynn told Olivia her grandmother was blackmailing her. Robert reminded Diane that bias was hard to prove. She said she wished there was a way to get concrete proof of Judge Kim’s bias against Drew. Tracy told Brook Lynn she needed to know how a Quartermaine succeeds in business. Brook Lynn told Tracy out of everyone in the family she believed in her and always took her side because she thought she was misunderstood. Diane asked Robert whether he could ask the WSB to put in a good word for Drew. But Robert told Diane the WSB wouldn’t do anything to help him. Josslyn was angry Sonny ruined their plans. She said she wished her mom hadn’t destroyed the flash drive. “That was our one chance to turn Sonny into the Feds and we blew it.” Martin assured Lucy he didn’t give Tracy the idea. Lucy told Martin that Deception would be bankrupt in six months. Alexis said Spencer was like his father. Ava told Austin she only wanted “Dracula’s Castle” to spite Nikolas so why should she stay there. Someone knocked on the door. It was Mason. Ava demanded what he promised her. Olivia asked Tracy how she could do this to Brook Lynn because she was her granddaughter. Robert told Diane how the bureau was embarrassed by what happened in Greenland so they’d rather have Drew where he was. Lucy told Martin how Brook Lynn’s been spying for her grandmother. Lucy told Martin to save Deception she’d have to give Tracy seventy-five percent of the company. Alexis said deep down Spencer still loved his dad. Mason told Ava the powers that be decided she wouldn’t get Nikolas’ body until the situation was solved. He urged her to just relax. “It’s all going down tonight,” Mason said. Diane wanted to look at Judge Kim’s case files for the last four or five years, looking for incidents when the judge handed down an overly harsh sentence. Chase (Josh Swickward) met Brook Lynn who told Tracy she couldn’t live with Tracy for another second. Tracy told Olivia she taught Brook Lynn the valuable lesson that nothing was free. Before Mason left, he told Ava he’d pass her message along but couldn’t guarantee the boss would be receptive. Lucy vowed she wouldn’t give Tracy one share of her company. She added it was a good thing she kept her realtor’s license. Spencer called his relationship with his father an illusion. Alexis asked Spencer whether he was saying he didn’t want his father back. Josslyn left a voicemail for Dex apologizing for the way they left things and asked him to come see her whatever time he was off. Chase asked Brook Lynn to move in with him. Olivia told Tracy if Ned (Wally Kurth) were here right now, he could get through to her. Robert told Diane if she found a link to make sure it was a solid one. Ava called Lucy and told her she wanted to sell Wyndemere. Spencer told Alexis his father abandoned Ace like he abandoned him and he won’t be back. Austin came to a cabin and asked someone “How are you feeling tonight?” “I’m feeling great. Thank you doc. It’s kind of you to ask” Nikolas answered.

Friday

While Sonny (Maurice Benard) was in the elevator at The Metro Court, Cyrus (Jeff Kober) was giving a sermon to his Bible group at Pentonville. Carly (Laura Wright) apologized for cutting it close. Josslyn (Eden McCoy) told her mother she didn’t have to worry about it because she wasn’t going to the concert. Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) said no to Chase’s (Josh Swickward) offer to move in with him. Olivia (Lisa LoCierco) brought Eddie (Wally Kurth) to The Metro Court Pool hoping to jog Ned’s memory. Charlotte (Scarlett Fernandez) told her papa that Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) had that look on his face like he was about to tell her something she didn’t like. Maxie (Kristen Storms) and Felicia (Kristina Wagner) brought Georgie and James to Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) and Lulu’s (Emme Rylan) old house and told her children “This is our new house.” Kristina (Kate Mansi) interrupted Nina (Cynthia Watros) before she could talk with Sonny. Olivia told Eddie that his children needed him and asked him to try to remember. Kristina told her father she could see how happy Nina made him and he deserved that. Carly reminded Josslyn that Dex liked taking risks and she couldn’t change him. Charlotte wasn’t happy when Valentin told her Maxie and the kids were moving into Lulu’s house. While Felicia and James went to look at the rooms, Georgie questioned her mother about them being in Aunt Lulu’s house. Josslyn told Carly not to put her history with Sonny on her. Josslyn decided to go to the concert. Brook Lynn told Chase that she didn’t think living together was the best thing for them right now. Nina was happy when Willow (Katelyn MacMuellen) and Michael (Chad Duell) entered with Wiley, who was excited to see Grandma Nina. Maxie told Georgie being in the house made her feel closer to Aunt Lulu like she gave them a little present. Eddie agreed to retrace his steps from the night of the accident. Chase told Brook Lynn his place was empty when she left the last time and urged him to move in with him. Carly got word that Sonny was in danger. Warden Garden told Cyrus she came to see the church group in person. She told Cyrus she hated for him to disappoint him after all his progress. Cyrus told her who knew what he and his flock could achieve. Wiley asked his parents if he could invite Nina and Sonny to their house for a barbeque. Kristina told Sonny now that the board was in place, the Cornithos Davis house was a go. Nina got nervous when she saw Olivia trying to jog Ned’s memory at The Metro Court Pool. Valentin told Charlotte he was sorry they’ve been separated but promised things were changing. Felicia assured Maxie she’d win the lawsuit. Maxie said Tracy (Jane Eliott) was ruthless and would do anything to win. “Including using her own granddaughter as a spy.” Brook Lynn told Chase she didn’t want him to regret moving in. Carly learned some non local Feds were on the wharf and the name Corinthos was mentioned. Nina told Willow she’d loved to come to Wiley’s barbeque. Sonny told Kristina he was very proud of her. Eddie told Olivia although he felt he might remember, he didn’t. “This is just another pool,” he said. Eddie apologized for being hard on Olivia. Maxie suggested they go home and start packing so they could move in. Valentin apologized for letting Charlotte down and assured her they’d be together all the time. He said she was the most important person in his world and it would always be just the two of them. Brook Lynn finally agreed to move in with Chase. Carly called Dex and told him he had to get out of there because there was going to be a raid. Cyrus preached about the cleansing vengeance. The Feds burst onto the scene and everyone except Dex were arrested. Then, they came to The Metro Court and arrested Sonny.
