A weekly column highlighting the Port Charles happenings during the past week on General Hospital. Read below to find out what you missed or to refresh your memory in time for next week.

Monday

Josslyn (Eden McCoy) told Dex (Evan Hofer) to get used to it that someone cares about him. Carly (Laura Wright) and Michael (Chad Duell) entered. “Truce?” Michael asked. Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) took a call from someone asking to speak with the head nurse. But they wanted Epiphany (Sonya Eddy). Ava (Maura West) reminded Austin (Roger Howarth) they were about to betray a powerful man. Sonny (Maurice Bernard) reminded Nina (Cynthia Watros) they’ve all done things they regret. Olivia (Lisa LoCierco) went with Ned (Wally Kurth) in the ambulance. Tracy (Jane Elliott) demanded Chase (Josh Swickard) do his job and arrest Drew (Cameron Mathison) for attempted murder. Then, she and Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) left for GH. “Are you seriously going to arrest me?” Drew asked Chase. Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) told Finn (Michael Easton) she has to remember not to compare herself to Epiphany and do the job to the best of her ability. Ava told Austin that Sonny could keep her away from Avery. Michael told Dex he wanted to hire him for another job…he wanted him to continue to work for Sonny and protect him. Drew told Zeke (Gavin Houston) about Ned falling into the pool and how his mother Tracy is accusing him of deliberately pushing Ned into the pool. Zeke said he would be going with his client when Chase asked Drew to come to the station to give a statement of what happened. Austin told Ava that if they didn’t do what Mason said they were dead. Sonny received a call from Brook Lynn about Ned. He and Nina rushed to GH. Tracy asked Finn to examine Ned when she learned Dr. Ashford (Taj Bellows) was an intern. Although he’s not a neurologist, Finn agreed. Austin told Ava that Mason wanted to kill Sonny. Nina and Sonny arrived at GH. Drew gave a recorded statement. An officer gave Chase the video footage of The Metro Court Poll area. TJ gave an update on Ned’s condition. Ned is suffering from a TBI and is in a coma due to oxygen loss. Carly told Michael with the way Dex was looking at Josslyn, there’s no way he’d leave Port Charles. Josslyn tried to stop Dex from accepting Michael’s job offer to protect Sonny. But Dex told her that he was the best person to protect Sonny because he wasn’t doing it for the money…he was doing it for her. Zeke warned Drew that if he’s charged with attempted murder the SEC won’t accept a plea deal. Chase came to GH and asked Tracy whether she wanted to change her statement, adding that she was obviously upset due to the circumstances. Tracy sarcastically asked why she would do that until Chase revealed the security cameras caught the entire thing. Cornered, Tracy said it was an accident. Chase told Brook Lynn how the security camera showed Ned tripped, hit his head then fell into the pool. After Tracy and Brook Lynn went to see Ned, Chase looked at the footage again and eyed Nina. Dex told Michael he’d work for him protecting Sonny. The police officer came back into the interrogation room and told Drew he was free to go and that Detective Chase thanked him for his cooperation and apologized for the inconvenience. Olivia was upset when Tracy and Brook Lynn came to see Ned while Chase continued to watch Nina.

Tuesday

Wednesday

It’s Curtis’ (Donnell Turner) birthday and he, Portia (Brooke Kerr), Marshall (Robert Gossett), Stella (Vernee Watson) and Zeke (Gavin Houston) were at The Metro Court Pool for a private party. Portia seems when Trina (Tabyana Ali) arrives with a present. “Happy Birthday Curtis” Trina said, holding a present. Drew (Cameron Mathison) left a voicemail for Zeke. Gladys (Bonnie Burroughs) tried to talk Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) out of ending the guardianship. Sam (Kelly Monaco) and Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) appeared. Sam comments how Cody (Josh Swickward) stepped up when Sasha was being manipulated on Home & Heart. Olivia (Lisa LoCicero) was grateful for her faith and her rosaries. Carly (Laura Wright) heard what happened to Ned (Wally Kurth) and wanted to be there for Olivia. TJ (Taj Bellows) came out and announced to Olivia he had news about her husband. Trina said she wouldn’t miss Curtis’ birthday and gave him the present. Stella asked about TJ and commented they could celebrate as a family now that it was official. Zeke arrived at The Metro Court dining room and joined Jordan (Tanisha Harper) at the bar. She told him she needed to talk with him about something, but Zeke said he had to meet a client. He went over to Drew’s table. As Jordan started to leave, Taggert got off the elevator and invited her to join him for a drink. Dante left to see Ned. Sam asked Gladys whether she had a problem about Sasha ending the guardianship. Olivia asked Carly to stay. TJ told them how they put Ned in a twilight sleep to control the swelling in his brain, adding if it didn’t go down they’d have to perform surgery. Zeke tried to discourage Drew from making the plea deal. He caught a glimpse of Jordan leaving with Jordan. Marshall gave a toast to Curtis talking about how he fell when his second perfect son was born. When Stella pulled out her phone to take a family photo, Trina got uncomfortable and excused herself. Olivia told Carly she could leave if she thought it ironic Drew saved Ned’s life when he tried to ruin Drew. Carly apologizes for upsetting Olivia then leaves. Sam and Dante appeared. Olivia told them about Ned’s condition. Gladys wasn’t allowed in the room when Sasha went to be evaluated by the psychiatrist for her guardianship. The doctor discussed the losses Sasha experienced and then asked how she felt about her guardian. TJ gave Olivia some hopeful news that the swelling in Ned’s brain was going down so they could take him out of the twilight state and he wouldn’t need surgery. Gladys and Sasha’s psychiatrist knew each other from Ms. Wu’s (Lydia Look) poker games at The Savoy. Taggert asked Jordan how she’d feel to learn TJ wasn’t her son. Jordan knew it was hard for him not being Trina’s biological father but reminded he raised her and no one could take that away from him. Taggert sadly said someone already did. Since he never got to receive any of her handmade crafts when she was a child, Trina’s gift to Curtis was a macaroni picture frame. Curtis used his phone to take a picture of him and Trina to put inside the frame. Jordan realized she had to speak with Zeke before he talked with his sister. Zeke told Portia about seeing Taggert and someone helping his ex-brother-in-law. Carly received a call from Diane regarding a meeting with the US Attorney. She wanted Diane to make it clear she wasn’t going to turn on someone she loved in order to save herself. Drew told her only one of them needed to go down for this.

Thursday

“I hope it’s okay I’m here” Spencer (Nicolas Chavez) said, handing Curtis (Donnell Turner) a birthday present. Trina (Tabyana Ali) told Stella (Vernee Watson) and Marshall (Robert Gossett) that Spencer’s motto is to never let’ em see you sweat but she’s sure he’s sweating pretty badly right now. Zeke (Gavin Houston) called Jordan (Tanisha Harper) when she got out of the elevator at The Metro Court so she could tell him and Portia (Brooke Kerr) about Taggert. Leo told Cody (Josh Kelly) his dad was in the hospital. Gladys (Bonnie Burroughs) received a text from Selina (Lydia Look) about her outstanding debt. Carly (Laura Wright) told Drew (Cameron Mathison) she would take responsibility for her actions. Sonny (Maurice Benard) told Nina (Cynthia Watros) that Ned (Wally Kurth) may decide to tell everything when he wakes up. Drew refused to let Carly go down calling her the heart of her family. Leo told Cody he didn’t want to see his dad in the hospital like that. Curtis opened Spencer’s gift. It was an original print signed by the artist of the famous jazz musicians that played at The Savoy. Curtis told Spencer the piece would be hung at The Savoy. Spencer was polite and mannerly, referring to Curtis as sir. When he sat down with Trina, she told him he did well. Curtis told Stella and Marshall as Trina’s father he intends to keep an eye on Spencer. Zeke was surprised that Portia and Jordan already knew each other. Tracy overheard Cody talking with Leo. She approached her grandson and suggested he get cleaned up before they went to visit his father. She warned Cody that although she wasn’t always present she was like the wind and was everywhere, adding if it were up to her a jewel thief like him would have been fired the moment he was arrested. Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) entered and told her granny “Leave him alone.” Ava (Maura West) arrived to pick up Avery (Ava and Grace Scarola). Sonny got a call from Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) about Ned and left for GH. After he was gone, Nina told Ava that Ned knew she turned Drew and Carly into the SEC and would spill everything once he woke up. Drew reminded Carly that at least if he went to prison Scout lived in a stable home with Sam (Kelly Monaco) and Dante, a man he respected. But if she went to prison, Donna would have to live with Sonny and Nina. When Spencer came to The Metro Court bar to get Portia and called Jordan Commissioner Ashford, the secret was out. “You have something to tell me?” Zeke asked Jordan once they were alone. Jordan told Zeke when she heard Portia introduce him as her brother, she texted him to meet. Jordan urged Zeke not to tell Portia what she told him about kissing Curtis because Portia had her hopes up about her marriage. A jumpy Gladys dropped her phone when she saw Sonny, who picked it up. Gladys told Sonny about Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) trying to end the guardianship and said she wasn’t ready. Gladys asked Sonny to talk with Sasha. Nina took off her engagement ring and told Ava she was saving Sonny heartbreak by ending it because once Ned told him the truth, it was over anyway. Portia urged Spencer to enjoy his youth, adding co-parenting was hard. Spencer assured he’d always make time for Trini.Marshall told Curtis he was moving out and getting his own place because Curtis needed space to focus on his marriage and new daughter. Spencer had to leave the party to pick Ace up from daycare because Esme (Avery Kristen Pohl) was working. Portia told Zeke she didn’t think Spencer could give Trina the attention she deserved. Zeke angrily commented how he forgave Curtis for how he acted after the reception but couldn’t forgive him for what he’s done after. Nina came to GH and told Sonny she had to see him. Sonny noticed she wasn’t wearing her engagement ring. Drew promised Carly that even if he was in prison he’d always be hers.

Friday

Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) found Finn (Michael Easton) practicing his backgammon game. He explained now that Tracy (Jane Elliott) was back in town, he didn’t want her beating him when they played. Alexis (Nancy Grahan) and Diane (Carolyn Henessy) had Earl Grey tea at The Bistro. Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) visited Willow (Katelyn MacMuellen). At GH, Michael (Chad Duell) commented about Chase (Josh Swickard) avoiding Tracy. Olivia (Lisa Cicero) asked TJ (Taj Bellows) whether things were looking up now that Ned (Wally Kurth) was being brought out of the twilight sleep. Elizabeth played backgammon with Finn. Diane reminded Alexis about Jerry Jax and Julian Jerome when Alexis said she liked the bad boy client. Sam (Kelly Monaco) came to the Quartermaine stable because Cody (Josh Kelly) called her. He wanted her to use her connection to Sonny (Maurice Bernard) to get information on Gladys (Bonnie Burroughs). TJ urged Ned’s family to not get ahead of themselves. Ned woke up to the smiling faces of Olivia, Tracy and Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton). Chase told Michael that Willow will cherish the videos he took of Amelia’s first moments. When Sasha told Willow how Nina (Cynthia Watros) forgave her for pretending to be her daughter, Willow said some things were hard to forgive. Elizabeth told Finn she’ll have some big shoes to fill as head nurse. Alexis told Diane she misses being a lawyer and is not as fulfilled working at The Invader. She also talked about why she gave Esme (Avery Kristen Pohl) a job. Sasha read Willow her medical evaluation where the doctor wrote that she wasn’t defined by her past. Michael told Chase he was good for Brook Lynn because he kept her grounded. Chase asked what Brook Lynn brought to him. “You tell me,” Michael said. TJ told Ned he suffered a head injury. Tracy asked Ned what he was rushing to tell Drew (Cameron Mathison). Sam called Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) and told him she had a job for him. Diane suggested Alexis go with her to either one of her trapeze classes or yoga. TJ asked Ned questions to test his memory. Ned knew the year was 2023 and he was in Port Charles, New York. But when TJ told Ned that was good, he answered “My name isn’t Ned, it’s Eddie Maine.”
