Monday

Carly (Laura Wright) asked Jason (Steve Burton) why Sonny (Maurice Benard) would care whether she slept with John Cates (Adam Harrington). “Because he loves you,” Jason said. “Not anymore,” Carly said. Ava (Maura West) arrived at Crimson to see Nina (Cynthia Watros). While waiting, Ava made a call to see whether Sonny’s pills could be tested. Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) arrived at Home & Heart and joined Maxie (Kristen Storms) and watched Lucy (Lynn Herring) turn her appearance into The Lucy Show. Lois (Rena Sofer) told Gregory (Gregory Harrison) she’s going to ensure the wedding goes off without a hitch. Anna (Finola Hughes) asked what happened to him when John entered and she saw his bruised face. Maxie told Brook Lynn the calvary was there when Scott (Kin Shriner) arrived. Maxie asked Scott to go up there and get Lucy to talk about the product. Tracy (Jane Eliott) entered the stables to go riding. But Cody (Josh Kelly) told her there was a problem with how her saddle was stored. Carly insisted Sonny stopped loving her since he came back from Nixon Falls. Tracy was impressed on how Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) was able to restore her Haven leather saddle. John told Anna from all appearances he was the victim of a mugging. Anna asked John what he was doing on the waterfront near Corinthos Coffee. Carly told Jason about asking Sonny for a divorce after finding him in bed with Nina. Sasha missed a call from Brook Lynn, who then called Lois and asked for her mother’s help. Lois rushed into the stables and told Sasha how Brook Lynn’s been trying to reach her. She grabbed Sasha’s arm to take her to the Home & Heart set. Both Scott and Haven tried to get Lucy to talk about Deception’s new face cream instead of the Nurses Ball. Nina apologized to Ava for keeping her waiting then asked for a progress report on her (Nina) reconciliation with Sonny. Carly told Jason how she could have flipped on Sonny and saved herself and Drew (Cameron Mathison). Carly said she had proof Sonny violated the National Securities Act. “How’d you get that?” Jason asked. “Michael,” Carly answered. John explained to Anna he was tailing Jason Morgan’s lawyer Diane Miller (Carolyn Henessy) when he was beaten. Carly told Jason about Michael hiring Dex (Evan Hofer) who recorded information about Sonny’s dealings with a company called Pikeman. She explained she destroyed the flash drive when Michael had a change of heart and then they paid ex to look out for Sonny, which didn’t go well with Sonny. Gregory told Tracy he needed to tell Lois he was going stag to the wedding. He told Tracy how Alexis would be appearing before the court in Manhattan the morning after the wedding which was why she couldn’t be his plus one. Not reading the comments, Lucy was happy she was trending. Ava told Nina that Sonny would be deeply moved if she sold The Metro Court to Jason. Tracy invited Gregory to join her at the Quartermaine table at the wedding. Ava didn’t tell Nina that Sonny and Jason were no longer close. Carly commented to Jason she missed the old Sonny. She added she often wondered what might have been between her and Jason. But Jason said he liked things the way they were.

Tuesday

“She might breathe the same air as us but she’s not one of us” Maxie (Kristen Storms) told Felicia (Kristina Wagner) as they talked about Lucy’s (Lynn Herrings) performance on Home & Heart. Laura (Genie Francis) and Jordan (Tanisha Harper) talked about submitting their tax returns to the city council. Trina (Tanisha Harper) and Josslyn (Eden McCoy) ran into Dex (Evan Hofer) while jogging. Brick (Stephen A. Smith) told Sonny (Maurice Benard) their guys went to “work” on Agent Cates (Adam Harrington) but were interrupted by a good samaritan. “So while you’re taking care of everything at Deception, who’s taking care of you?” Felicia asked Maxie. Brick assured Sonny that Agent Cates had to get the message their guys left. Trina was surprised when Josslyn told her Dex applied to the police academy. Maxie told Felicia she was tired of being mad at Lucy for being Lucy, Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) and her. Felicia told Maxie she had to let Spinelli off the hook. Before walking away, Trina commented how Dex and Josslyn were acting like they all met three years ago at a party. Josslyn told Dex they needed to be on the same page in order not to make their friends uncomfortable. Laura told Jordan she didn’t have a problem with Cyrus (Jeff Kober) but with the man who beat him to a fault with his bare fists. Sonny told Brick how Michael (Chad Duell) paid Dex to get information on him to turn him into the SEC. TJ (Taj Bellows) filled in for Dr. Kramer by treating Gregory (Gregory Harrison). Laura commented to Jordan she shouldn’t be covering for Sonny for assaulting Cyrus because she and Sonny are friends. She added she wasn’t responsible for Sonny being prosecuting Cyrus. But knew who was. Ava (Maura West) came to Rossoulo’s where Sonny offered a pasta dinner. She told him about “the woman who should not be named” who he thought was Carly (Laura Wright). “The other one,” Ava said. Sonny asked what Nina (Cynthia Watros) wanted. Ava said she wanted to get him back. Sonny said Nina couldn’t accept their marriage was over. Felicia told Maxie she needed to have a little faith that things will work out with Spinelli. TJ showed Gregory an unrevealing sonogram photo and said he was secretly hoping for a girl. Brick brought Jordan flowers and suggested going to dinner. She told him how she had to finish scanning her tax returns, which Brick knew because he caught a glimpse of them earlier. Josslyn urged Dex not to become a cop because he knew too much about Sonny’s business and Sonny would try to get rid of him. “We may not be together anymore but I don’t want anything to happen to you” Josslyn told Dex. Maxie said she’d think about what Felicia said. Dex told Josslyn after fighting for his country becoming a cop felt right. Jordan told Brick to let her know the next time he was back in town when he got called away. Ava admitted to Sonny she enjoyed living with him although it was unconventional. Sonny said sometimes the unconventional is the best way.

Wednesday

“Justice, I think you and I have been standing in the way of it for too long” Laura (Genie Francis) told Anna (Finola Hughes). Finn (Michael Easton) and Alexis (Nancy Grahan) cleaned up after their AA meeting. Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst), Jake (Hudson West) and Aiden bought dinner for Violet (Jophelle Love) and Gregory (Gregory Harrison). When they were alone, Gregory asked Elizabeth what was going on with Jake. Chase (Josh Swickward) prepared chicken florentine for dinner. When Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) commented about him selling his truck to pay for their honeymoon, Chase told her he was in line for an upcoming raise. Brook Lynn said they needed to have the money talk. Alexis told Finn she was meeting with the court of appeals the day after Chase and Brook Lynn’s wedding so she couldn’t make the wedding. “Charm has no moral weight and impulse is not character” Anna said as she and Laura talked about Sonny (Maurice Benard). Laura told Anna if she was ever inclined to go easy on Sonny because of her don’t. Laura told Anna how Sonny had a dangerous and dark side and was like a time bomb that could go off. Chase told Brook Lynn he had no problem with signing a prenup. “The conversation we need to be having is not what happens if we split up but what happens if we don’t” Brook Lynn told Chase. Alexis told Finn besides for her daughters, her law career was the most important thing to her. Gregory told Elizabeth how he and Finn had to get past Gregory falling in love with Jackie (Kim Delaney) after Finn’s mother’s death. Gregory said maybe Jake’s anger had to burn out. Finn expressed his guilt for the way he treated Gregory in the past. Chase suggested they take the interest from her trust fund and put it into an interest bearing savings account for their children. Laura met with Cyrus (Jeff Kober) and told him she wanted him to have justice. So if he wasn’t pressing charges against Sonny because of her, he shouldn’t let that stop him from getting the justice he deserved. Anna received a suggestion that they pass on Dex’s (Evan Hofer) candidacy for the police academy. Violet came out and announced dinner was served. Finn arrived and apologized for being late. Cyrus told Laura how Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) came to visit him at GH and offered him a radio station for his show in exchange for him not pressing charges against Sonny. Cyrus said since some of his listeners thought he sounded phony when quoting the Bible along with him getting tired of hearing the sound of his own voice, he decided not to do the show anymore. Laura asked Cyrus now he wasn’t accepting Nina’s payoff would he reconsider pressing charges against Sonny. Chase and Brook Lynn were glad their money talk went well. Anna was given insight Dex would be a cop with something to atone for which would make him a liability. Cyrus admitted he taunted Sonny into a confrontation and commented it’s ironic Sonny’s fate is now in his hands.

Thursday

At Bobbie’s, Josslyn (Eden McCoy) offered to help Carly (Laura Wright) when her mom told her the stove isn’t working. “I have a Jack of All Trades…or at least I used to” Josslyn said. Chase (Josh Swickward) told Dex (Evan Hofer) he had to complete the JST (obstacle course) in under four minutes, twenty-eight seconds. At GH, Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) told Finn (Michael Easton) he got a clean bill of health to return to work. Finn told Dante that Chase’s bachelor party has gone sideways. Ava (Maura West) and Trina (Tabyana Ali) worked at The Bistro. Trina told Ava she was saving for her own place. Lois (Rena Sofer) came to see Sonny (Maurice Benard) and said “Something’s off with you…so what’s your story?” Cyrus (Jeff Kober) came to Commissioner Devane’s office and gave Anna (Finola Hughes) his formal statement naming Sonny as his attacker. Trina told Ava she was ready to get her own place and be self reliant. She asked Ava how everything was going living at Sonny’s. Trina had to leave to open up the gallery. Lois asked Sonny why he hadn’t responded to the invitation to Brook Lynn’s (Amanda Setton) wedding. Sonny told Lois he was thinking of sending a gift because he didn’t want to ruin the day for her and Brook Lynn. Dex performed the JST. Michael (Chad Duell) entered Bobbie’s and offered to help fix the stove. Carly called him fully capable, but Josslyn said Michael was capable of picking up his platinum card. Michael joked maybe he should leave and their mother could call her new boyfriend. Chase told Dex he did well. Cyrus signed his witness statement. Ava spoke with Stuart at Applied Labs who told her that “her husband’s” prescription was only 10 mg and not 50 mg, meaning he was getting less than 40% of his medication. Dante told Anna about the plans for Chase’s bachelor party. Ava suggested Joss and Trina get a place together. Trina told Ava that Josslyn and Dex broke up and that Dex is now trying to become a police officer. Lois urged Sonny to come to the wedding and rise above his petty grievances. John arrived at Bobbie’s. Anna gave Cyrus a copy of his witness statement. She told Cyrus she’d give him the heads up when she planned to charge Mr. Corinthos. Lois told Sonny some of Uri’s people were handling security. Sonny reluctantly agreed to attend the wedding. Ava entered. Lois commented about Ava still living there. John thanked Carly for rescuing him the other night. Michael told Josslyn they should keep an eye on John. Dex and Chase walked up to hear Dante making arrangements for Chase’s bachelor party. Dex ran into Cyrus as he started to leave the PCPD. “I almost didn’t recognize you without your scrubs,” Cyrus said. John gave Carly his phone number. Lois came to Finn’s office to discuss the rehearsal dinner. Anna learned Dex was in the 98% of applicants ever. Ava questioned Sonny about whether his meds made him sleepy. Dex told Cyrus he took a wrong turn in his life and was trying to correct it. Cyrus said that was a coincidence because he was at the PCPD to do the same thing. Anna was told Dex could be the next great cop assuming he didn’t need police protection himself. Ava told Sonny that Trina told her Dex Heller was joining the PCPD.

Friday

Carly (Laura Wright) came to Jason’s (Steve Burton) room above Bobbie’s. Noticing his tattoo, Carly asked when he got it and why. Lois (Rena Sofer) told Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) she had a surprise for her. Diane (Carolyn Henessy) came to see Nina (Cynthia Watros) who told her she was going to give her what she wanted. Sonny (Maurice Benard) was furious that Dex was going to become a cop because he’d tell the police everything he knew about Cornithos’ business. Josslyn (Eden McCoy) came to the police commissioner’s office and told Anna (Finola Hughes) if Dex (Evan Hofer) was accepted into the police academy she had to turn him down. “Because if Dex becomes a cop, Sonny will have him killed,” Josslyn said. Drew (Cameron Mathison) interrupted Nina and Diane’s business meeting. Nina told Drew to wait while she signed the papers selling her share of The Metro Court. “Fully executed. Pleasure doing business with you Nina” Diane said, shaking Nina’s hand and leaving. Nina told Drew her current situation wasn’t working so she made some changes. Jason told Carly he got the tattoo to get him through the loneliness and knowing he couldn’t come home. Lois told Brook Lynn that Sonny was coming to the wedding. Lois wondered whether Sonny would bring Ava as his plus one. Sonny told Ava he’d deal with Dex and get the divorce from Nina. But he was unsure what to do about Michael (Chad Duell), Carly and Jason. Anna assured Josslyn that Dex would be safe as a police officer because Sonny wouldn’t target a recruit. Josslyn told Anna she was wrong because last night Sonny had an FBI Agent beaten up. Jason told Carly he knew she’d be okay because she was adaptive and resilient. Carly told Jason even when he wasn’t there he helped her get through the things in her life. Nina told Drew she sold The Metro Court to his brother…Carly could have the hotel, the bigger prize was getting Sonny back. Josslyn told Anna if she wasn’t going to do anything, when Sonny had Dex killed and they threw him some big funeral, his family and friends won’t be there. But she would and would sit in the front row looking at Anna. And when she handed her the flag from Dex’s coffin, she wouldn’t take it. Ava urged Sonny to be careful because dealing with family was tricky. Carly asked Jason to help her with the gas man from the city. He said he’d be right downstairs. Lois showed Brook Lynn the seating chart for the wedding. Nina told her assistant Madison to let her know when Olivia (Lisa LoCierco) got to the hotel because she had something important to discuss. While Carly threatened to sue the city, Jason calmly reminded the man they couldn’t run a business without gas for three days and asked whether there was anything he could do to help them out. The man said he could talk with his superiors about getting the gas turned back on and help expedite repairs. After the man left, Carly told Jason she needed him for good cop/bad cop and he was the good cop. After watching Jason from the door outside Bobbie’s, Danny climbed into the window into his dad’s room above the diner. Sonny told Ava that Carly could have known Jason was alive for years and didn’t tell him…and that is unforgivable. Molly (Kate Mansi) entered Anna’s office. Anna gave her a file containing Dex and Cyrus Renault’s (Jeff Kober) statements. Molly asked why she came to her with it. Anna answered for Robert (Tristan Rogers), prosecuting Sonny was personal. “It’s personal for me too,” Molly told Anna. Ava suggested she and Sonny go for a walk. Danny looked through his dad’s stuff and put on Jason’s leather jacket. Diane came to Bobbie’s and gave Jason the signed papers. Carly was surprised when Diane said Jason was now half owner of The Metro Court. After Diane left, Jason signed the transfer of ownership. But Carly didn’t want to accept it saying she lost it so it was up to her to get it back. Jason reminded things wouldn’t have gone down like they did had he been there. An emotional Carly hugged Jason. Brook Lynn told Lois about the money conversation she and Chase (Josh Swickward) had. Molly told Anna she couldn’t prosecute the case because it was a conflict of interest, reminding her sister was Sonny’s daughter and she’s carrying her baby. Anna gave fair warning: When she chose to pursue the case she was going to push with Robert for Molly to prosecute the case. Ava and Sonny arrived at The Metro Court in time to witness Carly telling Olivia she got her share of The Metro Court back and they were partners again. Anna told Molly they had to do their duty. “And it’s mine to investigate and yours to prosecute” Anna told Molly. Lois asked Brook Lynn whether she should invite Jason to the wedding. Jason found Danny in his room. Nina smiled when she saw Carly and Olivia basking in the good news. Sonny walked over and told Carly that she, Jason and Nina were all traitors and liars and deserved each other.
