Monday

General Hospital encore episode. Original Airdate: Thursday, August 1, 2024

Gio (Giovanni Mazza) told Josslyn (Eden McCoy) because of the heat, he was taking a swim after work in the Quartermaine pool. Lois (Rena Sofer) asked Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) whether she was sure she was ready to handle the responsibility of running a record label. John (Adam Harrington) came out into the room wearing only a towel while Ava (Maura West) was going over Jerome Gallery business with Trina (Tabyana Ali). Jordan (Tansiha Harper) came to see TJ (Taj Bellows) at GH. “The situation with Kristina has gone from bad to worse” TJ told his mother. Molly (Kristen Vaganos) met Sam (Kelly Monaco) at a cafe and told her how Kristina (Kate Mansi) practically claimed the baby as hers and Blaze’s (Jacqueline Grace Lopez). Sonny (Maurice Benard) was on the phone talking about how he wanted twenty-four hour surveillance with photos on Ava. Kristina arrived and told her father about being served with a subpoena to testify in the custody hearing. Sonny assured the case wouldn’t get to court. Brook Lynn told Lois she hadn’t spoken with Blaze yet about the record label. Lois questioned her daughter about Sonny’s involvement. Ava told Trina that John was taking a shower at her place because the water pressure where he was staying was bad. After Trina left, Ava told John it would have looked bad for her if anyone other than Trina had seen him. Scott (Kin Shriner ) entered Sonny’s office and told him the court blocked his attempt to deny Ava visitation. He told Kristina he’d see her tomorrow at ten. When she said they didn’t have an appointment, Scott told Kristina she hadn’t read the subpoena. Molly expressed her fear to Sam that Kristina was trying to claim their baby. TJ told Jordan he was afraid they were headed for a custody battle. Blaze arrived at The Metro Court and met with Brook Lynn, who told her they were about to take her career to the next level. She told her about the idea to release a new album on her very own label. Scott told Kristina she had to give a deposition and reminded her about perjury. After Kristina left, Scott told Sonny to get used to only seeing Avery (Ava and Grace Scarola) through binoculars. Trina told Josslyn about seeing FBI Agent John Cates in Ava’s room and it was obvious they spent the night. Josslyn commented how Ava always had an agenda so she must believe Agent Cates could help her. John told Ava he was on his way to work and would pick up his bags tonight, that way, they could see each other again. Jordan commented to TJ how Molly had no legal or biological ties to the baby, which must make her feel she had no control in the situation. TJ said Molly was blinded by her love for her sister, adding it was pulling him in Molly in different directions. Jordan told TJ if he had to go to court to fight for his rights, she’d be right there by his side. Molly told Sam she wondered whether Kristina was using her and TJ breaking up as an excuse to keep the baby. Brook Lynn told Blaze the idea for the label was her mother’s idea, adding Natalia (Eva LaRue) was coming there to discuss it. Right on que, Natalia entered and commented they looked like they were having a serious conversation. “What I’d miss?” she asked. Alexis (Nancy Grahan) asked to speak with TJ. She asked TJ to give it some time to keep the peace. TJ asked whether that just applied to him and Molly. Or did it include Kristina too? Molly told Sam she felt like everyone else had a say in the baby decision but her. She told Sam about Ava serving Kristina with a subpoena. Brook Lynn walked away to the bar to give Blaze and Natalia the chance to talk alone. Brook Lynn told Gio she had a new record label that could use his musical talent. Lois came to see Sonny and said she wanted to discuss the finance of the new record label. Natalia apologized to Blaze for the things she said and for causing her pain. She told her daughter she regretted the things she said costing her hard earn success. Natalia added it was up to her daughter to decide her involvement in the new record label. Lois had a question for Sonny “Is this record label going to be clean or not?” TJ told Alexis everyone was walking on eggshells as far as Kristina was concerned. “What happens if Kristina tries to keep this baby?” Kristina stormed into Ava’s hotel room and told her she wouldn’t show up for the deposition or custody hearing. Ava reminded Kristina about being in contempt if she did so then asked “What exactly are you hiding?” Blaze told Natalia she couldn’t see her involved in her personal or professional lives because she couldn’t accept or embrace who she is. Sonny accused Lois of turning on him when she said she was just trying to protect her daughter. Molly told Sam everything would be okay once the baby was born and they saw its sweet little face. Kristina threatened to testify about Ava changing Morgan’s (Bryan Craig) bipolar medication and killing Connie Falconieri if she had to testify. Ava grabbed Kristina’s arm and when she backed away, she tripped over John’s bag. To the horror of everyone at The Metro Court Pool, Kristina fell out the window and landed in the pool.

Tuesday

“You can go after me. But when you go after my daughter, that’s unacceptable.” Sonny told John (Adam Harrington) before pulling the trigger. Sonny loaded the cartridge into Jagger’s chest as he laid on the ground. When Michael (Chad Duell) approached, Sonny tried to explain he shot Jagger because he was coming after his sister. Drew (Cameron Mathison) and Willow (Katelyn MacMuellen) kissed. Sam (Kelly Monaco)came over to her mother’s house and told Alexis (Nancy Grahan) that Kristina (Kate Mansi) was an adult and would be okay. Kristina came to Irene/Adela’s grave and apologized to her daughter for the way she was disrespected at the service. Jason (Steve Burton) found Isaiah (Sawandi Wilson) lying unconscious on the side of the highway. Ava (Maura West) told Agent Boyle that killing someone changes you forever. Kristina said she wished she could go back and change what happened. “I don’t want to be without you Adela” Kristina cried. “Mom’s still at the house. I’ll take care of it” Michael told Sonny. Jason called 911 and reported finding Isaiah. Rick (Rick Hearst) gave Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) some flowers. But she said she’d break them up into smaller arrangements and give them to her patients. Rick wanted to have dinner with Elizabeth to catch up. Tracy (Jane Eliott) told Nina (Cynthia Watros), Chase (Josh Swickward) and Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) how devil baby Ace flung his baby food at her. Sonny pulled Carly (Laura Wright) into a room at the Quartermaines and said if anyone asked, she had to tell them they’d been up there for the last half hour. Sam told Alexis she’d call Molly to see whether he’s heard from Kristina. Willow apologized for kissing Drew again. He told her they were just two people caught up in the moment. But he admitted there were times he wished he’d met her first. Kristina promised Adela she’d never forget her. Willow told Drew what happened between them will stay locked in his heart. Chase said Brook Lynn would be a good mom when she brought Ace downstairs and managed to quiet him down. Tracy said Chase and Brook Lynn should get a room. Sonny and Carly came downstairs and Sonny asked whether she was ready for this. “I’ve done it before,” Carly said. When she noticed Sonny tucking in his shirt, Tracy commented how it looked like they already got a room. Portia (Brooke Kerr) questioned Jordan (Tanisha Harper) about whether Rick Lansing was a good lawyer. Jordan answered he was a very good lawyer. Rick and Elizabeth sat down for a cup of coffee. Rick asked her whether he was crazy to take Heather Webber’s (Alley Mills) case. When Elizabeth commented that if he took Heather’s case he wouldn’t make any friends in Port Charles, Rock said besides Molly (Kate Vaganos), there was only one other person in Port Charles he cared about. Kristina said she hoped Adela could take his love with her. Ava tried to convince Agent Boyle to let her go. Suddenly, Jason appeared and trained his gun on Ava. “Drop the gun and let Ava go,” Jason ordered, “You know I can kill you.” Agent Boyle dropped the gun and Ava picked it up. “How’s this for karma?” Ava asked. Kristina returned and told Sam and Alexis she went to the cemetery. Dr. Park told Portia about the man (Isaiah) being found on the highway but had no ID on him. Michael made a call about Agent Cates’ shooting. Drew and Willow approached. “What the hell happened?” Drew asked. Kristina told Sam and Alexis she couldn’t go on without her daughter. Portia asked Jordan to use her credentials to find John Doe’s identity. Jordan learned Jason made the 911 call. Chase announced about the shooting at the boathouse and that Michael found the victim. Carly looked at Sonny. Chase questioned Michael. Anna (Finola Hughes) called what happened tragic. Ava told Jason she wouldn’t shoot Boyle because she didn’t want it on her conscience. Jason told Ava they were in this together now and called the police. Kristina said her dad had to make Ava pay for what she did to her daughter. When it was announced Agent Cates was shot at the boathouse, Tracy accused Sonny of doing the deed. When Kristina went upstairs, Alexis found the gun her daughter took from Sonny’s safe in her daughter’s bag.

Wednesday

Drew (Cameron Mathison) told Curtis (Donnell Turner) Larry McConkey dying wasn’t the only thing that happened today. Willow (Katelyn MacMuellen) and Michael (Chad Duell) entered their bedroom. Lucky’s (Jonathan Jackson) captor demanded he deal the poker hand. Jordan (Tanisha Harper) told Brick (Stephen A. Smith) she needed a favor. Mac (John J. York) entered his brother’s office and told him about the murder at the Quartermaine mansion with half the town being suspects. But one was at the front of the pack. Diane (Carolyn Henessy) entered the PCPD and asked Anna (Finola Hughes) whether her client was inside the interrogation room. “I’m going to need you to help us both,” Jason told Diane. “The cops are gonna be here in the morning, we’re going to have to get our story straight” Sonny (Maurice Benard) told Carly (Laura Wright). “I know where I was when John Cates was murdered…where were you?” Carly asked. His captor told Lucky if he won the hand, he’d go free and if he lost, he’d die. Jordan asked Brick to help her identify the John Doe at GH. Jason told Diane he’d appreciate it if she represented Ava too because they could prove everything they were saying was true. Carly asked Sonny why she should lie for him. Mac told Robert he’ll call Robin (Kimberly McCullough) and give her the bad news about Jagger. Kristina looked for the gun she’d stolen from Sonny then called Michael and told him she was missing a gun. Sonny told Carly because they weren’t married anymore, she didn’t have spousal privilege. Unless she was willing to marry him again. Michael came to Alexis’ house and Kristina told him about the missing gun. Arriving on the bridge, Alexis left an urgent message for Diane. Drew told Curtis he kissed Willow. Ava and Jason gave their statements about the Boyle/Cates connection to Anna. Alexis struggled over what to do with the gun. Sonny told Carly working together with them tonight seemed like old times. Robert commented to Mac that Cody’s (Josh Kelly) statement he didn’t hear anything didn’t make him a reliable witness because it took him almost a year to come clean he was Mac’s son. When his captor talked about an unforgettable woman he met at the tables in Monte Carlo, Lucky thought about waltzing with Elizabeth when they were young. He won the poker hand. Drew told Curtis how he and Willow have been growing closer the last few months. Willow looked at hers and Michael’s wedding photo. Anna told Ava she didn’t have to worry about Cates anymore. Kristina told Michael she took the gun from her dad because she needed it to get justice. Alexis threw the gun in the water and was startled when she turned around and saw Rick (Rick Hearst) and Elizabeth. Michael told Kristina that Agent Cates was dead. Alexis lied and threw her non working phone in the water. After she left, Rick and Elizabeth commented it didn’t look like a phone…it looked like a gun. Anna told Ava and Jason that since they collaborated their story, they were free to go. She asked Jason to stay for a word. Jason told Diane he didn’t need her. Anna questioned Jason about Agent Cates’ shooting and said although he was in the clear, Sonny wasn’t. Carly came up with a plausible one night stand story for Sonny’s alibi. Rick commented he hoped Alexis getting rid of a gun didn’t have anything to do with their daughter. Brick told Jordan he’d make it happen for them to get together again outside of him doing her a favor. Drew told Curtis there were real feelings behind his and Willow’s kiss. Curtis urged Drew to forget it ever happened and let it go. Drew vowed he’d never act on his feelings for Willow. But Willow fantasized she was in bed with Drew. Robert called and left a message for Holly to call him. Alexis entered and asked him to stop Agent Cates from abusing his power by persecuting her daughter. Robert told Alexis that Agent Cates was shot to death. Anna told Jason even though John had gone astray and used his badge for a personal vendetta, whoever shot and killed the federal agent would spend the rest of their life in prison. Sonny suggested Carly spend the night to make the alibi more convincing. Since Ava had stayed in the larger guest room, Carly decided on the smaller one. When Sonny opened his safe, he discovered one of his guns missing. The woman who gave Lucky’s captor sleepless nights walked into the room. Lucky was surprised to see it was Holly (Emma Samms).

Thursday

Josslyn (Eden McCoy) told Trina (Tabayana Ali) how Dex (Evan Hofer) graduated from the police academy and got his badge and was officially one of Port Charles’ finest. Josslyn asked Trina what happened and why the police car was parked outside. TJ (Taj Bellows) and Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) discussed Isaiah’s (Sawandi Wilson) medical condition. At GH, Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) told Jordan (Tanisha Harper) he wished he could find Lucky (Jonathan Jackson). Lois (Rena Sofer) and Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) laughed at Tracy’s (Jane Eliott) discomfort at the possibility one of last night’s guests left her bed disheveled after having a tryst in it. Carly (Laura Wright) told Sonny (Maurice Benard) it was hard having a good night sleep when you might be charged as an accessory to murder. Diane (Carolyn Henessy) came to see Alexis (Nancy Grahan) and said “Jason’s misadventure is the Davis Family’s good fortune.” Nina (Cynthia Watros) was surprised Ava (Maura West) came to work at the gallery. She told Ava she got her a new attorney. Rick (Rick Hearst) walked in. Nina wasn’t aware Ava and Rick already knew each other but suggested he still be her attorney since he was there. But Rick refused. Diane told Alexis how Cates planned to have Ava killed so she wouldn’t succumb to pressure from Sonny and recant her statement. Alexis told Diane she couldn’t be totally relieved Kristina was out of one murder charge when she could be implicated in another. Carly told Sonny she’d only take this alibi thing so far. A woman entered the Quartermaine mansion and corrected Olivia’s (Lisa LoCierco) pronunciation of croissant. Nina reminded Rick he owed her a favor for trying to rob her blind during their brief marriage. The woman introduced herself as Robin Finch (Sarah Sherman), celebrity tutor to the stars. She identified the area of Brooklyn Olivia hailed from based on her accent. Gio came to Trina and Josslyn’s apartment and told them his Uncle Sonny and Josslyn’s mom had sex in Tracy’s bed. Tracy admitted to hiring the dialect coach for Lois. Josslyn couldn’t believe her mother had sex with Sonny. She left the apartment. “Of no” Diane said when she entered Sonny’s penthouse and found Carly standing in the middle of the room wearing sweats. Rick told Ava representing her would be a conflict of interest. Alexis was concerned when Kristina commented one down, one to go when referring to John Cates’ murder. Elizabeth questioned the man who walked into Isaiah’s room. He said he was there to clean up, which was obviously a lie. Josslyn questioned Olivia about what she heard. Olivia’s expression told her it was true about her mother and Sonny. Rick came to GH and asked TJ how he and Molly (Kristen Vaganos) were doing. Tracy explained she was helping Lois be able to present Deception’s products better. Alexis told Kristina she took the gun because she was afraid she was going to hurt herself and she’d lose her. Diane told Sonny he and Carly had to have an affair and be on the same page with their story to make it believable. Josslyn told Trina she wouldn’t be there for her mother if she wanted to ruin her life again with Sonny who hurt her in the past. Ms. Finch explained she wasn’t trying to change Lois but give her the tools to empower herself. “Just trying to help Lois help herself” Tracy said. “Why don’t you stick around and show me what you got” Lois told Ms. Finch. “Maybe I shall,” Robin answered. Jordan wanted to find the man’s name to make up for all she couldn’t do. Dante found a cracked cell phone at the car accident scene. The man who Elizabeth questioned about coming into Isaiah’s hospital room assured Isaiah would never wake up. Nina told Ava she felt she (Ava) deserved a second chance. Carly told Sonny they had to be convincing of their story about an affair if they were to keep him out of prison and in Donna’s life. When she walked out of his penthouse, Carly came face-to-face with Josslyn. Alexis told Kristina she got rid of the gun. Rick told Elizabeth they needed to come forward to the police about Alexis throwing a gun off the bridge. Sonny called Jason and told him they had a problem because one of his guns was missing.

Friday

Ned (Wally Kurth), Olivia (Lisa LoCierco) and Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) lurked outside the drawing room while Lois (Rena Sofer) had her speech lessons. CSI took photos of Isaiah’s tattoo in order to identify him. Jordan (Tanisha Harper) asked to be forwarded the photos with Commissioner Devane’s permission of course. Holly (Emma Samms) asked to speak with Lucky (Jonathan Jackson) alone. After assuring him she was perfectly safe, Holly said she was there because the heart wants what it wants. Josslyn (Eden McCoy) stormed into hers and Trina’s (Tabayana Ali) apartment and locked the door on Carly (Laura Wright) who said her daughter wouldn’t shut her out. Josslyn asked whether Carly spent the night with Sonny (Maurice Benard) and said if she did, they had nothing more to say. Rick (Rick Hearst) wanted Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) to come forward after seeing Alexis (Nancy Grahan) get rid of a gun. Anna asked new police cadet Dex (Evan Hofer) to stay; she might need him. Sonny told Jason (Steve Burton) one of his 9mm guns was missing. He then gave Jason the murder weapon and told him to get rid of it. Olivia demanded Robin Finch (Sarah Sherman) put Lois back when her friend spoke without her Bensonhurst accent. Carly told Josslyn not to disrespect her when Josslyn berated her mother’s choice to spend the night with Sonny. Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) told Jordan about finding a cracked cell phone. Holly told Lucky not to blow her cover and ruin a big payday. Dex urged Anna to get a search warrant because if Sonny was involved in the shooting, he’ll try to get rid of the gun. Sonny told Jason how Michael (Chad Duell) was a witness to after the shooting and Carly was providing him with an alibi. Jason questioned Sonny about everyone who had access to the penthouse and lock box. Josslyn asked Carly how she could consider going back to Sonny after everything he did to her and their family. Rick told Elizabeth if she was so certain of Alexis’ innocence, she needed to come forward with what they saw. Lucky told Holly she needed to get out of there before Isaiah alerted the WSB. Dante told Jordan that Laura (Genie Francis) needed to find Lucky before time ran out for Lulu. Tracy commented that Robin needed to help Olivia with her speech too. Holly compared Lucky to his father. “Did you sleep with Sonny? Or did you give him an alibi for murder?” Josslyn asked Carly. Jason told Sonny how Ava (Maura West) recanted her statement against Kristina (Kate Mansi) after Jagger (Adam Harrington) tried to have her killed. As Jason walked towards the front door to leave, Anna along with Dex and another officer arrived with a search warrant. Anna told Sonny they needed to look at his weapons. Dante told Jordan if they could figure out where John Doe brought the phone they would learn where he’s been. Josslyn was angry at how her mother was willing to risk everything for Sonny again. Sonny asked the police not to disturb his daughter Avery’s (Ava and Grace Scarola) room during their search. Dex said he knew where Sonny kept his lock box. Sonny told Jason he could go. But Anna asked him to stay. Rick and Elizabeth arrived at the PCPD and came to Chase (Josh Swickward) as the officer handling the John Cates murder investigation. Elizabeth reluctantly said she saw Alexis as a woman who dropped a gun in the water. Once alone with Chase, Rick planted seeds of doubts to Alexis’ guilt. Dex brought out Sonny’s lock box and Anna commented to Sonny “You appeared to be missing a gun.” Sonny pretended as though he hadn’t opened the box before the police arrived and didn’t realize his weapon was missing. Anna told Sonny that unless he found the gun and it was tested, he couldn’t be ruled out as a suspect in Agent Cates’ murder.
