A weekly column highlighting the Port Charles happenings during the past week on General Hospital. Read below to find out what you missed or to refresh your memory in time for next week.

Monday

Trina (Tabyana Ali) brought Kai (Jens Austin Astrup) to a gallery to look at art. At Charlie’s, Kristina (Kate Mansi) gave Lucas (Van Hansis) an old photo from when Wiley was eighteen months old. At GH, Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) assured Lucky (Jonathan Jackson) she didn’t need him with her for the medical records review because it was just going to be Portia (Brooke Kerr), Terry (Cassandra James) and her. But when Elizabeth entered the conference room, GH’s legal counsel Ms. Clark was there. Alexis (Nancy Grahan) told Sonny (Maurice Benard) from what she’s just learned, his custody battle with Ava (Maura West) may not turn into an all out war. Ava came to see Laura (Genie Francis) at the mayor’s office. Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) entered the cafe and asked “Charlotte, enjoying the visit with your mother?” “Yes Papa. Thanks for letting me see her” Charlotte (Scarlett Fernandez) answered. “Hello Lulu,” Valentin said in greeting. “I had to tell Papa I was meeting you” Charlotte explained to Lulu (Alexa Havins). Valentin asked Lulu to wait at the other table so he could talk with her mother. Valentin told Lulu that Charlotte would remain with him. But Lulu urged him to let Charlotte come with her. Ava told Laura why she came. “There seems to be a problem with my divorce settlement from Nikolas.” Alexis told Sonny about the Cassadines regaining control of the estate and then asked Sonny to do her a favor “I want you to take Charlie’s from Kristina.” Lucas told Kristina about his laying into Willow. Terry told Elizabeth they received the autopsy report on Dex Heller (Evan Hofer). “He died of a lethal dose of digitalis. Just like Samatha McCall” Terry said. Tabyana Ali explained to Kai what she saw every time she looked at the painting. But Kai told her “I wasn’t looking at the painting…I was looking at you.” Kristina told Lucas how Charlie’s was her way of moving on. Alexis told Sonny if he let Kristina keep Charlie’s sooner or later she’d be on the FBI’s radar. Isaiah (Sawandi Wilson) came to Volonino’s Gym where Lucky had been working out his frustrations on the punching bag. He told Lucky about the routine review. But Isaiah told her no review was routine. Ms. Clark told Elizabeth the only reason she wouldn’t answer their questions would be if she had something to hide. Valentin told Lulu she was Charlotte’s mother in name only. “I am the only parent Charlotte has known for most of her life. I am not abandoning her.” Lucky told Isaiah GH was looking for someone harming patients and that’s not Elizabeth. Rick (Rick Hearst) entered and told Ms. Clark he was Elizabeth’s lawyer and she wouldn’t be answering any more questions. Sonny told Alexis he wouldn’t take back Charlie’s because it showed Kristina he trusted her. Lucas told Kristina how Ava helped her. Laura told Ava she couldn’t help her get her settlement back. “You think Charlotte’s going to be safe in Port Charles?” Valentin asked. “I do,” Lulu answered. “I guess no one’s told you Charlotte was shot last year” Valentin told Lulu. Isaiah told Lucky if he felt he had to leave Port Charles, go ahead. Valentin told Lulu how Anna (Finola Hughes) shot Charlotte by mistake after Charlotte was manipulated by his father into believing Anna was a threat. “It’s better that she stays with me. I’ll protect her” Valentin told Lulu. Trina urged Kai to give the painting another chance and let it speak to her. Kai told Trina the painting reminded him of her because every time he looked at it, he saw something new. Kai received a phone call and had to leave. Laura told Ava she believed she was entitled to her settlement. But Ace was named the Cassadine heir and there’s nothing she could do about it. Lucas told Kristina how there was a problem with Ava’s divorce settlement and money was tight. Lucas thanked Kristina for the photo then left Charlie’s. Sonny told Alexis to trust he’d watch out for Kristina. Laura called the Cassadine fortune blood money. Ava asked Laura to tell her who she needed to talk to because she could be very convincing. She told Laura she needed that money for her daughter’s sake because without that money she would lose her. Isaiah told Lucky the best thing she could do for Elizabeth was to be there for her and when she called, pick up. Ms. Clark told Elizabeth they’ve identified a third patient, Sylvie Mullen who died of a heart attack in August. “You set me up” Valentin said angrily when Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) entered the cafe. When Ava arrived at Miller & Davis, Alexis slammed the door on her saying from what she’d heard, Ava couldn’t afford her. Portia explained how the hospital has petitioned Mrs. Mullen’s family to exhume the body so an autopsy could be performed and added if Elizabeth didn’t answer their questions, they’d officially have to suspend her. Lucky entered Charlie’s holding the help wanted sign and asked whether Kristina was looking for a bartender. Lulu assured Valentin she didn’t know Dante was there and urged him to let her take Charlotte to a safe place. Valentin said Dante was either with the cops or led someone right to them. Sonny was in the boxing ring at Volonino’s Gym when he experienced more chest pains.

Tuesday

“Just call me Lucky” Lucky (Jonathan Jackson) answered when one of his captors asked he who was. Jack (Charles Mesure) told Carly (Laura Wright) he was using her. Lois (Rena Sofer) startled Gio (Giovanni Mazza) while he was practicing the violin. She asked for his honest opinion “Does my accent bother you?” Tracy (Jane Eliott) listened as Chase (Josh Swickward) told Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) that Lulu was taken to GH. Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) sat by Lulu’s bedside and told her she needed to be okay to watch her kids grow up. Sam (Kelly Monaco) stood at the door. Laura (Genie Francis) and Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) were told Lulu’s test revealed she had cirrhosis of the liver. Robert (Tristan Rogers) didn’t like being summoned to the police commissioner’s office. Anna (Finola Hughes) told him she needed him to use his old boy’s contacts to help her find Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) because Laura asked her to find her granddaughter. “Using me how?” Carly asked Jack as Jason (Steve Burton) entered. “Carly…are you okay?” Jason asked. An upset Tracy left the room. Dante updated Sam on Lulu’s condition. Anna told Robert they had to locate Valentin without Brennan catching on otherwise he’d move Lulu. Jack assured Carly no one was in trouble…he needed Carly there because otherwise Jason wouldn’t have come. Gio told Lois she didn’t need to change how she sounded. Jack told Carly he’d make it up to her and asked her to dinner. Carly declined the dinner invitation and left his office. Lucky assured he was good and could do anything they needed. Brook Lynn told Chase how Tracy was a mother to Lulu when Laura was sick and wasn’t around. She also told him about Lulu becoming pregnant while in high school and terminating the pregnancy. Laura was told a treatment plan would be worked on to help save her daughter. Lucky was given a gun and ordered to kill a doctor. Brook Lynn told Chase how Carly paid her to seduce Dante, adding it was a long time ago and Chase couldn’t possibly be jealous. Jason said he knew Brennan made the FBI evidence against Carly disappear. Laura told Sam and Dante about Lulu’s liver cirrhosis. They said they’d get tested. Laura said the best bet would be a close family relative. “Like a relative?” Dante asked “The problem is we don’t know where Lucky is,” Laura said. Lucky agreed and pulled the trigger but the gun was unloaded. After his “employer” left the room, the doctor punched Lucky. Portia got in touch with the prison warden and Nikolas (Adam Huss) was going to be tested to see whether he was a match for Lulu. Lois told Gio she needed to sound sophisticated if she were to help sell Deception products. Carly came to see Anna and told her Jason was with Brennan. Anna assured Carly that Jason could take care of himself. Jack asked Jason to work for him in an off the book WSB assignment or assignments as needed. He said Jason should consider helping Carly a sign of good faith. Chase told Brook Lynn they had their whole life for her to tell him about her past. Lois made a call and asked about hiring a dialect coach. Lucky told the doctor he knew the gun was empty because it was too light to hold any bullets. The doctor asked whether Lucky had a plan for getting him out of there. Anna reasoned Jack was probably hoping Jason would work for him and get information that would help his tarnished image with the bureau. When Jason again declined, Jack commented he’s sure he’d have something Jason wanted and then they’d talk again. Chase commented to Brook Lynn that whatever was going on with Lulu’s body was probably the natural end for her. Tracy visited Lulu and told her that no child of Luke Spencer (Anthony Geary) would give up. “Your dad wouldn’t have it any other way,” Tracy said. The doctor told Lucky escape wasn’t possible. “Like my old man used to tell me…there’s always a way out,” Lucky said.

At GH, Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) and Willow (Katelyn MacMuellen) talked about Lulu’s transplant and how her potential Lucky (Jonathan Jackson) had to be found and brought home from a dangerous place. Willow commented that’s what Drew (Cameron Mathison) did for her. Portia (Brooke Kerr) was surprised when she saw Brad Cooper’s (Parry Shen) name on the new hires. TJ (Taj Bellows) came to see Curtis (Donnell Turner) at The Savoy and told him he didn’t know where Molly (Kristen Vaganos) was. Molly came to Brown Dog Bar. She sat at the bar and ordered a drink. Brennan (Charles Mesure) interrupted Robert (Trista Rogers) and Felicia (Kristina Wagner) eating chinese food and reading their fortunes. At Bobbie’s, Josslyn (Eden McCoy) told Carly (Laura Wright) she hated she was putting Sonny (Maurice Benard) first instead of herself. Gio (Giovanni Mazza) found Brook Lyn (Amanda Setton) making brownies for Violet’s (Jophelle Love) school bake sale. Josslyn told Carly how Michael (Chad Duell) assured her what Carly was doing was for the good of the family. Robert introduced his sister-in-law Felicia Scorpio. Felicia added it was formerly Jones. Jack talked about missing Frisco (Jack Wagner) at the bureau. Felicia wanted information about Anna (Finola Hughes) and Jason (Steve Burton) and the search for Lucky. Dex (Evan Hofer) entered the Brown Dog Bar and asked Molly how she was doing and offered to keep her company. TJ told Curtis how he and Molly have been avoiding each other because it’s been easier. Portia asked Terry (Cassadnra James) why she hadn’t given her the heads up that Brad had been rehired at GH. Willow and Elizabeth talked about Drew’s attributes. Josslyn asked Carly whether Sonny would give up everything in his life like Jason did to protect her. Felicia asked Jack what was in it for him by helping find Lucky. Curtis told TJ he and Molly need to support each other. Molly sadly told Dex how the universe must be trying to tell her she shouldn’t have a child because Kristina (Kate Mansi) was literally thrown out a window. She commented on all the plans she had for her baby. Portia told Terry she would keep an eye on Brad. Carly introduced Josslyn to Jack when he entered Bobbie’s. He assured it was a misunderstanding when he was accused of trying to kidnap Carly. Portia met with Trina (Tabayana Ali) and told her because Heather’s (Alley Mills) cobalt levels hadn’t changed, it was unlikely she’d be released from prison. Molly told Dex being in court was her happy place. Felicia commented to Robert that Brennan may be trying to get in Carly’s good graces by helping to find Lucky. Jack told Carly about being summoned to Robert’s office and questioned about Anna and Lucky’s activities in Nairobi. She asked how he’d gone from Pentonville to the head of the WSB. Gio told Brook Lynn it was cool how she and Chase (Josh Swickward) were trying to do the right thing for Violet. He talked about how great a mom his mother was and said Brook Lynn’s kids would be so lucky when she had them. Jack told Carly him being there had nothing to do with bureau business. TJ told Curtis how he and Molly have always supported each other and were always a team. TJ expressed his fear of losing Molly and wasn’t sure their history was enough to guarantee them a future. Elizabeth told Terry maybe she gave Brad a second chance because she saw something worthy in him that could make a difference. Trina told Portia she felt free knowing Heather was never getting out of prison and felt like a wait had been lifted. “I’m so glad things are finally turning out the way they are supposed to. Portia then thought about how she used her work badge to get into the lab and changed Heather’s test results. Portia said she was glad things were looking up for her daughter.

Thursday

“Alexis, you are going to hear what I have to say whether you want to or not” Ava (Maura West) said pounding on the office door of Miller & Davis. Alexis (Nancy Grahan) told Ava “You got exactly two minutes before I call the cops and report you for disturbing my peace.” “I need your help, I think Willow and I are headed for a divorce” Michael (Chad Duell) told Sasha (Sofia Mattsson). Anna (Finola Hughes) came to Jack’s (Charles Mesure) hotel room. “We have a serious problem,” Anna said. “Then by all means come on in,” Jack said. Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) accused Lulu (Alexa Havins) of lying. Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) told Valentin he knew that a life on the run was no life for Charlotte (Scarlett Fernandez). Sonny (Maurice Benard) put his hand on his chest as he lay crumpled on the floor of the boxing ring at Volonino’s Gym. Drew (Cameron Mathison) came to GH to check in with Willow after Christmas as Nina’s (Cynthia Watros). Drew told Willow he wanted to see her first before he headed to DC with Scout. Ava told Alexis she’d like the money the Cassadines retrieved from her various accounts returned to her. But Alexis took pleasure in telling Ava “The Cassadine estate doesn’t owe you a dime.” Michael told Sasha he’d might have to go public with Willow and Drew’s affair. “And you want to make sure no one finds out that you and I slept together,” Sasha said. “If you think I won’t make a scene in front of my daughter then you are sadly mistaken” Valentin told Dante and Lulu. Dante assured no one was there for him, they just wanted to see if Charlotte wanted to go home. Dante, Lulu and Valentin dove to the floor when a shot rang out. The shooter was revealed to be Collette. Ava told Alexis the money was rightfully hers and pleaded with her to give it back to her. Sasha told Michael she was going to leave town.”I don’t have a choice Michael, I’m pregnant.” Sonny tried to reach for his cellphone but couldn’t. Fortunately, Isaiah (Sawandi Wilson) found him. After telling Sonny he was a doctor, Isaiah had him take some deep breaths and said he may be experiencing atrial fibrillation. Isaiah called for an ambulance. Jack received a call from Collette. Anna used a taser on Jack. Lulu told Dante she put a tag in Charlotte’s bag and the tag was on the move. Lulu and Dante left the cafe to follow the tag. But Dante discovered it and said Valentin dumped it. Dante told Lulu she couldn’t run around Prague with no leads. “I don’t have time to beg strangers to do their jobs,” Lulu said. Dante told Lulu they couldn’t this alone and needed help. Alexis told Ava she had to wait until Ace was twenty-one to challenge it. “We both know all of this is personal” Ava told Alexis. Sasha told Michael she didn’t want him involved with this child. Isaiah insisted Sonny be admitted to GH for observation. “With all due respect, that’s not going to happen,” Sonny told Isaiah. Anna told Jack she tased him because she needed him to hear her. She told him how her granddaughter told her she met a man with an Australian accent. Anna told Jack that was the first and last time he spoke to Emma Scorpio Drake. Drew urged Willow to bring Wiley to his congressional swearing in. “What do you say?” Drew asked Willow. Sasha told Michael how raising a child as a Quartermaine and Cornithos would be challenging. “As much as I like your father, you have paid a high price for being his son.” Isaiah told Sonny doctor patient confidentiality applies so he wouldn’t tell anyone what they talk about. Alexis told Ava the terms of the Cassadine estate had nothing to do with whether she disliked her, adding according to terms she would never see a dime of that money again. Sasha told Michael after Liam she never thought she’d be a mother again but thanks to him, she would be. Sonny told Isaiah he was shot in the chest twenty years ago. Isaiah told Sonny he definitely needed to see a cardiologist, adding if Sonny didn’t act on this soon he would have a heart attack or stroke. Dante gave a statement to the local police. Anna told Jack he wouldn’t use her granddaughter as a means to an end for the WSB. “You will not destroy her life the way you’ve done so many others…Emma is off limits.” Before leaving Miller & Davis, Ava vowed “This isn’t over. I’m not going to give up everything that was promised to me.” Alexis picked up the photo of her daughters that was on her desk and kissed the picture. Michael told Sasha he’ll agree to her plan for the baby. “But I need you to do something for me in return.” Willow agreed to come to DC and bring Wiley. Isaiah told Sonny ignoring what happened today would be foolish, adding he had a ticking time bomb in his chest. “Anna, I’ll let you have this one. You ever come at me again, it’ll end very differently” Jack warned. “Duly noted” Anna said then left. Dante told Lulu the Prague police had put out an APB on Valentin. “We’re going to get Charlotte back.” “How? Valentin won’t leave a trail and he won’t let her contact me again. That was my one chance to bring Charlotte home and you blew it for me” Lulu said angrily.

Friday

PRAGUE, CZECH REPUBLIC. Lulu (Alexa Havins) and Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) returned to her hotel room. He asked Lulu whether she promised she wasn’t going to hit the street to look for Charlotte (Scarlett Fernandez) the minute he left. Lulu answered she couldn’t make that promise. Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) and Charlotte (Scarlett) asked whether the other was okay. “I’m sorry Papa…this is all my fault” Charlotte said. Michael (Chad Duell) asked Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) to stay in Port Charles.Nina (Cynthia Watros) came to Aurora Media and told Curtis (Donnell Turner) that Drew was in Washington DC “With my daughter.” Isaiah advised Sonny (Maurice Benard) to see Dr. Pasternek, a cardiologist at GH. Jason (Steve Burton) entered Sonny’s penthouse and greeted Isaiah. Lulu angrily told Dante he ruined her chances to bring her daughter home. Valentin told Charlotte she’s a fugitive because of the choices he’s made. “What I’ve been asking you to do, it’s unfair” Valentin told Charlotte. Sasha reminded Michael that secrets had a way of coming out. Michael told Sasha she needed to have a support system in place. Nina told Curtis about Willow (Katelyn MacMuellen) taking Wiley to Drew’s (Cameron Mathison) to Drew’s congressional hearing. Curtis commented that Drew taking Willow to DC wasn’t the only reason Nina was upset. After Isaiah left, Sonny told Jason “Something’s wrong with my heart.” Jason told Sonny he needed to see a cardiologist. Sonny told Jason they had to change the way they did business. Nina and Curtis talked about the change in Drew. Michael didn’t want Sasha to let his marriage to Willow impact the decisions she made about the baby. Sasha told Michael she didn’t know whether she could continue to live at the Quartermaines. “No problem, I can take care of that” Michael told Sasha. Valetin told Charlotte that she needed her mother and he wanted that for her. Charlotte asked Valentin whether he thought her mother tried to have him killed. Lulu told Dante she was getting through to Valentin before he ruined it. “I can and I will raise this baby independently” Sasha told Michael, who asked her to promise to reach out if she ever needed anything from him. “If I had to get accidentally pregnant, I’m glad it’s with you,” Sasha told Michael she’s glad he was her baby’s father. Curtis told Nina she had information that would clear up Willow’s opinion of Drew. Sonny told Jason that had to think long term about the business. Dante told Lulu the sniper was following her. Valentin told Charlotte he didn’t believe Lulu was responsible for the shot at the cafe. But there were people who wanted to hurt him, which was why she didn’t need to stay with him. Sasha came to GH to make an appointment with Dr. Navarro. The nurse pulled up Sasha’s file then called over patient advocate Felicia (Kristina Wagner). “You need to be real with yourself and maybe you can be real with your daughter,” Curtis said, urging Nina to tell Willow the truth about sleeping with Drew. Dante told Lulu she was the one putting Charlotte in danger by putting a target on Valentin’s back. Dante told Lulu to let the professionals handle it, reminding her she had a son at home. Lulu said she was grateful…she loved Rocco (Finn Carter) but had to make sure Charlotte was safely at home. Sonny told Jason he was thinking about taking a step back and hand over the business to him. Jason told Sonny he could be his second and run the business on a short term basis. But couldn’t take over running the organization. Sasha told Felicia she was pregnant and Cody (Josh Kelly) wasn’t the father. “The priority here is to make sure you and your baby feel safe and cared for” Felicia told Sasha. Michael entered Curtis’ office. Nina told him about Willow taking Wiley to Washington to Drew’s swearing in. Michael’s lack of a reaction was concerning to both Nina and Curtis. Dante told Lulu it’s her choices that is putting Charlotte in danger. He added whether Lulu was willing to risk their son losing his mother again. “You don’t have to stay with me. You can go home to your mother” Valentin told Charlotte. Sasha told Felicia that Maxie (Kirsten Storms) was the first person she told she was pregnant. Felicia needed to put down an emergency contact on the form. Sasha asked whether Felicia thought Maxie would do it. Since she couldn’t speak for Maxie, Felicia decided to put her name down for now. Curtis urged Nina to tell Willow about Nina sleeping with Drew. Michael called Diane (Carolyn Henessy) and asked “Willow went to Washington with Drew and took Wiley without my permission, can we use that?” Jason told Sonny that he was Danny’s only parent so he couldn’t run the business. Charlotte told Valentin “I wanna stay with you. I can’t leave you.” Valentin drove off. Dante told Lulu that Sam (Kelly Monaco) sacrificed her life to save her and Lulu was about to risk everything like she didn’t care. Lulu told Dante this was her life and she would make her choices and fight for her kids. “Anything you do for Charlotte is going to put her at risk. Or you can come home to our son. Maybe that doesn’t matter so much to you anymore,” Dante said then left Lulu’s hotel room. Lulu picked up a vase and threw it at the wall.
