A weekly column highlighting the Port Charles happenings during the past week on General Hospital. Read below to find out what you missed or to refresh your memory in time for next week.

Monday

“I had my daughter in my arms and I lost her because of Dante” Lulu (Alexa Havins) told Laura (Genie Francis). Trina (Tabayana Ali) was surprised to see Kai (Jens Austin Astrup) at the yoga class Aunt Stella (Vernee Watson) was raving about at Aurora Wellness Center. Tracy (Jane Eliott) told Cody (Josh Kelly) the mansion was locked down so Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) couldn’t get to the children, adding even though Michael (Chad Duell) wasn’t her favorite person, he was family and Quartermaines took care of their own. Willow told Portia she was Michael’s wife and any information about his medical care would be given only to her. But Sonny (Maurice Benard) countered that medical information could be given to him and Carly (Laura Wright) as Michael’s parents. Michael coded and Deanna demanded the nurse page Dr. Gannon (Sawandi Wilson) and Dr. Jones (Van Hansis). Kai told Trina how Stella helped him in the yoga class. Laura told Lulu she believed Dante did the right thing by coming after her. Tracy discouraged Cody from investing in a company, saying he might as well set his money on fire. Brad (Parry Shen) expressed his sympathy for Michael’s situation and asked Lucas about Wiley. Lucas told Brad he didn’t know because Willow and Michael had separated before the fire and it wasn’t Michael’s fault. Portia said Willow was right, the law was on her side. “Cards on the table…what do you want?” Sonny asked. Cody was worried if he didn’t act now he’d lose his chance at getting Serenity. Nina (Cynthia Watros) asked to speak with Sonny alone. Isaiah and Lucas hoped they could stop Michael from going into full blown cardiac arrest. Nina told Sonny that the kids will need the only parent they had. Carly asked Willow whether she ever loved her son and urged her to think about what she was doing. Drew (Cameron Mathison) told Willow not to fall for Carly’s emotional blackmail. Portia asked Brad to do a search of any and all patients who died from given digitalis and whether they were prescribed it. She also asked him to give his results directly to her. Brad said if people were dying, he wanted to help. Cody entered the Aurora Wellness Center and greeted Kai. Stella came to visit girlfriend Tracy. Lulu asked Laura when she was going to tell her Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) shot Charlotte (Scarlett Fernandez). Cody wished Kai luck for the rest of the season. Kai told Trina if it went well, he had to decide whether he was going to return to school. Laura told Lulu she was waiting for the right time. Lulu told Laura how Dante believed she led the shooter to Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) and she believed him. Stella told Tracy about TJ (Taj Bellows) and Molly (Kristen Vaganos) breaking up and about crying after holding a newborn baby girl in her arms as she thought about the life Irene should have had. Carly told Willow not to allow Drew to get her to the point of no return. Isaiah asked for all the IV bags to be removed but not thrown away as they needed to be checked. Cody asked Brad to get in touch with his aunt Selina (Lydia Look) and tell her he had a lot of cash. Kai told Trina if he didn’t go into the draft he may lose his chance to play pro ball. Tracy told Stella that Michael was the glue that held the family together. Sonny returned with Nina and announced the kids would go back with their mother and asked Willow to tell them their father loved them. Lucas told Isaiah someone is trying to kill patients with digitalis. Cody and Brad made a deal involving betting on the PCU game and Cooper getting 15% of the winnings. Lucas told Carly and Sonny that Michael suffered a cardiac arrest but they were able to revive him. Isaiah told Portia about the digitalis incident with Michael and said it was time they notified the police because there was someone in the hospital trying to kill patients with digitalis.

Tuesday

Tracy (Jane Eliott) told Lulu (Alexa Havins) she was sorry she lost Charlotte (Scarlett Fernandez) again. “Sorry enough to help me find her again and bring her home?” Lulu asked. Lucky (Jonathan Jackson) questioned a mission worker about Cyrus (Jeff Kober). “Today someone tried to kill him at GH” Lucas told Elizabeth. Drew (Cameron Mathison) came to see Nina (Cynthia Watros). The nanny told Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) the children were at the gatehouse with their mother. Wiley asked Willow (Katelyn MacMuellen) why they couldn’t stay home and wait for Daddy, adding he missed him. “I bet he misses us,” Wiley said. Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) asked Carly (Laura Wright) where his dad was. Carly said he was in the chapel. Jason (Steve Burton) told Sonny whoever tried to kill him would try again. Lulu told Tracy she just needed her money to find Charlotte again. Willow told Wiley about his daddy being hurt and in the hospital and they couldn’t visit him, assuring daddy would try everything he could to get home. Nina told Drew he had a sick hold on Willow. Before Jason left GH’s chapel, Dante thanked him for saving Michael (Chad Duell). Elizabeth told Lucas someone with access to the hospital was trying to kill their patients. Jossly (Eden McCoy) interrupted Lucky and the mission worker when she heard them talking about Cyrus. After the woman walked away, Josslyn asked Lucky “Why are you asking about Cyrus?” Jason comforted Carly who asked “How are we going to get through this?” Tracy told Lulu once she had a solid lead, she’d give her use to the Quartermaine plane and funds. “I don’t have a next step yet, but I will figure something out,” Lulu told Tracy, who said she needed to be more strategic and less emotional. Sonny told Dante about the explosion and then asked about Charlotte. Dante told Sonny how someone took a shot at Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) and he took off with Charlotte. “And Lulu blames me and I can’t say he’s wrong” Dante told Sonny. Jason told Carly how Michael was the first baby he ever held. “You were his father in every way that counts” Carly said telling Jason that Michael was perfect and she wouldn’t change anything about him. Lucky and Josslyn shared information about Cyrus. “Sonny doesn’t get to call the shots when it comes to Willow and her children” Drew told Nina. She said that position has been filled and asked “So Congressman, what comes next?” Sasha entered the Quartermaine gatehouse and suggested Wiley go up to the house for some of the fresh batch of cookies she baked. After Wiley left, Sasha told Willow she was going to do her a favor and pretend she didn’t see her then told her to leave. Willow said she wasn’t going anywhere without her kids. Nina asked Drew whether she missed the part when he told Willow she was having sex with his mother. Willow told Sasha about the agreement she reached with Sonny and Carly and was doing what was best for her children. “Which you would know if you were…” Willow said then stopped. “If I were a mother?” Sasha finished. Carly worried about Michael carrying the scars both emotionally and physically from his burns. “What if he didn’t have to?” Jason asked. Josslyn told Lucky how Dex (Evan Hofer) once tried to kill Cyrus on Sonny’s orders and how Cyrus knew. Sonny told Dante he’s given Anna (Finola Hughes) access to his penthouse. But he was concentrating on Michael. Martin arrived at the Quartermaine mansion. After telling Lulu he dropped Valentin as a client once he became a fugitive. Tracy told Martin that Willow wouldn’t be taking her kids back. Jason told Carly the clinic in Petersburg helped fix Ava’s (Maura West) burn scars. Lucky arrived at Elizabeth’s house where Lucas told him about the attempt on Michael’s life. Lucky mentioned about Cyrus being in Rice Plaza at the time of Dex’s stabbing. Willow asked whether Sasha was trying to move onto Michael because things didn’t work out with her cousin. Martin called Nina to tell her Tracy refused to relinquish the kids. Before leaving to salvage the agreement, Nina ordered Drew “Get out!” “Those children are staying right here,” Tracy told Martin. Sasha told Willow to take a good look around because she had a feeling she wouldn’t be coming back. Willow said she would have her children there because there was nothing there she needed. Lucky told Lucas and Elizabeth they needed to figure out what connected Sylvia, Sam (Kelly Monaco), Dex and Michael to Cyrus. “Sonny, we have a problem,” Nina said when she entered the chapel. Martin told Tracy she was interfering with the express wishes of those children’s grandparents as Nina, Carly and Sonny had come to an agreement. Martin told Tracy she didn’t have custody or rights to those children and was breaking the law. Tracy told Martin she had lawyers on the standby. “This isn’t over. Don’t say I didn’t warn you” Martin said then left. “Are you sure about this?” Lulu asked Tracy. “We need to figure out what else connects the victims and why Cyrus would want them dead,” Lucky told Lucas and Elizabeth. Felicia (Kristina Wagner) told Carly she couldn’t see Michael. Nina told Sonny he had to go to the Quartermaines and get their grandchildren.

Wednesday

Josslyn (Eden McCoy) came to the PCPD and requested Anna (Finola Hughes) arrest Cyrus (Jeff Kober) for stabbing Dex (Evan Hofer). Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) was at Cafe Cherie with Lucky (Jonathan Jackson) where Cyrus (Jeff Kober) was working. Cody was at The Brown Dog Bar as well as Trina (Tabayana Ali) and Gio (Giovanni Mazza) watching the PCU game. Drew (Cameron Mathison) came to Miller & Davis. Alexis (Nancy Grahan) told him she was worried about Scout. Felicia (Kristina Wagner) told Carly (Laura Wright) as Michael’s (Chad Duell) medical proxy, Willow (Katelyn MacMuellen) had them removed from the approved visitor’s list. Carly told Jason she was going to call Diane (Carolyn Henessy) because nothing was keeping her away from her son. Tracy (Jane Eliott) opened the door to Sonny (Maurice Benard) who came for his grandkids. Lucky told Elizabeth they could watch Cyrus. Elizabeth knocked over her glass and Cyrus rushed over to clean it up. Lucky displayed his dislike of Cyrus, telling his uncle to call him Mr. Spencer and pretend the restraining order keeping him from Lulu (Alexa Havins) applied to him too. When Cyrus walked away, Lucky told Elizabeth Renault would have gotten suspicious. He said Elizabeth’s reaction was fine because she was the good cop to his bad, he added maybe Cyrus would confide in her. Anna told Josslyn the information she gave her wasn’t enough to issue an arrest warrant. Alexis asked Drew what role Willow played in Scout’s life. Tracy told Sonny he wasn’t taking the kids then said Drew was the enemy and told Sonny to deal with him as such. Drew told Alexis he believes Willow is good for Scout. Tracy said before he adopted Michael, he was AJ’s son. Carly pleaded with Jason to get the kids back to Willow so she could see her son. “I’m on it,” Jason said. Felicia told Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) she needed a drink. Sasha said she was in luck because she had a designated driver. Emma came to The Brown Dog Bar and met Trina. Josslyn was convinced of Cyrus’ guilt and told Anna she had to do something about it. Felicia and Sasha entered The Brown Dog Bar. Seeing Emma, Felicia asked whether she could speak with her. Cody told Sasha all his dreams were about to come true. Alexis told Drew that Scout couldn’t wait for a stable home. Elizabeth suggested to Lucky she volunteer at the mission in order to strike up a conversation with Cyrus. They watched as a cop escorted Cyrus out of the restaurant. Lucky suggested they stay for dinner. Jack (Charles Mesure) came to GH. Carly asked him about the clinic in Petersburg. He told her it was no longer in business. Jason came to the Quartermaine mansion and pleaded with Tracy to allow him to take the kids. “Where are they?” Jason asked. Tracy told Jason they were upstairs and asked while he was there, to stop and tell Monica (Leslie Charleson) he was taking her great grandchildren. Tracy told Jason that even if Willow had the children she can still forbid them from seeing Michael. Cyrus questioned Anna about whether any of the other witnesses from Dex’s stabbing were taken from their place of work to give their statements. No sooner had Cody told Sasha he used all the money he got from Drew and betted on the game, they saw Kai (Jens Austin Astrup) take a hit and he wound up on the ground. Trina was worried because he wasn’t getting up. But soon, Kai was walked off the field. Giovanni assured Trina that was a good thing because he wasn’t on a stretcher. Anna told Cyrus if she found out he broke the law, she’d be on him. As he was leaving, Josslyn demanded Anna arrest him for stabbing Dex. Jack told Carly the clinic moved to Switzerland but it was hard to get into. Carly begged for his help to get Michael into that clinic. Tracy urged Jason to choose family over Sonny. Cody commented to Sasha he should have known he’d lose everything. Anna told Josslyn she just gave Cyrus information on the tracks he needed to cover. Drew told Alexis that Scout would be staying with him, not moving in with her. Jason told Sonny he couldn’t take the kids. “This isn’t over” Sonny said then walked out of the mansion. Experiencing chest pains, he took one of the pills Isaiah prescribed. “You just made your father proud” Tracy said emotionally then hugged Jason.

Thursday

At GH, Chase (Josh Swickward) told Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) his exam was a breeze and tried to assure everything would go well with hers. Ava (Maura West) commented on how distracted Trina (Tabayna Ali) was. Stella (Vernee Watson) brought Kai (Jens Austin Astrup) flowers. He told her a dislocated shoulder wouldn’t stop him. Gio (Giovanni Mazza) and Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) found Cody (Josh Kelly) nursing a hangover for drinking a whole body of scotch. Willow (Katelyn MacMuellen) told Nina (Cynthia Watros) she’d do whatever it takes to get her children back. Carly (Laura Wright) came to the Quartermaine mansion. Tracy (Jane Eliott) told Carly she could visit with the kids. But if she were thinking of absconding with them like her ex-husband, she should think again. Dante told Cody that Lulu (Alexa Havins) was still angry with him for what happened in Prague. Alexis (Nancy Grahan) told Curtis (Donnell Turner) that drinking would dishonor Sam’s (Kelly Monaco) memory. Brook Lynn told Chase she was feeling better about her appointment. After she told her about Kai’s injury during the PCU game, Ava suggested Trina go visit him. Nina told Willow she, Sonny (Maurice Benard) and Carly were all in the same place being denied access to their children. “Lay down your weapon and maybe they’ll do the same” Nina told Willow. Tracy told Carly the children would remain at the Quartermaine mansion where Monica (Leslie Charleson) wanted them. Kai told Stella he was feeling okay physically but mentally, he found like he was letting his team down. He suggested Stella give the stuffed animals to the pediatric wing. But Kai was checking the cards to see who sent everything. Ava insisted Trina go visit Kai. Chase interrupted Nina and Willow. “Think about what I said” Nina told Willow before she walked away. Willow asked for Chase’s opinion because he was the first person she met when she moved to town. “What if it were Ned, how far would you go?” Carly asked. “I’d go as far as I had to” Tracy answered. Nina came to the Jerome Gallery. “Willow’s life is in shambles and it’s all Drew’s fault” Nina told Ava, refusing to let him be an obstacle to her daughter. Willow told Chase there was a pattern for her of waiting to be rescued. “I have literally jumped from savior to savior,” Willow said. “I don’t see it that way at all,” Chase said. Carly told Tracy to think of Monica who would want Michael to have the best care. That woman’s life was never the same the moment you set foot in this town” Tracy told Carly. At GH, Trina ran into Stella who had her hands full of the stuff Kai asked her to bring to pediatrics. Dr. Navarro told Brook Lynn she wanted to review her medical history before performing any tests. Cody told Dante they’ve been having the same conversation since they were kids when a strong willed girl ignored him when she was mad. “Sound like anyone we know?” Cody asked. “Brook Lynn,” Dante answered. Brook Lynn told Dr. Navarro she was pregnant before as a teenager and had a healthy pregnancy and delivery. Dr. Navarro told Brook Lynn being pregnant before didn’t diminish her getting pregnant now. Gio told Cody “There’s a woman here to see you.” “By all means, send her in,” Cody said. “Hello Cody” Selina Woo (Lydia Look) said in greeting as she entered the Quartermaine stables. Tracy told Carly she will tell her like she told Sonny (Maurice Benard) “Find another way.” Trina came to visit Kai, who assured with PT he’d be ready for Spring training. Cody told Selina he was out of gambling. Trina told Kai she was impressed with his optimism and grit. Kai told Trina with this injury he couldn’t enter the draft this year. Alexis asked Curtis what she should do about Scout. He encouraged her to spend as much time with Scout to give her that normalcy while she still can. Willow thanked Chase for helping her see things more clearly. “While I still can…what does that mean?” Alexis asked. “However you envision this ending, I guarantee you’re wrong” Carly said before leaving. “We’ll see,” Tracy said. Before he was wheeled off for his MRI, Kai thanked Trina for coming. Dr. Navarro told Brook Lynn she’d know more when she got the tests back but it was take three to five days. Dante asked Cody to let him know if he needed help. “And I’m far less scary than Selina Woo,” Dante told Cody. Alexis told Curtis she’d fight Drew if he tried to take Scout away from everything he knew. “This has to end,” Chase told Tracy when he returned to the Quartermaine mansion. “You wanted to see me,” Carly said as she approached Willow outside the burn unit.

Friday

Lulu (Alexa Havins) came to Deception as Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) was finishing up leaving a message for Chase (Josh Swickward) and asked “Am I interrupting?” Tracy (Jane Eliott) told Chase to butt out. Lucas (Van Hansis) told Ava (Maura West) they were looking into what caused the fire. Jordan (Tanisha Harper) came over to stop an altercation between Cody and Drew. Sonny joined Carly (Laura Wright) and Willow (Katelyn MacMuellen) who told them she knew they were upset with her but wanted to find a way to move forward that worked for all of them. “Does that mean you’re going to let us see our son?” Carly asked. Chase told Tracy he didn’t believe she was acting out of spite because nothing meant more than family to her. He told her she may have thought she was helping but she caused more harm than good. Lulu told Brook Lynn she was there to apply for the job at Deception. Ava told Lucas she was worried about Avery (Ava and Grace Scarola) after what happened at Sonny’s. Lucas assured Avery was safe then left for work. Ava called someone and said “I need to see you right away.” Jordan suggested Cody walk away. After he left, Jordan told Drew from where she stood, it looked like he was the one who escalated the argument. Carly told Willow that Sonny made an effort to get the children back to her but Tracy wasn’t letting them go. Willow told Carly she realized she had to trust her own judgement to do what was best for her children and Michael. Rick (Rick Hearst) came to the Jerome Gallery. Ava told Rik that Avery’s life was in danger so she needed him to petition the court for an emergency custody hearing so she’d get full sole custody. Rick didn’t think that was a good idea and told her another lawyer would tell her the same thing. “I want you to fight for Avery but you have to be smart about this,” Rick told Ava. Brook Lynn was surprised Lulu was applying for the assistant position since her last job was as a reporter at The Invader. Maxie (Kirsten Storms) entered the office and heard Lulu wanted to apply for the assistant position. Willow told Carly and Sonny she decided to allow them access to Michael. Portia appeared and told Willow they needed to discuss next steps for Michael’s treatment. Maxie tells Lulu the position was as Brook Lynn’s assistant so she didn’t see that working out. Jenz Sidwell (Carlos Rota) arrived at the Jerome Gallery and asked whether there was someone who could help him. Ava said she was the owner and introduced him to her friend Rick. Jenz explained he was new to Port Charles and had a new house to decorate. Jordan told Drew that Curtis (Donnell Turner) filled him in on his betrayal. Cody arrived at GH to hand over his $50,000 cashier’s check to Brad (Parry Shen) to give to his aunt Selina (Lydia Look). Willow told Portia that Carly and Sonny could hear what she had to say so they could all make the decision together. Portia told them she secured a bed for Michael at John Hopkins’ Burn Center. Willow thought that was good news as it was close enough for them to visit. Carly told them she may have a better idea. Jenz told Ava he just purchased Wyndemere. Carly told Sonny, Willow and Portia about the clinic in Petersburg and how it closed but one of the doctors now resides in Germany. She explained that Jack Brennan (Charles Mesure) from the WSB arranged a bed for Michael. Sonny pulled Carly aside. She said she knew she didn’t trust Jack but he had to trust her. Maxie tells Lulu how Brook Lynn was there for her during the fiasco with Peter (Wes Ramsey). Brad told Lucas it wasn’t what he thought when he saw the check exchange between Brad and Cody and especially about the bet he helped place for Cody. Jordan urged Drew to start making amends. Drew ran into Martin (Michael E. Knight) who gave him advice. Maxie understood Lulu’s desire to get her life back and told her she could make the job happen if that’s what she wanted. Brook Lynn came in and asked why Tracy was attacking her husband. Both Willow and Portia felt Johns Hopkins was best for Michael. But Sonny felt Michael should be the one to decide where he wanted to get treatment. Willow agreed and gave the authorization for Michael to be woken up. Sonny said Carly should be the one to talk with him. Jenz thanked Ava for helping him find art for his new home. After he left the gallery, Rick took the check saying it was a down payment on the legal fees Ava owed him. Drew arrived at the Quartermaine mansion with the police in tow. When Tracy refused to hand over the kids and said they weren’t there, she was arrested. Chase said handcuffs weren’t necessary and when Tracy ordered the officer to take his hands off her, Drew said she was resisting arrest. Tracy warned Drew would regret this. In pain, Michael woke up to find Carly at his bedside.
