A weekly column highlighting the Port Charles happenings during the past week on General Hospital. Read below to find out what you missed or to refresh your memory in time for next week.

Monday

Jack (Chris L. McKenna) came to the police commissioner’s office and told Anna (Finola Hughes) “Valentin’s not the one in trouble…you are.” Lucy (Lynn Herring) asked Trina (Tabayna Ali) whether she wanted to perform with Kai (Jens Austin Astrup) or Josslyn (Eden McCoy). Carly (Laura Wright) and Jason (Steve Burton) welcomed Josslyn home. Josslyn told her mother she didn’t want to talk about Easter Island. She wanted to talk about how she almost died. Ava (Maura West) came to Elizabeth’s (Rebecca Herbst) hospital room to talk with ehr about the accident. Rick (Rick Hearst) told Molly (Kristen Vaganos and Alexis (Nancy Grahan) he remembered something about the accident. At the GH chapel, Lucky (Jonathan Jackson) confronted Kristina (Kate Mansi). “You went too far this time Kristina and you have to pay for it. Elizabeth and Rick…they need to know what you did.” “I appreciate the offer. But I have to pass” Kai told Lucy. Trina also told Lucy she couldn’t perform, adding a lot has happened since the last Nurses Ball. “Are you and Brennan sleeping together?” Josslyn asked Carly. Jack told Anna that they sent ADA Turner (Nazneen Contractor) every single file the WSB had on her. Jack told Anna what was concerning was she was asking about her at all. When Molly left the room to take a call from her office, Alexis asked Rick whether he’d rather die than have a truce with her. Elizabeth told Ava it was just a freak accident. Lucky told Kristina he couldn’t look the other way this time because she almost killed the mother of his child and the love of his life. “You need to turn yourself in. Or I will” Lucky threatened. Jack recommended Anna nip ADA Turner in the bud and soon. He didn’t want Anna ousted because she was the police commissioner he knew. Josslyn agreed to drop it for now. She showed her mother the photos of Easter Island. “Did you hike up to the crater?” Jason asked, catching Josslyn off guard. He took the cellphone and looked at the photos. Ava thanked Elizabeth for talking with her then left. Kristina told Lucky about how she caused the accident and asked whether he believed her that she wasn’t in her right mind. Kai reconsidered and told Lucy he’d do it. Lucy told Trina if she changed her mind and wanted to do it, she’d have a spot. After Lucy left, Kai told Trina she was the reason he changed his mind. “Really mom? This guy almost gets you killed and you’re still seeing him” Josslyn said when Jack arrived. Anna thanked ADA Turner for coming to her office. “Why did you ask the WSB for my file?” Anna asked ADA Turner, who admitted she was gathering evidence against her “I’m tired of you letting your friends like Jason Morgan get away with murder.” Lucky suggested that Kristina talk with her mom. Because Kristina couldn’t risk her mother telling Molly. “They can never know about this,” Kristina said. Elizabeth told Lucas how she used Rick to find out what was going on with Portia (Brooke Kerr). Ava told Rick she went to see his car at the impound lot and the mechanic told her someone cut his brake line. “This was no accident Rick, someone tried to call you.” Ava said. “This whole thing is insane. Thank God Elizabeth and Rick are okay” Lucky said, adding that Kristina going to prison wouldn’t hurt anyone and she’d have to live with the guilty. And if she were anything like him, that would be enough. Remembering Rick parked in her spot the day of the accident, Ava told him “Your car wasn’t the target, mine was.” “If you love being in the spotlight, don’t give up the chance to be there” Kai told Trina, who decided she was going to perform with him at the Nurses Ball. Lucy came to Elizabeth’s hospital room and despite their saying they couldn’t perform, she said she was putting them both down for a duet. Jack gave Josslyn his word he’d take her mother’s safety as a priority. When Carly left the room to get Josslyn a gift Donna got for her, Jack praised Josslyn’s performance. After Josslyn left the house, Jack commented how Carly’s entire family hated him. Anna met with Jason and told him she was in ADA Turner’s crosshairs. Jason told Anna if she had evidence and had to bring him in, she should do it. Molly and Alexis found Kristina in the GH chapel. Kristina told Molly she was sorry and hugged her sister. At first Ava thought Sonny (Maurice Benrd) tried to kill her. But remembering her latest argument with Kristina who threatened to stop her, Ava told Rick “That little witch tried to kill me.” Lucy crossed her fingers when she said Lucas didn’t need to perform. Carly assured Jack that Donna didn’t hate him and said all they had to do was keep their relationship and the WSB separate. Trina hugged Josslyn when she came home. Anna and Jason agreed if they needed to meet, they’d meet in private at his room above Bobbie’s. They decided nothing would change with their friendship. Alexis was happy to see her daughters finally coming together. Lucky came to the impound lot and said his girlfriend was involved in the car accident and may have left her wallet in the car. The mechanic told Lucky the car was already destroyed. Rick wanted to call the police to report Kristina tried to kill Ava. But Ava suggested Uncle Rick not be too hasty.

Tuesday

Chase (Josh Swickward) and Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) talked about Lois (Rena Sofer) going back to Bensonhurst. “We definitely needed some space,” Brook Lynn said. But just then, Olivia (Lois Cicero) said she had a surprise. Lois entered the solarium. Lulu (Alexa Havins) came to the Quartermaine stables and told Cody (Josh Swickward) she played him and got him to confirm Dante and Brook Lynn had been a thing. “Is that right? Care to explain?” Dante asked Cody when he entered the stables. At Miller & Davis, Diane (Carolyn Henessy) commented on Alexis’ (Nancy Grahan) perky mood and asked whether Rick had (Rick Hearst) died. “I got my girls back,” Alexis told Diane. At GH, Kristina (Kate Mansi) visited Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) with flowers. Kristina told Elziabeth she was always there for everyone else so she wanted to do the same for her. Lucky (Jonathan Jackson) entered. Ava (Maura West) told Rick they had a rare opportunity they could use to their advantage. She told him she wasn’t planning on blackmailing Sonny (Maurice Benard). “I have something far better in mind,” Ava said. Chase welcomed Lois home. “I would have given you a heads up. But Olivia wanted it to be a surprise” Lois told Chase and Brook Lynn. Olivia noticed the awkwardness between Lois and Brook Lynn and asked what happened between them after Brook Lynn and Chase left the room. Lulu lied that her curiosity got the better of her about his past involvement with Brook Lynn. After Cody excused himself, Lulu asked Dante why he lied to her for so many years about Brook Lynn. Lucky gave Elizabeth the baked goods Aiden (Colin Cassidy) made and said he had to talk with Kristina about Charlie’s. Ava planned to blackmail Alexis for money from the Cassadine estate then asked Rick “How would Molly feel if you sent her only remaining sister to prison?” Chase asked Brook Lynn whether Lois was a reminder of the secret that she and Dante had a baby together. “It makes me wonder if you’re someone I can trust,” Lulu told Dante. Alexis told Diane that Kristina and Molly (Kristen Vaganos) were each other’s missing piece and realized they needed each other to heal. “She’s a loose cannon Ava. And it’s not going to take too much for Kristina to fly off the handle and try to kill you again” Rick told Ava. At the GH’s chapel, Kristina told Lucky she felt guilty for almost killing Elizabeth and her sister’s father and didn’t know whether she could live with that. Lois told Olivia she made some decisions for her daughter that she thought were right at the time. Chase told Brook Lynn she had to do better if she wanted to keep a secret. Dante told Lulu they hooked up for one summer when they were teenagers and nothing that happened then mattered now. “If you decide that you can’t live with this, go to your mom. Work on a confession that could get you a plea deal without sending you to prison” Lucky told Kristina. Ava told Rick she may despite Alexis but she’s willing to work with her on multiple transactions. Marco (Adrian Anchondo) entered Miller & Davis for his follow up interview. Diane received a text calling her into the judge’s chambers. Before leaving, Diane told Marco he should know that Alexis was the good cop. “On most days” Alexis said after Diane left. Olivia told Lois if she needed her help with Brook Lynn, she was there for her. Chase told Brook Lynn how he’d give anything for one day, one hour with his dad. During the interview, Alexis asked Marco how he’d feel about representing a client accused of an alleged crime. Lucky told Kristina how this would only work. Elizabeth was wheeled in to visit Rick, who told her he didn’t know how he’d live with himself if anything had happened to her. Olivia told Lois “What we got…it’s not just friends, it’s family,” assuring they could tell each other anything. Then, Olivia went to check on Monica (Leslie Charleson). “Yeah, we can tell each other anything…except this.” Brook Lynn called herself a hypocrite for blaming her mom and grandma for keeping a secret from her all these years when she was doing the exact same thing to everyone she knew. Chase told Brook Lynn he was there for her when the secret got too big for her to carry. Dante apologized to Lulu. “I want us to be able to trust each other. It’s important for Rocco.” He said no more secrets between them. After Dante left to help Rocco with a project, Cody returned and asked “Lulu, what you trying to pull?” Rick praised Elizabeth on her positive attitude. Alexis told Marco she enjoyed speaking with him and had to confer with Diane. But felt safe to say that a job offer would be forthcoming. After Marco left, Ava arrived and told Alexis they had a little business. Cody commented Lulu was spinning a lot of stories to a lot of people and said he knew a con when he saw one. He asked what’s going on. Dante greeted Lois. Brook Lynn entered and told Lois they needed to talk before she noticed Dante in the room. Rick talked about the accident. Lucky told Kristina he went to the impound lot and the car had already gone through the compactor. He told her it was okay as long as they both kept their mouths shut. Ava told Alexis she’s sure she could make time to discuss Kristina’s future.

Wednesday

Lois (Rena Sofer) interrupted Brook Lynn before she could tell Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) the truth. Cody (Josh Swickward) told Lulu (Alexa Havins) to spill. “How much longer do we need to keep hiding?” Isaiah (Sawandi Wilson) asked Jordan (Tanisha Harper). Jenz (Carlos Rota) watched Marco (Adrian Anchondo) from The Metro Court bar before going over to interrupt Curtis (Donnell Turner) and Laura (Genie Francis). Sonny (Maurice Benard) and Kristina (Kate Mansi) had lunch on The Metro Court terrace. “I have a confession to make,” Kristina said. Ava (Maura West) told Alexis (Nancy Grahan) she could make Kristina’s future an interest of the police. Laura told Jenz she wasn’t interested in meeting with him. After Jenz walked away, Curtis told Laura that Ezra Boyle (Daniel Cosgrove) had it out for her and he didn’t know how long he could protect her. Kristina confessed she asked Dante to meet them because she thought it was time Sonny told Dante about his heart condition. Lucas (Van Hansis) received a text from Marco about them meeting them up again. When he told her about expecting a job offer from Miller & Davis, Natalia (Eva LaRue) called it an incredible waste of Marco’s time. “Kristina tried to kill me..and I can prove it” Ava told Alexis. Lulu admitted something about Dante to Cody “I’m still in love with him.” After Dante left the room, “I can’t imagine you were about to tell him about the baby.” Natalia accused Marco about trashing his musical career because he was angry because she couldn’t accept he was gay. Natalia told Marco that his father manipulated him into going to law school. Jordan met with Jenz, who said “Ms. Ashford…I would very much like you to work for me.” Lulu told Cody she believes Dante loves her but wasn’t in love with her. “This thing between us is already causing trouble” Brook Lynn told Lois lamenting about keeping the secret about her baby with Dante. Marco accused Natalia of wanting him to be happy on her terms. “You would see how much I’ve changed if you just gave me a chance,” Natalia told Marco. “Charge whatever you want to the room…I’m done” Marco said then left The Metro Court dining room. “Boyle is determined to convince the public that you’re pulling strings to protect Sonny,” Curtis told Laura. When Dante joined them, they talked about Rick’s accident. Ava showed Alexis the security camera video showing Kristina in the parking garage of Ava’s apartment building and grabbing a tool to cut the brakes of Ava’s car (not knowing it was Rick’s car). “What to do, what to do. Should I do my civic duty and give this video to the police? Or can you and I come to an agreement?” Ava asked Alexis. “Your connection to Sonny may be hard to justify,” Curtis told Laura. Jenz told Jordan he wanted her to be his lobbyist. Jenz told Jordan he could help her achieve her aspirations. But Jordan said she wasn’t interested. Marco entered the ER of GH and he and Lucas locked looks. Cody told Lulu she was giving Dante the space to heal, which showed how much she cared about him. Cody told Lulu she needed to give Dante a little time. Sonny told Dante about his heart condition and that he needed surgery. Alexis asked Ava how much she wanted for blackmailing her. Ava said millions and it was lucky that Alexis was administrator for the Cassadine estate. Ava asked Alexis how she thinks Molly (Kristen Vaganos) would feel when she learned Kristina nearly killed her father. Marco told Lucas he got his text and didn’t want him to think he was ignoring him. He told Lucas about his tentative offer from Miller & Davis. Before leaving, Jenz told Jordan the job offer would remain on the table. Lois reminded Brook Lynn she wasn’t a teenager anymore and asked whether she wanted to tell Dante and the family about the baby. Lois told Brook Lynn she had her support. Brook Lynn said “I think it’s best to let the past stay in the past and focus on the future.” “I don’t think there will ever be a day where I’m not in love with Dante Falconieri,” Lulu told Cody, taking the lollipop he gave her and leaving the Quartermaine stables. Sonny told Dante about getting an attack after arguing with Ava. Sonny told Dante that now Ava knew information she shouldn’t. He added he had surgery in about a month. They were interrupted by Laura, who told them she would be at Rocco’s (Finn Carter) soccer game. When she returned back to her table, Laura told Curtis she didn’t care about Boyle, but the people of Port Charles and if they decided they didn’t want her as their mayor, they could vote her out. Curtis suggested Laura remove herself from the equation and put the location up to a vote. Brook Lynn told Lois she was really grateful for heer for helping her make a difficult decision all those years ago. “I’m really glad you’re home,” Brook Lynn told Lois. “I’m your mom…I will always come home” Lois said. Lucas and Marco decided to celebrate his tentative job offer. Alexis warned Ava she could be in the hot seat with the police for tampering with evidence. Ava told Alexis she’d give her until 9:00 am tomorrow and if she didn’t hear from her, she’d go to Molly. Ava left Miller & Davis. Before leaving The Metro Court, Sonny asked Natalia why she was talking with Sidwell.

Thursday

Gio (Giovanni Mazza) welcomed Josslyn (Eden McCoy) home. Josslyn told Emma (Braedyn Bruner) she needed to thank her. Carly (Laura Wright) told Jack (Chris L. McKenna) she and Jason (Steve Burton) talked and they decided they would let Jason’s disapproval of Jack get between them. Tracy (Jane Eliott) told Jason he needed to step up as far as the family was concerned. Movers arrived to pick up some boxes from the nursery to deliver to Drew’s (Cameron Mathison) new place. Willow (Katelyn MacMuellen) told Drew she’s never been happier. Jordan (Tanisha Harper) told Laura (Genie Francis) she needed her to fire her. Maxie (Kirsten Storms) met with Lucy (Lynn Herring) and Jenz (Carlos Rota) at The Metro Court. “Jenz Sidwell is my ex-husband,” Natalia (Eva LaRue) told Sonny (Maurice Benard). Jordan told Laura about Sidwell’s job offer and how it was her way to learn more about the man. Laura didn’t know how she could justify firing Jordan. But Jordan reminded they had a disagreement over Sonny Cornithos. Natalia explains Brick (Stephen A. Smith) missed she was married to Sidwell because it was decades ago before digital records. Sonny still wanted to know why she didn’t tell him she was married to Sidwell. Jenz assured Maxie her ideas would be valued. Tracy threatened the movers with being arrested for trespass if they moved one item from the house. Jason told Tracy he’d take care of it. After Tracy left, Jason told Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) he would tell Willow she couldn’t move in with Drew. “Bad idea,” Sasha said. Nina (Cynthia Watros) entered Drew’s house and handed him some mail that his aid gave her. Nina told Drew it wouldn’t be a good idea cutting Monica (Leslie Charleson) out of his life. Josslyn thanked Emma for stopping the demolition of the Quartermaine crypt. Vance (Bryce Durfee) entered. Jenz showed Maxie the Zincite in its crystalized form. Nina reminded Drew that Monica could be an ally. Drew told Nina not to wear out her welcome. Tracy arrived at The Metro Court and told Carly that Willow was moving her grandchildren into Drew’s house. Emma told Gio the history of her frenemies with Josslyn. Natalia assured Sonny she and Jenz hated each other and barely spoke. Sonny thanked Natalia for her support these past months but said it’s time their association came to an end. Sasha told Jason to stand down. Drew accused Nina of being jealous that Willow was happier with him than she was with her. Tracy told Carly she was relying on her to take care of stopping Willow from moving in with Drew. Tracy joined Lucy and Maxie’s meeting with Sidwell. Emma told Gio she signed an NDA so she couldn’t talk about why she got expelled. Gio also told Emma that she was wrong about Josslyn. Meanwhile, Josslyn met with Vaughn and he told her that Brennan put him on as her handler and said “Let’s go over the assignment.” Laura and Jordan planned how she would fire Jordan. Sonny told Natalia he’d miss their friendship. Natalia asked Sonny to take care of himself. “I’m trying to protect you from doing business with an international criminal,” Tracy told Lucy. When Carly told Jack she wanted to go over there and lay into Willow. “So why don’t you?” Jack asked. Jordan reminded Laura this could cost her career. Laura said she had to do it to keep the city of Port Charles safe. Sasha told Jason it was like Willow fell into another cult. “But this time it’s not Dawn of Day, it’s Dawn of Drew.” Sasha told Jason. Drew told Willow moving back into the gatehouse might confuse the kids. Jack told Carly that Willow needed to know that she was in for the fight of her life. Emma told Gio the one class she didn’t want to miss for her Environmental Physics. Vaughn told Josslyn Environmental Physics was added to her class schedule. Jack warned Sidwell about what happens to people who cross Sonny Cornithos. Laura came to see Sonny to give him the heads up. “You’re about to be in the center of a political hurricane Sonny,” Laura said. Jason told Sasha he appreciated the advice. “I’m going to stand down for now. But in the meantime, you and I are going to have to ride this out together,” Jason said. Wiley opened the door to Grandma Carly. “Did you come to see our new house?” Wiley asked. “I sure did. When I heard about your big move, I couldn’t wait to visit you and your mommy” Carly answered looking at Drew and Willow.

Friday

“What did the congressman do now?” Portia (Brooke Kerr) asked when she saw her husband’s face when Curtis (Donnell Turner) arrived at her office at GH. Kai (Jens Austin Astrup) told Trina (Tabayna Ali) he’s going to play football again. Carly (Laura Wright) told Willow (Katelyn MacMuellen) she’s there to speak for Michael (Chad Duell) because he couldn’t. Jason (Steve Burton) told Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) he’d hoped she meant she would make a new life for her and the baby there. Anna (Finola Hughes) told Emma (Braedyn Bruner) she got her hands on her sealed arrest record and knew everything. Josslyn learned her assignment was to get closer to her Environmental Physics professor Dalton. At Miller & Davis, Diane (Carolyn Henessy) asked Alexis (Nancy Grahan) what’s wrong after seeing the look on her face. “Before I tell you, I need to hire you as my lawyer” Alexis (Nancy Grahan) said. Anna told Emma the offense she got expelled for was a distraction for the actual crimes she committed: breaking and entering, assault and theft. Vaughn (Bryce Durfee) told Josslyn her mission was to secure a position as her professor’s research assistant. Curtis told Portia how Councilman Boyle (Daniel Cosgrove) could ruin Laura’s (Genie Francis) career. Kai asked Trina whether she was worried about the surgery. Or that it was a gift from Drew? Carly told Willow that the Willow that Michael married would never do this. Willow said she wasn’t going to apologize for falling in love with Drew. Sasha was surprised Jason wanted her to stay at the Quartermaines. Portia told Curtis after looking into the surgery, she had to say it was a great option. Kai told Trina it was all worth it as long as he had her cheering him on. Trina said because football was his dream, he had to pursue every option. Trina told Kai she had to leave to take care of something for Ava (Maura West). Alexis told Diane that Kristina (Kate Mansi) caused the brake line of Rick’s (Rick Hearst) car because she was trying to kill Ava. Drew told Carly that if Michael had something to say, he needed to get better and get back there. “And stop using his mommy as a mouthpiece.” Emma told Anna how the party was a distraction to break into the lab to free the animals from the animal testing. But they were caught by the security guard. And when the security guard grabbed her arm, he was accidentally hit by the crowbar she was using to free the animals. Anna asked Emma what would have happened if the security guard had died. Emma said this was why she didn’t tell her because she knew this was how she’d act. Nina texted Jason 911 and asked him to come over to Drew’s, saying it’s Carly. Carly said Willow was just like Nelle (Chloe Lanier). Alexis told Diane she didn’t know how she’d begin to defend Kristina. “I do. You need to have Kristina committed” Diane said. Portia called Brad (Parry Shen) into her office and asked for every medical file relating to Drew Cain, adding for him not to forget the Jake Doe ones. “What are you even looking for?” Brad asked. “I’ll know when I find it,” Portia answered. Curtis ran into Kai and warned him to be careful of Drew. Diane told Alexis this was her best chance. “Take it,” Diane urged. Jason stopped Carly from slapping Willow. Diane told Alexis she could have Kristina involuntarily committed, adding a few months in Ferncliff was better than fifteen to twenty-five years in Pentonville. Diane reminded Alexis that cleaning up Kristina’s messes wasn’t helping her. Emma told Anna she was more like her because they did what they believed was right even if it meant breaking the rules. Willow said Carly almost crossed the line today by almost slapping her, her grandkids mother. Carly vowed she would help Michael get his kids and Willow would never see them again. Then, Carly and Jason left Drew’s house. Anna and Emma had a candid conversation about the consequences of their actions. Emma told Anna she was trying to change and do better. “You being here is a gift” Anna told Emma, adding “I just want you to be safer and smarter.” Vaughn told Josslyn “If you fail this mission, there will be serious consequences…for all of us.” Trina came to her mother’s office and told her Drew was going through with the surgery. Curtis told Kai he hadn’t figured out what Drew wanted from him. Drew vowed to Willow he wouldn’t let Carly take her kids. “Do it. Draw up the papers and have Kristina committed” Alexis told Diane.
