A weekly column highlighting the Port Charles happenings during the past week on General Hospital. Read below to find out what you missed or to refresh your memory in time for next week.

Monday

“Did I hear you right…you love me too?” Lulu (Alexa Havins) asked Dante (Dominic Zamprogna), commenting she would never think he’d feel the same way she did. Dante told Lulu he couldn’t think about that right now because he was still in love with Sam (Kelly Monaco). “Brook Lynn had a child as a teenager. But was the decision to give up that baby hers…or were you calling the shots?” Tracy (Jane Eliott) asked Lois (Rena Sofer). Willow (Katelyn MacMuellen) told Carly (Laura Wright) the next time she wanted to see her grandchildren she had to go through her first. Mac (John J. York) told Drew (Cameron Mathison) if he remembered something about being drugged to call him. Emma (Braedyn Bruner) realized her thumb drive was gone. Danny found an unconscious Rocco (Finn Carter) on the beach. Marco (Adrian Anchondo) told Lucas (Van Hansis) he was at GH to pick up some files for a client. Lucas told Marco he was on his break and suggested Marco join him at the vending machine. Brad(Parry Shen) came to Portia’s (Brooke Kerr) office demanding a promotion and raise, saying he had different leverage against her. But Portia said she wasn’t responsible for Drew’s being drugged with ketamine, he was. Drew told Mac not to waste police resources by pulling the video footage, assuring he’d remember. “Do you agree with Carly, am I an idiot for believing Drew?” Willow asked Nina (Cynthia Watros) after Carly left the apartment. Tracy angrily accused Lois of telling Gloria (Ellen Travolta) and nor Ned (Wally Kurth) because she and Gloria wanted to call the shots. Rocco woke up. Josslyn pretended to find Emma’s thumb drive. Emma thanked Josslyn. Dante accused Lulu of using what’s between them to go after Brook Lynn. Danny came to Gio (Giovanni Mazza) and said he needed his help. Lulu tells Dante that Brook Lynn isn’t innocent. Carly entered Lulu’s house and interrupted them. Lucas told Marco he’s looking forward to their next date. Danny told Gio they had to get Rocco home without Dante finding out. “I know how this family operates and my grandson deserved better” Lois told Tracy, adding that wasn’t her motivation for the adoption but it sure was a bonus. Nina asked Willow whether she wanted to believe Drew because it would cause her choices into question. When it was suggested to check his phone’s GPS, Drew remembered seeing Portia at GH. Portia threatened Brad he’d go down for drugging the congressman if he didn’t leave her and her family alone. Carly told Lulu she couldn’t tell anyone about Brook Lynn’s baby. Gio and Danny helped Rocco get settled into the boathouse. Danny went to the main house for coffee and Gio noticed Rocco’s phone was missing. Before he left to go look for it on the beach, Cody (Josh Kelly) entered the boat house. Tracy told Lois she couldn’t wait for the day when the family would be rid of her. “Dante’s important to me just like Jason’s important to you” Lulu said, reminding Carly she’d tell Jason if she knew he had a child out there. Vaughn asked Josslyn whether she missed her old life. Brad watched Lucas and Marco sharing chips in the breakroom. Gio told Cody what happened on Kings Beach. “Rocco’s breathing’s off. We need to get him to the hospital now” Cody told Gio. Carly told Lulu she needed to make sure she didn’t want to tell Dante just to get back at Brook Lynn. The doctor told Gio and Cody it sounded like Rocco had alcohol poisoning. He ordered the teen’s stomach to be pumped. Dante returned to the Quartermaine mansion and talked with Lois about the Lulu/Brook Lynn drama. Cody called Dante and told him Rocco was in the hospital and he needed to get there. Emma thanked Josslyn for saving her life by finding her thumb drive. Nina told Willow that Drew wasn’t the man she thought he was. Willow insisted someone drugged Drew last night. Brad came to the exam room and told Drew he had the name of the person responsible for his body shot drugging. Emma told Josslyn she worked hard for that summer research position and it’s hers. Willow told Nina that she believes someone hired the escort to drug Drew. Brad told Drew he’d happily give him the name of the person who drugged him but asked what it was worth to him. Dante, Lois, Lulu and Carly arrived at GH and learned about Rocco’s alcohol poisoning.

Tuesday

Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) angrily told Gio (Giovanni Mazza) he was the adult in the situation and should have acted like one. “If something happens to my kid, it’s on you” Dante told Gio. “That woman did dope you up. But someone hired her to do it. For the right price, I’ll tell you everything” Brad (Parry Shen) told Drew (Cameron Mathison). “I will make sure you are handsomely rewarded,” Drew promised. Kai (Jens Austin Astrup) awoke from his surgery and told Trina (Tabayana Ali) “I feel like the hard part’s over and nothing can stop me now.” Kristina (Kate Mansi) sat down at a table with Lucky (Jonathan Jackson) and told him “My mother’s trying to have me committed.” Alexis (Nancy Grahan) opened the door to Diane (Carolyn Henessy) but was holding the dagger used to slit her mother’s throat. “I come in peace,” Diane said. “Peace…remind me what that’s like,” Alexis said. “My son almost died tonight,” Dante said. Portia (Brooke Kerr) told Kai he needed to get some rest. After Portia left the room, Kai thanked Trina for her encouragement and for being there. “Well there’s nowhere I’d rather be,” Trina said. Ava (Maura West) and Rick (Rick Hearst) sat in her car in the parking lot of GH. Rick was happy to be out of the hospital and asked Ava how things were going with Alexis. Rick told Ava he set up a shell corporation complete with a corporate credit card for Alexis to deposit their blackmail money. Lucky was surprised Alexis tried to have Kristina committed. She told him she found out because of Molly (Kristen Vaganos). “Maybe your mom wasn’t completely wrong,” Lucky told Kristina. Alexis told Diane how her daughters were livid, adding she didn’t think forgiveness would come easy. Alexis told Diane that Kristina doesn’t know that she knows she tried to kill Ava. Rick assured Ava they were in this together and that it wouldn’t be a problem demanding more money from Alexis. Lulu and Dante came to see Rocco. The doctor assured Rocco was stable and would be fine but told Lulu and Dante that Rocco could have ended up in a coma if Mr. Bell hadn’t brought him in when he did. After the doctor left the room, Lulu emotionally said they were so lucky (that Rocco would be okay). Diane assured Alexis she did the right thing. Lucky tried to get Kristina to look at it from Alexis’ point of view. Danny called Gio and learned Danny was taken to the hospital. Carly overheard the conversation and spoke with Danny, telling him to stay at the boathouse and she would come to him. Lois assured Gio that Dante was just scared and that he was a good guy. “Dante doesn’t think so,” Gio said sadly. Rocco woke up, Dante told his son he didn’t know what he would have done if he would have lost him too. Brad asked Drew now that he knew what he was going to do about it. Kai told Trina the worst case scenario (paralysis) was now off the table. Carly asked Rocco questions about the party. She told Danny that as the leader he needs to take responsibility for his actions and decisions. Carly reminded Danny that Jason (Steve Burton) gives him a lot of space to make his own decisions because he trusts him, adding Danny has to earn that trust which is an ongoing process. Dante left his son’s hospital room. Lulu explained to Rocco how when you’re a parent and worried about your child, fear comes off as angry when you feel circumstances are beyond your control. Dante returned to the waiting room and asked Gio to go somewhere and talk in private. Lois went with them. Ava and Rick came to Alexis’ house. Rick gave Alexis paperwork for the shell company he set up and told Alexis what she was currently paying Ava, “You’re going to have to double that.” Carly told Danny he and Rocco were lucky. Cody came to Rocco’s hospital room. He told Lulu that Dante went off with Gio and Lois to talk. Lulu left to see how they were doing. Cody told Rocco he was lucky that Dante was his father. Dante angrily told Lois swooping in to cover for Gio wasn’t going to work this time. Kai was able to stand up and take a small step. Trina said she thinks he can do just about everything. Drew offered to double Brad’s $500,000 payoff and said he’ll make sure he gets it first thing in the morning. “I just need you to do one more thing for me,” Drew said. Kristina came to her mother’s house and was surprised to find Ava and Rick there. “Mom, what’s going on?” Kristina asked. Danny promised Carly he’ll apologize to Dante and Lulu and make sure it’ll never happen again. Lulu watched from the sidelines as Dante told Gio it’s been like this his whole life other people making decisions for him. When Dante told Gio he should be ashamed of himself, Lois said Dante didn’t know what he was saying. “You don’t know who he really is” Lois said.

Wednesday

Chase (Josh Swickward) and Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) were at The Brown Dog Bar for a date night playing pool. He commented nights like this will be a thing of the past once their baby comes. Josslyn (Eden McCoy) told Emma (Braedyn Bruner) that Dex’s death changed her. Vaughn (Bryce Durfee) told Jack (Chris L. McKenna) that when Jax was tailing Professor Dalton (Daniel Goddard) at The Savoy the other night, he wasn’t alone. “Who was he with?” Jack asked. “Anna Devane,” Vaughn answered. Kristina (Kate Mansi) questioned when Ava (Maura West) said she and Rick (Rick Hearst) came by to tell Molly (Kristen Vaganos) about an apartment that had opened up in Ava’s building. “We could have called. I’m actually here about my car accident” Rick told Kristina. Cody (Josh Kelly) introduced himself to Mayor Collins when Laura (Genie Francis) entered Rocco’s (Finn Carter) GH hospital room. Laura thanked Cody for getting her grandson company and getting him to the hospital when he did. Dante told Lois he’s known Gio since he was a baby and watched him grow up, but he never thought he’d be this irresponsible. “But by all means, please tell me who Gio really is,” Dante said. Vaughn told Jack that Jax’s biggest competition for the research assistant position was Anna Devane’s granddaughter Emma Scorpio-Drake so Devane and Dalton could be talking about that. Josslyn told Emma she felt she needed to do something important with her life to make her life matter. Emma told Josslyn she got expelled for a reason that had nothing to do with a party that got out of control. Brook Lynn told Chase that she told her grandmother about the baby but not that Dante was the father. Dante told Lois she didn’t do Gio any favors by codling him. “I did something very stupid” Rocco told his grandmother. Rick told Kristina after his car accident he wanted to talk with her mother about his feelings about it and wanted to make sure they were on the same page. Rick whispered “You’re welcome” in Alexis’ ear. Kristina told Rick and Ava they needed to get something straight before they go. Emma told Josslyn that she and her friends got caught breaking into Professor Dalton’s lab because they found out he was doing illegal testing on animals. Emma told Josslyn that she had to be Professor Dalton’s research assistant this summer to be the one to prove he’s doing the same thing at PCU. Kristina told Rick and Ava that his accident forced her to think about how important he is to Molly and made her decide to forgive Ava for her fall. Ava called Rick’s accident the gift that keeps on giving. Cody arrived at The Brown Dog Bar and told Chase and Brook Lynn that Rocco was in the hospital. Rocco told Laura he was playing a drinking game and lost track of how much he drank. Laura told Rocco she made a lot of mistakes when she was his age but her parents always forgave her. She added that Rocco was lucky to have his parents. Gio said Dante was right then left GH. Lois angrily told Dante that at least Gio was there and asked “Where were you when your son needed you?” Molly returned home. Jack told Vaughn his job was to support Josslyn. “I think he’s picked up right where he left off and he needs to be stopped” Emma told Josslyn, he received a text and needed to leave. Chase and Brook Lynn thanked Cody for being there for Rocco. Lois told Dante that Gio has a good heart that Dante should recognize. “Shame on you” Lois said then left. Lulu told Dante “I think you went too far.” Ava and Rick came to The Brown Dog Bar. Ava handed her credit card and said she’d like to start a tab. Cody also handed his credit card to start a tab. Josslyn arrived at Jack’s office but Brennan had to step away. Josslyn told Vaughn she completed the job and was glad she talked with Emma because turns out she knew more than they thought. Gio returned to the beach and told Emma about Rocco’s alcohol poisoning. Lois spoke with her mom on the phone and told her how Dante’s words hurt Gio. Dante told Lulu how Lois and Gloria (Ellen Travolta) always stepped in to protect Gio so he never learned responsibility. Lulu asked whether Brook Lynn did the same. Dante told her Brook Lynn was easy on all the kids…not just Gio. Kristina told Alexis and Molly she wanted to move forward. She agreed they had to be there for Scout and said she’d be back first thing in the morning for breakfast. Jack returned to his office and told Josslyn that Anna couldn’t know anything about what they were doing because she’d get in the way. “When I get the job, what is it you want me to do?” Josslyn asked Jack. Gio told Emma that Dante thinks he’s the kind of person who would give Rocco alcohol. Rocco apologized to his parents for scaring them. Jack told Josslyn that the WSB had reason to believe Dalton was working on a global technology that would have far reaching implications. Jack told Josslyn that Vaughn as her handler was getting a technical job at PCU. “If you see Dalton talking to Devane again, I need to know about it,” Jack told Josslyn. Lois came to The Brown Dog Bar and told Chase and Brook Lynn about how Dante treated Gio. “Why is this upsetting you so much?” Brook Lynn asked her mother. Emma assured Gio that Dante would apologize once he calmed down. But Gio didn’t think so. He thought Dante finally told him what he thought about him. “He doesn’t respect me at all” Gio told Emma. Dante told Rocco that his love for him would always be stronger than any anger he had. Lulu recorded a reminder: “Find out where Lois was when Gio was born.”

Thursday

Portia (Brooke Kerr) called Nina (Cynthia Watros) and told her to turn on the news because there’s something she’ll want to see. Nina put on her tablet and watched Drew (Cameron Mathison) giving a press conference addressing his drugging and announcing he filed a criminal complaint with the Port Charles Police Department. Curtis (Donnell Turner) told Jordan (Tanisha Harper) he didn’t know how Drew could spin this. Drew said he’d stop at nothing to clear his name and he wouldn’t be doing it alone. Nina couldn’t believe it when Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) appeared in support of Drew. At GH, Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) and Lucas (Van Hansis) saw Brad (Parry Shen) decked out in an expensive suit. Danny asked Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) whether she was going to pretend she didn’t know what he did to Rocco last night. Isaiah (Sawandi Wilson) examined Sonny. Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) came to his father’s house. “Your son almost got Rocco killed last night” Dante told Jason. Dante told Jason about how Danny told Rocco (Finn Carter) to a party, got his son drunk and how Rocco almost died of alcohol poisoning. Dante added he blamed Jason for letting Danny run wild. Jason left to go see his son. Isaiah told Danet his dad needed to avoid stress. Sasha told Danny she heard what happened and said it was good he felt guilty and was holding himself accountable. Brad told Lucas and Elizabeth he was leaving town but was on his way to HR first. “What just happened?” Lucas asked Elizabeth. Curtis joined Nina at The Metro Court Bar. She talked about Drew’s press conference and said “It wasn’t supposed to be like this.” Tracy (Jane Eliott) met with Jenz (Carlos), Marco (Adrian Anchondo) and Jordan for breakfast and discussed her Drew’s body shot escapade was going to effect their plan to rid Port Charles of Sonny Corninthos. After Isaiah left, Dante told Sonny he doesn’t think he’d ever been as scared as he was last night. Sasha told Danny he could either look at it as a mistake, take accountability and do better. Or look at it as he dodged a bullet. Brad entered Portia’s office and turned in his letter of resignation saying she’ll have to find someone else to do her dirty work. Nina told Curtis her daughter wasn’t supposed to be with a man who disrespected her. Jenz was certain Drew’s situation wouldn’t derail their plans. Dante told Sonny that he’s worried about Danny’s influence on Rocco and then there was Gio (Giovanni Mazza). Jason listened to the end of Sasha’s conversation with Danny and the advice she gave. Portia happily accepted Brad’s letter of resignation but warned he’d better not beg for his job again or think about blackmailing her. Brad told Portia blackmail wasn’t in his future but he had a feeling it was in hers. Portia texted Willow and asked to see her. Isaiah got off the elevator and greeted Elizabeth. Curtis told Nina he wouldn’t put it past one of Drew’s enemies to have set him up. Drew joined Tracy, Jenz, Jordan and Marco and was all smiles and charisma. After Sasha left the room, Danny told his father what happened with Rocco. Isaiah told Elizabeth he was seeing someone but that someone chose their job over him. Willow entered Portia’s office. Portia asked Willow how she was doing after Drew took ketamine. Willow told Portia that Drew was drugged and would prove it. Drew assured Tracy he’d prove his drugging. Nina and Curtis commented that the meeting of the minds at the table had one thing in common: To take down Sonny. Dante said Sonny sounded like Lois (Rena Sofer) when he defended Gio. Portia urged Willow that when she’s looking at Drew, she’s making decisions with her eyes wide open. “I’ll be exonerated Tracy and I’ll have the person I love right by my side” Drew told Tracy before he left the table. Isaiah told Willow that Drew was lucky to have her by his side. “You and Rocco got into a situation that allowed you to get out of control but you can never allow that to happen again” Jason said, telling Danny that from now they would check in with each other (either in person or on the phone) at 9:00 PM every night. Dante told Sonny he couldn’t take it if he lost his son. Drew told Brad he was going to destroy Portia on his own timetable and there would be plenty of destruction to go around. Curtis told Nina by supporting Laura (Genie Francis) they are supporting Sonny. Drew came to Portia’s office and told her he needed her to get Curtis to give him favorable coverage in Aurora. Drew also wanted Portia to convince Curtis to endorse Ezra Boyle (Daniel Cosgrove) for mayor. Willow told Isaiah if Drew couldn’t publicly prove he was drugged it could lose her kids. Brad and Lucas wished each other well as Brad got on the elevator and left GH. Danny apologized to Dante. Jason asked to speak with Dante alone. Dante told Jason that Sam (Kelly Monaco) did something about it when Danny was caught drinking in the park a year ago. Dante added that talking isn’t enough. “Rocco almost died. And you know what else? Danny could be charged with accessory to manslaughter.” Tracy told Marco that if his father is able to rid Port Charles of Sonny, she’d make sure he had the key to the city. Jenz and Jordan came to see Sonny.

Friday

Chase (Josh Swickward) and Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) came to Miller & Davis. Brook Lynn told Alexis (Nancy Grahan) they wanted to adopt a child. Danny came to see Rocco (Finn Carter). But Lulu (Alexa Havins) told him they had to get something straight first. Willow (Katelyn MacMuellen) told Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) that like it or not, they were in each other’s lives because of their children. Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) told Jason (Steve Burton) he wasn’t threatening to have Danny charged with manslaughter. Curtis (Donnell Turner) asked Tracy (Jane Eliott) why she was trying to hurt Laura (Genie Francis) by going after Sonny. Drew told Portia (Brooke Kerr) to get Curtis to support him with favorable coverage. Jordan told Sonny he’ll want to hear them out. Dante told Jason he wanted to be Danny’s friend but Danny had enough friends and needed a father. Lulu called Rocco downstairs. Danny apologized. Lulu told Danny that Rocco could use some help cleaning the house. Willow told Sasha she went to Germany to see Michael (Chad Duell) but he refused to see her. Ned (Wally Kurth) entered The Metro Court and joined his mother and Curtis. He told Tracy that she’s joining forces with another blight on the family, Drew (Cameron Mathison). “You tell me exactly why you want to help me,” Sonny asked Jenz (Carlos Rota). Jason told Lois (Rena Sofer) maybe Dante was right because he wasn’t there for a lot of Danny’s childhood. Drew reminded Portia of the danger Sonny put Trina (Tabayana Ali) in. Lulu told Danny and Rocco she had an appointment and asked whether she could trust them to stay there and clean both the front and back porch. Jenz asked Sonny to sell his piers to him. Ned told Tracy that Chase and Brook Lynn were meeting with Alexis to discuss adopting a child. Brook Lynn asked Alexis whether having a child before and giving it up for adoption would hurt her chances of adopting a child now. Alexis told Chase and Brook Lynn that agencies typically focus on the present, not what happened in the past. Tracy told Ned her efforts to protect her family are completely unappreciated. Tracy told Ned that his endorsement as former mayor would help. “You have a decision to make: Mom or mob” Tracy told Ned. Jason told Lois he needed to make some changes to be the type of father Danny needs. Dante found Danny and Rocco cleaning the house. He reminded the boys that when you make a mistake with your brother, you suffer the consequences with your brother. Drew told Portia he had faith in her for what she could do. Sonny tried to hide it when suffered an attack while with Jenz and Jordan. “Mr. Cornithos, are you okay?” Jenz asked. Sonny lied he was bored and this was the way he reacted. Jenz told Sonny accepting his offer would be a win for him. Sasha told Jason that Willow went to Germany to see Michael but he refused to see her. Lulu met with Ned at The Metro Court and asked him to endorse her mother. He agreed but told her she needed to tell his mother. Curtis told Willow Aurora would be taking an unbiased view as far as printing a story about Drew being drugged. When she came over to Lulu’s house, Dante told Lois “I was out of line.” Lulu asked Ned questions about when Lois was with L & B Records and how Lois took Brook Lynn out of high school to go on tour with her. Brook Lynn told Alexis they wanted a closed adoption. Alexis told them they needed to prepare themselves to be patient because it could take awhile. When Drew hugged her, Willow felt something vial from his jacket pocket. He pulled out the envelope Brad (Parry Shen) gave him. Portia suggested Aurora not comment on Drew and the ketamine. Curtis said it sounded like Portia wanted him to help Drew. Drew lied the vial was a vitamin infusion his doctor gave him to help build up his immune system. After Ned left, Tracy approached Lulu and asked what she was up to. Dante told Lois that Gio (Giovanni Mazza) was lucky to have her and Gloria (Ellen Travolta) in his corner. Jason came back to Sonny’s house. Sonny told him he was considering an offer from Sidwell to sell him his piers.
