A weekly column highlighting the Port Charles happenings during the past week on General Hospital. Read below to find out what you missed or to refresh your memory in time for next week.

Monday

“What the hell is Natalia doing here? Did you invite her?” Carly asked Sonny (Maurice Benard). Sonny answered no and told Natalia they should tlak outisde. “I agree” Natalia said and left the church with Sonny. Jason (Steve Burton) told Carly that Sonny would handle it. Lucas (Van Hansis) told Marco (Anthony Anchondo) he had no idea on how to prepare the food. Jordan (Tanisha Harper) ran out of Curtis’ (Donnell Turner) office. “You set that up,” Curtis said. “I sure as hell did.” Portia (Brooke Kerr) said. Anna (Finola Hughes) told Justine if she had issues with her conduct to take it up with Internal Affairs. Natalia told Sonny he should be leaving with her. But Sonny corrected her misunderstanding by saying he protects the people who are loyal to him and reminded his life was there in Port Charles. “You need me. Whether you choose to recognize that, that’s up to you” Anna told Justine. “Are you married because of some perceived lie? Or that your ex-wife saw you with your current wife?” Portia asked Curtis. Marco told Lucas his mother taught him how to cook. Natalia told Sonny it wasn’t enough starting over with connections. Kristina (Kate Mansi) told Sonny that Father Rios was about to start. He said he would be there in a second. Sonny asked Pete to take Ms. Ramirez back to her hotel room and make sure she got on the plane. Before leaving, Natalia coldly said may Sonny and his family get everything they deserved. Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) told the Father she gave her daughter the name Daisy Celeste. Daisy is baptized. Jordan came to the police commissioner’s office. Anna warned Justine about treading carefully and not interfere with her department. Portia told Curtis that Jordan wanted him back but needed to realize that never would happen. Chase (Josh Swickward) called ADA Turner and told her that Natalia Ramirez was at All Saints Chapel and talked with Sonny Cornithos briefly outside before leaving. Lucas thanked Marco for saving dinner. Natalia told Pete she needed to take a shower first before he took her to the plane. Chase reminded Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) they had to put up a wall between his work and their relationship and said he couldn’t talk about it right now because he needed to go to the station. Natalia took pills as she packed. She texted Marco. Lucas urged Marco to check his texts. Marco said it was from his mother and she drunk texted him gibberish. Curtis told Portia that Jordan wasn’t destroying their marriage…she was. Carly and Felicia (Kristina Wagner) talked about the joy of being a godmother of three. Felicia assured Carly that Bobbie (Jackie Zeman) was at the church and at the party at the Quartermaine mansion in spirit. Sasha let Jason hold his new goddaughter. She thanked him for standing by her the entire pregnancy and said Daisy was lucky to have him in her life. Curtis told Portia the real problem was Jordan. “The real problem is us,” Curtis told Portia. Anna told Jordan she needed to concentrate on what she needed. Natalia sent Marco another text, which ended with I’m someone. Kristina received a text her manager called out sick and she had to open Charlie’s. Meanwhile several men wearing black caps and clothes poured gasoline over the tables at Charlie’s. Portia angrily left her husband’s office when she saw Jordan was calling Curtis. Natalia passed out on the couch. Her phone showed a message from Marco that he was on his way. Justine stormed into Anna’s office and demanded she put out an APB on Natalia. Everyone at the Quartermaine mansion were celebrating Daisy’s christening. Kristina noticed a liquid on the floor and reached down to put some on her fingers and smelled it. Just then, someone threw a lighted object into Charlie’s.

Tuesday

Alexis (Nancy Grahan) told Jenz (Carlos Rota) that Marco (Anthony Anchondo) handles his business interests on behalf of Miller & Davis. Marco called Lucas (Van Hansis) and told him his mom wasn’t picking up. “What the hell?!” Marco said surprised and told Lucas he’d have to call him back. Josslyn (Eden McCoy) entered telling Lucas she was going to spend the night there to give Kai (Jens Austin Astrup) and Trina (Tabyana Ali) some alone time. Josslyn told Lucas that Natalia showed up at the church. Jason (Steve Burton) told Sonny the plane was ready but Natalia never showed up. Chase (Josh Swickward) came to Natalia’s hotel room door and knocked on it. Molly (Kristen Vaganos) came to the Quartermaine mansion and learned her sister had to go to Charlie’s. Kristina grabbed a fire extinguisher and tried to put out the fire. Anna (Finola Hughes) used a key given to her by the hotel manager and opened Natalia’s room door. She and Chase found her passed out. Chase checked for a pulse. Elizabeth showed Isaiah (Sawandi Wilson) the optical illusion photo Aiden (Colin Cassidy) sent of Lucky (Jonathan Jackson) hanging off a side of a mountain. Jenz accused Alexis of scrutinizing a contract because Marco was his son. Carly (Laura Wright) asked Jason why Natalia showed up at the church. But since Sonny hadn’t told her, he wasn’t either. “You’re very special. You’re a wonderful man and I’m very proud to be your father” Sonny told Michael (Rory Gibson). Molly and Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) talked about Irene and Liam. Cody (Josh Kelly) lightened the mood by saying he ate all the little sausage things. Jason told Sonny there was a fire at Charlie’s. Kristina’s screams for help alerted Marco, who had been driving by Charlie’s. Marco put a blanket over his head and rushed into Charlie’s. He found Kristina hiding under the bar and covered her with the blanket. They exited through the back storage area. Elizabeth and Swandi worked to revive Natalia. Kristina told Michael a friend at the PCPD dispatch told her there was a three alarm fire at Charlie’s. This brought back memories of the fire at Sonny’s penthouse for Michael. Cody offered to drive Molly. Natalia was pronounced dead. Isaiah asked whether she had any ID. Elizabeth told him she knew who she was, then she called Lucas. Marco and Kristina made it out of the building safely. Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) appeared and asked what happened. “Someone tried to kill me,” Kristina answered. Lucas thanked Elizabeth for calling him. He commented that Marco went to see his mother and wondered where he was. Kristina told Sonny she was okay because of Marco. “What are you doing here?” Jason asked. Molly called Alexis and told her about the fire at Charlie’s. Jack (Chris L. McKenna) came to Carly’s house and told Josslyn he liked her plan regarding Emma Scorpio-Drake (Braedyn Bruner). Cody urged Molly not to go to the worst case scenario when she worried her sister could be dying right now. Anna and Chase speculated Natalia’s death could be a suicide from the empty pills bottle and alcohol. Anna added the entire scene could have been staged. Chase told Anna about the man he saw lurking outside Natalia’s hotel room. Anna said they needed to get their hands on the security footage. Carly was surprised to find Jack at her house. Alexis was desperate to get off the island to check on her daughter. Lucas told Anna an autopsy couldn’t be done until Marco knew about his mother. Marco and Kristina were urged to get their burns checked. Molly was relieved to see Kristina was okay. After Josslyn left, Carly told Jack about the fire at Charlie’s and how it brought back memories of being at the ICU worrying whether her son would survive the night. Michael told Sasha how he is still working on his pain management from the fire. Alexis came to the pier and was relieved Kristina was okay. She told Sonny the fire was a result of one of his enemies coming after him and vowed she would not bury another daughter. “Sonny almost lost another child tonight. I don’t know what I’d do if anything happened to Donna” Carly told Jack. Sasha asked Michael whether he remembered what he wanted to tell her when he asked for her that night at the ICU. Michael told Sasha he wanted to tell her to keep her daughter first. He vowed he wouldn’t be a father like his father was and would keep his children safe. Jenz was on the phone berating those he set the fire without checking whether Sonny Cornithos’ daughter was inside. Marco arrived at GH. Anna asked to speak with him privately about his mother. But Marco rushed off and found Natalia dead. The fire was finally contained. The fire marshal revealed to Dante there was evidence of arson.

Wednesday

Gio (Giovanni Mazza) told Emma (Braedyn Bruner) her new stray dog Outback has been chewing his left shoes. Emma asked whether Gio was taking it out on Outback because he found out Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) and Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) were his parents. Brook Lynn told Tracy (Jane Eliott) Deception was in real trouble and they had to fix it. Josslyn (Eden McCoy) told Vaughn (Bryce Durfee) she heard about the fire and had to come and see what happened herself. Marco (Anthony Anchondo) cried over Natalia’s (Eva LaRue) dead body. Anna (Finola Hughes) asked Lucas (Van Hansis) whether he knew anything about what led to Natalia’s death. Alexis (Nancy Grahan) wouldn’t let Kristina (Kate Mansi) leave the hospital because she almost died. Sonny (Maurice Benard) told Jason (Steve Burton) “You’re about to go to war with Sonny Cornithos” Jenz (Carlos Rota) told Selina (Lydia Look). “I’m dropping out of PCU” Gio told Emma. Josslyn told Vaughn that Kristina almost lost her life “And all because she’s the daughter of Sonny Cornithos.” “I wouldn’t have gotten out of there alive if it wasn’t for Marco” Kristina told Alexis. Isaiah told Marco the preliminary cause of death of his mother was a lethal dose of tranquilizers and alcohol. Anna called Marco a hero for saving Kristina from the fire at Charlie’s. “I was able to save Kristina…but I wasn’t able to save my mother” Marco said. Gio told Emma he had no intention of playing the violin again. Emma told Gio to give it some time because by the Fall he could change his mind, reminding he’s worked hard for First Chair. Chase told Marco how he alerted ADA Turner after he saw Natalia talking with Sonny when she came to All Saints Church. Sonny told Jason that ever since Sidwell came to town, two of his children almost died. “If anything happened to Kristina, I don’t know what I would do” Sonny told Jason. Selina realized Sidwell set her up when he told her two of her employees were responsible for the firebombing of Charlie’s and it could be traced back to her. Tracy told Brook Lynn they’re not going to bury the information…they’re going to use it to their advantage. “Sonny Cornithos brings death and destruction everywhere he goes,” Josslyn told Vaughn. Alexis left her daughter’s room at GH to take care of the medical paperwork. Molly (Kristen Vaganos) and Kristina talked. Sonny told Jason until they found out who was responsible for the firebombing of Charlie’s, his entire family was in danger. Jenz urged Selina to leave town, assuring Port Charles would be a different place when she returned. Marco told Anna and Chase he was almost positive his mother was murder. “And she was killed by Sonny Cornithos.” Gio told Emma his technique was there but he no longer had the passion, which made the music hollow. Deanna helped Alexis fill out Kristina’s paperwork because doing it brought back memories of Sam (Kelly Monaco). Alexis smiled when she returned to her daughter’s room and saw a close moment between Molly and Kristina. Lucas stopped Marco for almost revealing he knew Natalia planned to skip out on the DA’s deal. He offered to call Marco’s father for him because Marco left his phone in his car. He ordered Marco to get checked out by Dr. Gannon. Sonny told Jason he would send a message and an eye for an eye…if it was Sidwell, Marco would be collateral damage. Lucas called Jenz and told him Marco’s mother passed away tonight. Anna got a text regarding the security footage at the hotel and told Chase Anna got a text regarding the security footage at the hotel and told Chase “It’s not good news for Sonny.” When Brook Lynn refused to set up an appointment with the DA’s office to turn Sonny in, Tracy said she’d happily do it. Chase entered and Tracy commented the PCPD had perfect timing for once. Emma told Gio until he found his passion for music again, he did agree to help her take down Professor Dalton (Daniel Goddard). Gio realized Emma was talking about doing something illegal. Vaughn realized Josslyn wanted to get higher up in the WSB in order to take Sonny down. Jenz arrived at GH and offered Marco comfort. Anna arrived at Sonny’s house and told him “Natalia Ramirez is dead.”Chase told Tracy and Brook Lynn about the fire at Charlie’s and Natalia Ramirez’s death. Tracy told Brook Lynn it wasn’t safe for Gio to be around his grandfather. Gio told Emma that Sonny was the only one he trusted right now. Alexis told Molly and Kristina they needed each other and couldn’t let anyone separate them. Lucas told Elizabeth this seems to be the start of a mob war with Marco’s family on one side and his on the other. Marco told Jenz about saving Kristina Cornithos-Davis from a fire at Charlie’s. “What does your mother’s death have anything to do with Sonny Cornithos?” Jenz asked Marco. Anna told Sonny he was considered a person of interest and she had to take him in for questioning. Vaughn told Josslyn she had a concrete goal that would get her through some tough times. Then, Vaughn and Josslyn kissed.

Thursday

Willow (Katelyn MacMuellen) approached Gio (Giovanni Mazza) at The Metro Court Pool. She told him she heard what happened at the Nurses Ball and added “There’s nothing worse than being betrayed by a person who claimed to love you.” Kai (Jens Austin Astrup) and Trina (Tabayana Ali) relaxed by the pool. Tracy (Jane Eliott) and Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) talked about their meeting with Maxie (Nicole Paggi). “Daisy’s christening gave me hope for our future,” Michael told Maxie. “What do you know about Britt Westbourne?” Danny asked Emma (Braedyn Bruner). Lulu (Alexa Havins) told Laura (Genie Francis) she may have to distance herself from Sonny (Maurice Benard). At the PCPD interrogation room, Sonny said he wasn’t saying anything without his attorney present. Justine (Nazneen Contractor) told Sonny that’s why she’s there. Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) told Jason (Steve Burton) they had a suspect in the fire at Charlie’s. “Selina Woo.” Gio thanked Willow for her concern. Michael talked with Maxie about the fire at Charlie’s. Willow came over and told Kai how Drew (Cameron Mathison) was impressed with his work. Justine told Sonny his best opportunity to tell the truth was before his attorney arrived because nothing he told her would be inadmissible. Sonny asked why he should trust her. Justine asked why he was acting like the injured party when Natalia Ramirez (Eva LaRue) was lying dead in the morgue. Dante asked Jason whether he should be looking for Selina Woo’s (Lydia Look) men. Or whether they were buried in the woods somewhere. Emma told Danny and Rocco about “The Britch” and “The Wicked Britch of Westbourne” and her relationship with her dad. Then, Emma realized why they were asking about Britt (Kelly Thiebauld). Brook Lynn told Maxie about Sonny using dirty money to invest in Deception and about Natalia’s death. Maxie said they had to go to the police, adding she’d do anything to save Deception. Laura told Lulu she wouldn’t compromise her morals by turning her back on Sonny. “Rocco, you owe it to yourself to learn the truth” Emma said. Trina told Kai he should stay away from Drew and all the Quartermaines because they were crazy. Tracy arrived at The Metro Court Pool and told Gio “I think your life’s in danger.” “You don’t need to worry about me. I don’t care about Quartermaine drama…all I care about is politicals” Kai assured Trina. Michael noticed Willow as he and Wiley arrived at The Metro Court Pool for his swim lessons. “If you truly want to save Port Charles you have to stay where you are in the mayor’s office” Lulu told Laura. Sonny told Justine she was the one who got Natalia killed. Tracy told Gio about the fire at Charlie’s and how Kristina (Kate Mansi) almost died because of Sonny. Maxie mistakenly picked up the file on Britt. “That was supposed to be my revenge against Lulu,” Brook Lynn told Maxie. “Things have been tense between my parents,” Trina told Kai. Michael asked Willow to leave before Wiley saw her. “We may be related. But you don’t own me and you never will” Gio told Tracy. Emma approached them and suggested they order some ice tea to cool off. “You didn’t show Rocco this file?” Maxie asked Brook Lynn. Danny told Rocco no matter how he got there, he’s glad he was born. Justine admitted they both had a hand in Natalia’s death. Brook Lynn commented to Maxie that Rocco was way too old to be kept in the dark, adding she didn’t tell him because she didn’t want to hurt him. Laura told Lulu she wasn’t going to be manipulated by Sidwell’s (Carlos Rota) scare tactics. She told Lulu she had to be careful about her next move. Sonny told Justine she was just doing her job and how Natalia dealt with it was on Natalia and not her. Tracy suggested Gio come home. If he didn’t want to live in the main house, he could live in the gatehouse. Or they could move Josslyn (Eden McCoy) and Trina. Tracy said hurt feelings weren’t worth his life. Gio said he might consider it. But added it wasn’t about his safety, it was about Sonny. After Michael dried Wiley off, he noticed Willow and ran to his mommy. Willow told Wiley they had to wait to see each other and hopefully, the judge would change her mind. Kai told Trina she was worth the risk to trust someone. Trina told him he was worth it to her too. Wiley told Michael he didn’t want to wait for the stupid judge and wanted her to come home now. Tracy told Gio she wanted him to drive by Charlie’s on his way home and see what was left. Then she wanted him to go to GH to visit his Aunt Kristina. And finally, go to the cemetery and visit his Uncle Morgan’s grave, adding he was twenty-three when he died in a car bomb because of his father. Laura came to the PCPD and visited Sonny in the interrogation room saying she needed details about when he told her violence was coming. Rocco came home and demanded his mother “Tell me about Britt Westbourne.”

Friday

Lois (Rena Sofer), Olivia (Lisa LoCierco) and Gio (Giovanni Mazza) laughed when Chase (Josh Swickward) and Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) rushed upstairs on the pretext of seeing a movie. Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) couldn’t believe she was pregnant from a one night stand. Lucky (Jonathan Jackson) was angry that a violent criminal like Cyrus Renault (JeffKober) had access to his sister. ”Who are you?” James asked Lulu (Alexa Havins). “Who are you? And what are you doing in my house?” Lulu asked. When Rick (Rick Hearst) accused Kristina (Kate Mansi) of protecting her father over her niece and being the reason Irene Ashford-Davis was dead, Alexis (Nancy Grahan) stood up and said “That’s enough Rick…leave her alone.” Judge Chann threatened to have Alexis arrested and held in contempt if she didn’t leave. Alexis and Sonny (Maurice Benard) left the courtroom. Judge Chann called a fifteen minute recess. Rick told Ava (Maura West) he wanted the jury to see how reckless Kristina was. Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) comforted Kristina and assured the jury believed the truth and she said hers. Molly (Kristen Vaganos) told TJ (Taj Bellows) that Kristina would never forgive herself if Ava were found not guilty. Alexis told Sonny to go back inside the courtroom to support their daughter. Maxie assured Sasha she wasn’t alone. Both James and Lulu insisted it was their house. James yelled for his mom “Stranger danger!” Lucky accused the administrator of Turning Woods of being incompetent for not only allowing his sister to disappear but for Cyrus being allowed access to her. He demanded to look at the security footage. Cyrus’ guy at Turning Woods called him and told him his nephew was there and was angry and his niece was missing. Maxie accused James of making up the strange woman that was in the house. But then, she discovered the loose doorknob and the spare key missing. Rick called Natalia (Eva LaRue) to the stand and questioned her about her November 11th car accident. Before Sasha left, Maxie reminded her she wasn’t alone and told her they’d talk tomorrow. When Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) came home and Maxie told him about James’ claim of a strange woman being in the house, he told her he had a way to get to the bottom of this. Lucky stormed into The Port Charles Grill and demanded Cyrus tell him where Lulu was. Brook Lynn told Chase she didn’t want them to lose themselves in their efforts to have a baby. Lois and Olivia talked about Chase and Brook Lynn making Lois a grandmother. Lulu found Gio playing his guitar at the boathouse. Natalia said she was to blame for the car accident, saying she looked down for a second because she got a text from her daughter. She testified she and Kristina declined going to the hospital and calling Kristina’s father Sonny. Rick called Molly to the stand. Spinelli pulled up the footage outside the house from the security camera he installed. He and Maxie watched a woman take the spare key and open the door. James was excited when Spinelli said they’d contact the police and have James look at photos to identify the woman. Lulu learned Gio was invited to stay at the Quartermaines because of Lois. Molly testified about being with Kristina when she received the subpoena and how Kristina didn’t want to testify for Ava in the custody case and how Molly urged her sister to not go to Ava’s. Chase told Brook Lynn how much he looked forward to seeing her with a baby bump. Cyrus reminded Lucky how he’s been away for a decade and urged him to try spending more than a month with his son. Ava testified about the confrontation and added she would never harm a baby because she wouldn’t want a mother to feel the loss she did when her daughter was murdered. James pointed out Lulu’s picture in a photo album as the woman who was in their house, much to Maxie and Spinelli’s surprise. The ADA and Rick gave their closing statements. TJ asked Molly what she thought. Molly answered she thought this was a tragedy. Turning Woods sent over the security footage to his cell phone. Lucky and Elizabeth saw Lulu steal the nurse’s bag and clothes. “She’s awake,” Lucky said, shocked. Lulu entered the Quartermaine mansion and looked around the drawing room. “Mom?” Rocco said shocked. “Rocco” Lulu responded, surprised by how much older her son was.
