A weekly column highlighting the Port Charles happenings during the past week on General Hospital. Read below to find out what you missed or to refresh your memory in time for next week.

Monday

Jenz (Carlos Rota) entered the chapel and thanked Lucy (Lynn Herring) for being there. She told him she was his friend and was there because it was a hard day. He commented that the media coverage would make the day more difficult for Marco (Anthony Anchondo). Alexis (Nancy Grahan) arrived and told him that “No matter what you may think, Sonny did not kill your mother.” Michael (Rory Gibson) told Carly (Laura Wright) and Sonny (Maurice Benard) that “I may lose my daughter.” Willow (Katelyn MacMuellen) told Isaiah (Sawandi Wilson) there was no way Dr. Jones (Van Hansis) would let her work with him today. Vaughn (Bryce Durfee) and Josslyn (Eden McCoy) entered Jack’s (Chris L. McKenna) office. Vaughn told him Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) was on to them. Anna ordered a background check on Vaughn. Felicia (Kristina Wagner) knocked on the door and Anna let her in. Anna yelled for Emma (Braedyn Bruner) to come in there when her dog Outback came into the room with Anna’s shoe on his mother. At The Metro Court Pool “As long as you’re in my arms, I don’t know anything else” Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) said to Daisy. Lulu (Aleva Havins) told Jason (Steve Burton) he could never talk with her son about Britt (Kelly Theibauld) again. Isaiah told Lucas and Willow they needed to clear the air now. Michael told Carly and Sonny that Sasha’s leaving town. Jack told Vaughn and Josslyn that Anna Devane was a skilled and seasoned agent that would be hard to fool. Emma apologized for leaving her grandmother’s bedroom door opened. And Gio (Giovanni Mazza) took Anna’s poptart out the toaster. After Gio and Emma left with Outback, Anna commented to Felicia how this was her life. Rocco (Finn Carter) told Danny about emailing Liesl (Katleen Gati). Jenz and Lucy talked about the Aurora article. Alexis told Marco that Sonny wouldn’t hurt his mother or Blaze because family means something to him. Michael told his parents he didn’t want to stop Sasha from leaving. Professor Dalton (Daniel Goddard) demanded towels when he saw Danny and Rocco talking. Jason told Lulu he owed it to Britt to tell her story, the good and the bad. Lucas and Willow both agreed to do better. Jack told Vaughn and Josslyn they had to commit to being a couple enough to fool him…and Anna. Jason apologized to Lulu for making things more complicated for Rocco. Jason told Lulu he had to get going because he had someplace he had to be. Rocco talked with Sasha about babies recognizing their mother’s voices. Anna told Felicia she was worried about Emma. Gio told Rocco he was glad they were working together and could get to know each other on neutral ground. When he found Outback sitting on his chair, Professor Dalton demanded from Gio to speak to the owner because Danny and Rocco needed to be fired. Alexis told Marco to take all the times he needed. Marco ignored texts from Lucas. Willow told Isaiah that Michael drove her to this. She thought about when she took Daisy from the nursery. Alexis came over to Lulu’s house and asked her to help her. Anna told Felicia about the Vaughn, Emma, Dalton connection and her suspicions. Emma told Professor Dalton the dog was hers and apologized for it being on his chair. Lulu agreed to help Alexis find out who wrote the hit piece in Aurora. Anna got the results of Vaughn’s background check and told Felicia she was going to find out what was going on. Jack told Vaughn and Josslyn that Dalton’s phone was clean which meant he wasn’t sending information to his employer electronically. They had to find out who the courier was. Professor Dalton came to the chapel. Jenz told him their mutual friend wasn’t happy with Dalton’s slow progress. Emma told Danny and Rocco that Dalton was a bad guy experimenting on animals. Willow watched as Sasha and Michael went to take Daisy for her shots and checkup. Lucas told Carly he was worried about Marco because he wasn’t answering his texts. When Carly used her passkey to open Marco’s hotel room, they found it empty. Meanwhile, Marco was inside a room and demanded to be let out. We saw Jason on the other side of the door. Sonny entered the chapel and told Jenz “Sorry to disappoint you, but your son’s not coming.”

Tuesday

Tracy (Jane Eliott) and Nina (Cynthia Watros) were having afternoon tea at the Quartermaine mansion. Tracy told Nina the reason she asked her to come over was because she had a proposition for her that she thinks would benefit both of them. At GH, Willow (Katelyn MacMuellen) approached Michael (Rory Gibson) and Sasha (Sofia Mattsson). She asked Michael how her children were doing. Michael said Amelia was fine but Wiley was upset because of her. Lucas (Van Hansis) told Carly (Laura Wright) that Sonny (Maurice Benard) had Marco (Anthony Anchondo). Meanwhile, Jason (Steve Burton) told one of Sonny’s men the place was secluded and no one would hear. Sonny told Jenz (Carlos Rota) the question he should be asking is what he needed to do to get his son back in one piece. Tracy told Nina she didn’t want the bond between Gio (Giovanni Mazza) to get any stronger so she needed to protect her great grandson from Sonny. She told Nina she could help her drive Sonny from Port Charles for good. Lucas told Carly he’d check but being at the church was a long shot. Jason ordered the man not to leave the door or let Marco out because he was essential to Sonny’s plan. Sonny told Jenz he knows he made it look like Selina Woo (Lydia Look) was responsible for the fire at Charlie’s. Drew (Cameron Mathison) came to Carly’s house. Willow told Sasha it was only a matter of time before Michael tried to separate her from her daughter. Nina offered to speak out against Sonny if Tracy helped her get Michael to let Willow see her children. But Tracy told Nina she misread the situation and said she’d tell Willow that Nina slept with Drew. Meanwhile, Drew warned Carly if she didn’t get Michael to compromise things would get ugly. Michael told Willow because of her actions at the pool, he told Diane (Carolyn Henessy) to contact the court. “Visitation hearing has been pushed back to October” Michael told Willow. Jason refused to let Lucas inside the church while Sonny was in there with Sidwell. Lucas asked Jason whether Marco was still alive. Sonny warned Jenz to do what he needed to stop Measure C from passing. Marco pretended he was a diabetic and needed to get something before his blood sugar level dropped and he passed out and could die there. When Sonny’s guy entered, Marco hit him with a chair. Drew called Carly a hypocrite when she said Willow put him before her children. Willow pleaded with Sasha to make Michael see her children needed to see her. Tracy told Nina the PI Ned (Wally Kurth) hired discovered she slept with Drew. “What’s it going to be Nina? Are you going to protect Sonny or your relationship with your daughter?” Lucas asked Jason what if Sidwell went after Michael, Dante, Avery, Donna or Danny. “I’m counting on you to come through. So is Marco” Sonny told Jenz. Sonny left the church and faced Lucas. Nina reluctantly agreed to do what Tracy wanted. As she left, Nina said “I won’t forget about this Tracy. You just messed with the wrong bitch.” Drew told Carly that Michael’s refusal to compromise what cost him more misery than he ever imagined. When Lucas told him what he’d do if he didn’t let Marco go, Sonny told him to do what he had to do. Then, Sonny went to Carly’s house and she told him how worried Lucas was about Marco. Lucas told Jenz he wanted him to do whatever it took to bring Marco back. “His life is in your hands,” Lucas said before leaving the church. Jason returned and asked Sonny’s guy what happened. “Nothing I couldn’t handle,” the man answered. We saw Marco handcuffed to the chair. “Daisy and I are leaving town” Sasha told Nina. Michael told Tracy he was sending Daisy away to keep her safe. “I’m about to lose my daughter.” Drew came to GH in response to Willow’s message. She told him the court moved the hearing to October and cried she couldn’t wait that long to see her kids. Drew assured soon they’d have everything they needed to take the kids away from Michael for good.

Wednesday

At The Metro Court Pool, Jason (Steve Burton) smiled at his son. Stella (Vernee Watson) entered her nephew’s office and asked Curtis (Donnell Turner) why he was using his entire media company to poke a cobra. Portia (Brooke Kerr) asked Kai (Jens Austin Astrup) whether he regretted betraying them for Drew (Cameron Mathison). “I’m taking Sasha and Daisy out of the country,” Jason told Danny. “It’s not safe for Daisy here” Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) told Nina (Cynthia Watros). “What’s to stop me from leaving the country and taking my kids?” Michael (Rory Gibson) asked Tracy (Jane Eliott). Drew told Willow (Katelyn MacMuellen) they were going to give Michael a taste of his own medicine. Portia told Kai she could never forgive him for taking that spark from Trina’s (Tabayana Ali) eyes. Jason told Danny he was taking Sasha and Daisy out of the country to keep them safe, adding if Danny wanted to say goodbye he needed to do it today. Nina told Sasha that she thought of her like a daughter. She told Sasha she was the reason Daisy was in danger. “Why did you really target Sonny?” Stella asked Curtis. Drew told Willow they were going to make Michael look incompetent and weak and a danger to his own children. Michael asked Tracy what if he never sees his daughter again. Curtis told Stella he didn’t want her involved but assured everything would work out. Drew told Willow he didn’t want to share the details of his plan. Tracy told Michael a lot of people will know his sacrifice. Jason told Danny seeing the man he was becoming, he knew it was the right thing his mother took him from his life. Nina told Sasha she would always be there for her. Willow overheard Isaiah (Sawandi Wilson) on the phone about repairs to the cabin Lucky (Jonathan Jackson) gave him. Tracy told Jason she wanted to talk with him about Sonny because the circumstances have changed. Sasha let Danny hold Daisy to say goodbye. Kai left Portia’s office when Drew entered. He told Portia “I want you to help me take down Michael Cornithos.” Nina came to Curtis’ office and offered to help him take Sonny down. Michael offered to watch Daisy while Sasha packed. Drew told Portia he needed her to offer some blood work to make it look like Michael had an opioid addiction that started after his accident and continued through his medical treatment. Isaiah told Willow about Lucky’s cabin. Kai told Stella he and Trina broke up because he did something that broke her trust. Portia told Drew she wouldn’t help him take Michael’s children away from her. Curtis told Nina they needed to devise a plan to disarm Drew and it needed to happen soon. Crying, Portia broke her medical degree. Curtis thought about when Nina told her about sleeping with Drew and told her sometimes you have to betray a friend. Drew told Willow that Michael made his choice “And it’s gonna hurt a lot.” Sasha watched tearfully as Michael said goodbye to Daisy.

Thursday

Josslyn (Eden McCoy) came to The Metro Court Pool and told Danny “I’m here to work.” Felicia (Kristina Wagner came to see Anna (Finola Hughes) who said “I’m convinced the WSB is running an op here.” Felicia reminded WSB were under no obligation to share information with her (Anna). Aboard the flight, Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) thanked Jason (Steve Burton) who told her Michael (Rory Gibson) wanted the same thing she did. “To keep Daisy safe.” Nina (Cynthia Watros) read the headline for the article about Sonny (Maurice Benard): HOW MY DREAM MARRIAGE TO SONNY CORNITHOS BECAME MY WORST NIGHTMARE. Sonny entered and asked “Why’d you lie to the press about me like that?” “I had no choice, Tracy Quartermaine is blackmailing me” Nina answered. Lulu (Alexa Havins) and Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) met at Haven’s. Meanwhile, Rocco (Finn Carter) met with Liesl (Kathleen Gati). “Hello young man. My have you grown” Liesl said. Lulu told Dante that Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) knew exactly what she was doing when she went after their son. Liesl praised Rocco for reaching out and not just accepting one version of the truth. “Let me tell you about my Britta.” Anna told Felicia she thinks Vaughn (Bryce Durfee) was a field agent working either for or against the WSB. While Professor Dalton (Daniel Goddard) watched the woman sitting on a lounge chair, Josslyn sent a text to Vaughn telling him something was going down and to come to the pool. Jason told Sasha every time there was a threat the first thing you thought about was your family. Sonny asked Nina whether there was anything else coming down the pike he should know about. Nina answered that The Port Charles Press only published the first part of that interview and the second part was about his questionable mental state. Dante blamed himself for not telling Rocco the truth sooner. Liesl told Rocco about Britt’s poor social skills. Rocco commented that Jason Morgan told him that Britt was a better person than she thought she was. Liesl commented that for someone with brain damage, Jason was very wise. Jason told Sasha he had to keep Danny safe. Nina told Sonny how Tracy was trying to protect Gio (Giovanni Mazza). Dante told Lulu that Brook Lynn also thought he should encourage Gio to put the blame towards Brook Lynn to help his (Dante) relationship with him. Josslyn told Danny the woman watching Professor Dalton was a good tipper. Nina and Sonny joked about their families never marrying. Sasha encourages Jason to put himself out there and ask someone out. She told him that he’s a really good guy and deserved to share that with someone. Liesl shared stories with Rocco about how he was as a baby. She said she was glad he emailed because she missed her daughter very much and it was good talking about her. Plus, she wanted to learn more about him. “Blaming Brook Lynn is not going to help Rocco” Dante told Lulu. Before leaving, Lulu told Dante she wouldn’t compromise as far as Brook Lynn was concerned. Liesl asked Rocco about his plans for college and afterwards. Rocco told her he worked at The Metro Court Pool and had to go but wanted to speak with her again. Liesl said she was looking forward to it. Felicia told Anna that Brennan (Chris L. McKenna) was trouble she didn’t need right now. Lulu met with Sonny at The Metro Court Pool. They talked about the damaging articles on him and how they were hurting Laura’s (Genie Francis) reelection campaign. Lulu suggested Sonny sell the piers and take them off the equation. Jason told Sasha that he was taking a commercial flight back to Port Charles as they chartered the jet for Daisy’s safety. Sasha told Jason he deserved more and she really hoped he got it. Liesl came to Crimson and Nina welcomed her home. Liesl asked what trouble she had gotten into. The woman tipped Danny $50 then took the backpack Professor Dalton left. Dante came to Anna’s office. “Thanks for coming by. I have a favor to ask and it involves the WSB” Anna told Dante. Sonny assured Lulu he had it handled. Jason and Sasha arrived at a house. Robert opened the door and Sasha introduced him to his granddaughter Daisy.

Friday

Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) told Robert (Tristan Rogers) they were so excited to be there. “No one is more excited than Holly and I” Robert said. Carly (Laura Wright) came to the police commissioner’s office. Anna (Finola Hughes) apologized for being a nosy grandmother then asked “How much do you know about Josslyn’s new boyfriend?” At the Port Charles Airport, Josslyn met with Vaughn (Bryce Durfee), who told her they had one chance to intercept the courier. Meanwhile, Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) was looking at airport footage in the security room. “Clearly you are in need of my counsel. From what I gathered, your daughter’s life is falling apart in my absence” Liesl (Kathleen Gati) told Nina (Cynthia Watros) as Willow (Katelyn MacMuellen) knocked on the door and asked whether she could join them. “Or does my falling apart life exclude me from the conversation?” Portia (Brooke Kerr) came to her husband’s office at Aurora and told Curtis (Donnell Turner) she couldn’t take it anymore…this needed to end and it needed to end now. Then, Drew (Cameron Mathinson) wouldn’t have anything else to hold over them. While Sasha went to change Daisy’s diaper, Robert thanked Jason (Steve Burton). Carly told Anna she wouldn’t call Vaughn her daughter’s boyfriend. Willow told her Aunt Liesl she lost her children because of their father. Curtis asked what Drew wanted Portia to do now. Robert thanked Jason for stepping up for his daughter now like her did years ago for his other daughter. Anna told Carly how Emma (Braedyn Bruner) got involved with Vaughn to get back at Josslyn. Portia told Curtis she wouldn’t hurt someone on Drew Cain’s orders. Willow told Liesl that Michael (Rory Gibson) wasn’t the man she remembered and was now vindictive and cruel. She told her aunt how she fell for Drew. When Willow commented about Michael having three kids living under his roof while she had none, Nina said “Sadly, that’s not the case.” Carly said it was news to her when Anna told her about Josslyn’s fixation on proving Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) guilty for Dex’s (Evan Hofer) death. Nina and Liesl noticed Willow smiling after Nina told her about Sasha leaving and why. Portia told Curtis she wasn’t Drew’s puppet or minion and was taking her power back. The wheels started turning in Anna’s brain when Carly told her about Josslyn’s Easter Island trip, getting an internship with Professor Dalton (Daniel Goddard) and getting involved with Vaughn. Josslyn slipped a tracker in the woman’s backpack while Vaughn pretended to bump into her and flirted with her. Curtis asked Portia whether she was willing to risk prison time. Jason said he had to get going to catch a plane. Outside Robert’s house, Sasha kissed Jason twice on both cheeks for her and Daisy and thanked him again. “Something is wrong with your daughter,” Liesl told Nina after Willow left. “Tracker’s on the move” Josslyn told Vaughn. Sasha told Robert she’s glad she had her dad to call. Portia told Curtis she couldn’t live with herself if she did what Drew asked. She told Curtis that Drew didn’t get to win. Liesl told Nina that must break the tie between Drew and Willow immediately. Curtis told Portia what if there was another way out. And before she threw away everything she worked for, she needed to make sure this was the only choice she had. Liesl told Nina they needed to find something they could use as leverage…something powerful enough to destroy the hold Drew had on Willow. Meanwhile, Willow left a voicemail for Michael saying Nina told her about Sasha leaving and asked now that he saw the pain of losing a child was there no room for compromise. Dante called Anna and told him she was right about Vaughn working for the WSB and told him about the tracker planting, adding she’d never guess who helped him. “Josslyn Jax,” Anna said, surprising Dante. Vaughn told Josslyn Ops confirmed the courier was on her way to Paris, Charles DeGault Airport. “Now we wait to see if that’s her final destination,” Josslyn said. Meanwhile, Jason was at Charles DeGault Airport when he saw a woman who resembled Britt (Kelly Theibauld).
